This article presents the general procedure for uncertainty calculation of net total cooling effect estimation for rating room air conditioners and packaged terminal air conditioners, by means of measurements carried out in a test bench specially designed for this purpose. The uncertainty analysis presented in this work looks for establishing a confidence degree or certainty of experimental results. It is particularly important considering that international standards related to this type of analysis are too ambiguous when treating this subject. The uncertainty analysis is on the other hand an indispensable requirement to international standard ISO 17025 [ISO, 2005. International Standard. 17025. General Requirement to Test and Calibration Laboratories Competences. International Organization for Standardization, Geneva.], which must be applied to obtain the required quality levels according to the Word Trade Organization WTO.  相似文献

本文提出一种新型数据中心用蒸发冷却(凝)空调机组,将蒸发冷却、蒸发冷凝、机械制冷技术三者结合,加大了自然冷源的应用时间。阐述其运行模式,并结合数据中心机房特点,介绍适合数据中心机房的机组运行模式。设计一台风量为20000 m 3/h的试验样机,并通过调节喷淋水流量,对其各功能段最佳性能进行了测定,得出该机组直接蒸发冷却段在水气比为0.37时,效率为97.22%;间接蒸发冷却段在水气比为0.28时,效率为62.98%。对其在乌鲁木齐、兰州、西安、上海4个典型城市的适应性分区进行了分析,并以新疆某数据中心为例,对比分析其年耗电量,采用该蒸发冷却(凝)空调机组年节电率为51.4%。  相似文献

In this work, the author combines the problem of the threshold stress state of an elastic homogeneous isotropic body and the high-speed action of the technological process of heating or cooling. Special attention is given to the problem of optimizing high-speed heating (cooling) on the basis of the parameter of the time-dependent temperature of the environment. The control item is the stress intensity, and the criterion of the threshold state is the Huber-Mises strength criterion. To solve the problem, the standard equations of the thermoelastic state are presented in generalized variables. This excludes several parameters of the problem including the required ones. Direct uncoupled boundary problems of thermal conductivity and elasticity are solved in the dimensionless form by the selected method. The return from generalized variables through the perimetry complexes to the initial variables determines the required values of the parameters of control of heat exchange of the elastic body.Translated from Problemy Prochnosti, Nos. 5–6, pp. 124–131, May–June, 1995.  相似文献

The application of air cooled condensers in European supermarket refrigeration systems is discussed. Compressors are usually hermetic or open types with capacities in the 5 kW range. Advantages over water-cooled systems are lower initial and operating costs and easier maintenance. There are, however, a number of problems, primarily sensitivity to ambient air temperatures which causes high condensing temperatures in hot summer weather and consequently a substantial increase in energy demand. Problems can also arise when the air temperature falls below 0°C; the condensing pressure must be maintained by fan speed control, air flow control or reduction of active heat transfer surface by flooding.  相似文献
