在线教育有利于老年人的生理和心理的健康发展,通过在线教育和沟通,可以帮助老年保持学习行为和基本社交,甚至是帮助减少身体移动障碍的发生.用户体验是决定老年在线教育网站是否成功的决定性因素.本文以温州老年教育网为例,采用可用性测试研究老年在线教育网站的用户体验问题,发现目前网站存在的可用性问题,给出改进意见,提高温州老年教育网的用户体验。  相似文献

Considering the importance associated with e-commerce website accessibility and usability, a study on one of the most relevant Portuguese e-commerce websites has been performed using both automatic and manual assessment procedures. In an initial stage, we evaluated the chosen website with a Web accessibility and usability automatic tool called SortSite; after that, we performed a manual evaluation to verify each previously detected error and present possible solutions to overcome those faults. In a third phase, three usability specialists have been used to perform a heuristic evaluation of the chosen website. Finally, user tests with blind people were carried out in order to fully assess the compliance with accessibility and usability guidelines and standards. The results showed that the platform had a good score regarding the automatic evaluation; however, when the heuristic and manual evaluations were performed, some accessibility and usability problems were discovered. Moreover, the user test results showed bad marks regarding efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction by the group of participants. As a conclusion, we highlight user interaction problems and propose seven recommendations focused on enhancing accessibility and usability of not only the evaluated e-commerce website, but also of other similar ones.  相似文献

There are many guidelines and recommendations for improving the user experience in websites. Web developers can follow these recommendations to improve the usability of the website and the user experience. Although guidelines and recommendations could not be the final solution to get the optimum usability level, they are useful and fast to apply, in comparison to other kind of usability improvements may involve many time and resources. Currently we can find many websites which contain big usability problems, some of these problems could be solved applying usability guidelines and recommendations. In this research work we analyse the degree of compliance of usability recommendations by web developers. We did an extensive compilation of usability recommendations designed to focus the user attention in the important parts of the website and reduce noise generated by unimportant parts. We analyse the behaviour of 20 web developers to obtain the degree of application of usability recommendations, before they received a specific course on usability, and after it. The purpose of the research is to analyse the degree of compliance with the usability recommendations focused on reducing noise. The two main objectives are (1) Determine which recommendations are the most forgotten by web developers without training in usability. (2) Determine which recommendations are most important according to web developers’ thinking. In the conclusions we determine which are the most important recommendations. What are the most applied recommendations and their degree of compliance. Reflections are also extracted about the relationship of the results obtained.  相似文献

This study investigates relative importance of website success factors in selecting the most preferred website. To identify relative importance of website success factors and to rank alternative websites with respect to success factors, Updated Delone and McLean Information System Success Model is extended through applying an analytic network process (ANP) approach. A field study with 383 academic internet users was performed. Relative importance of each website success factor with respect to their influence on using the e-recruitment website, and user satisfaction are identified. Furthermore relative significance of using the e-recruitment website and user satisfaction in achieving positive benefits are discovered. This study also found the relative preference of each website with respect to different success variable.Results indicate that ANP is an effective tool to provide an accurate solution for interdependencies that are able to affect the decision to be made for network like models. The findings of this study provide decision makers of e-commerce companies with useful insights to compare the preference of their website with others with respect to different success variables. Moreover, relative significance of different success variables in websites can be compared.  相似文献

This study analysed Student Internet Users’ (SIUs’) perception of Web usability. Adopting a user testing method, seven Web Usability Factors (WUFs) were tested for their significance in affecting the ease of use of website. Several elements in websites were also tested for their significance in affecting the WUFs. Result shows the most significant WUF is related to the aesthetic appeal of a website, i.e., Use of Colour and Font. However, it was found that most Web developers are not focusing on this important WUF. Elements such as site map, site search, product image catalogue and others were also found to positively affect SIUs’ perception of the WUFs. The results presented in this paper can be used as guidelines for designing usable websites for SIUs.  相似文献

We performed a study to determine the influence that perceived usability has on the user's loyalty to websites that they visit. The results of the empirical analysis confirmed that the trust of the user increases when the user perceived that the system was usable and that there was a consequent increase in the degree of website loyalty. In the same way, greater usability was found to have a positive influence on user satisfaction, and this also generated greater website loyalty. Finally, it was found that user trust was partially dependent on the degree of consumer website satisfaction.  相似文献

The impact of culture on consumer behaviour has been an important research area for decades. The rise of e-commerce prompted the importance of culturally bound differences between websites. Web designers are compelled to adjust website development to the cultural characteristics of the target audience and to reflect local perspectives. The actual target users are often invited to provide valuable feedback on e-commerce applications. However, user tests are extremely costly and time consuming. Tools for automated web design assessment have only recently been introduced and have provoked debate regarding their ability to simulate human interaction. In this article, 40 leading beer-brand-related websites from four different groups (countries) are analysed. The aim of this study is to discover if automated tools predicting user eye activity are able to distinguish between websites from different cultures. The findings indicate that automated tools provide quick and inexpensive results for initial assessment of the website interface, clearly differentiating between websites from different cultural backgrounds, resonating with the current literature.  相似文献

This study examines the relationships among perceived usability before actual use, task completion time, and preference, and the effects of design attributes on user preference for e-commerce web sites. Nine online bookstore web sites were used by ten participants. Results indicate: (1) pre-use usability and task completion time were correlated; (2) the relationship between pre-use usability and preference was greater than that of task completion time and preference; (3) design attribute assessments after actual use were highly intercorrelated; and (4) organizational structure and layout had a greater effect on user preference than aesthetic aspects, such as color and typography. These findings can be used to construct a conceptual framework for understanding user preferences and to develop design guidelines to yield more highly preferred e-commerce web sites. Also, the methodology in this study can be applied to other computerized-applications.  相似文献

An ever-increasing use of Internet has greatly been affecting the importance of e-commerce websites. As such, analyzing those websites and discovering customers’ purchasing power, the present study tends to propose a framework and an appropriate structure to make the websites more flexible and highly functional. Such an efficient and effective framework facilitates customers’ purchasing capacities. In this framework, different techniques and methods including the genetic algorithm, neural networks, and collaborative filtering are utilized. The pre- and post-execution data show that the proposed framework changes the website structure based on the two criteria, i.e., sales conversion rate and average pre-purchase page views and finally leading to improved website usability.  相似文献

随着电子商务的发展,基于C2C环境的在线拍卖也迅速发展起来,用户数和拍卖商品数的急剧增加,使得信息过载和如何提高客户忠诚度这一问题凸现出来。而推荐系统则成了解决这一问题的手段之一。但是C2C和B2C环境存在很大的不同,对推荐系统的应用提出了一定的挑战。该文对用户在拍卖网站的行为进行了分析,在此基础上建立了用户的偏好模型,利用协同过滤技术进行拍卖商品的推荐。  相似文献
