一种基于未知测度的煤矿安全评价模型

在分析了煤炭行业原有安全综合评价缺陷的基础上，论文建立了未确知测度模型对煤矿安全进行综合评价。提供了一条定量、定性相结合的煤矿安全综合评价的新途径，并用一个实例说明此模型具有一定的实用价值。     

瓦斯矿井升级突出矿井后通风系统设计优化

矿井通风系统的可靠性直接关系到矿井通风安全及矿井防灾抗灾能力。为了保证安全生产,矿井的通风系统必须随着矿井瓦斯等级的变化而提升,满足矿井瓦斯治理、防治突出的新要求。不同瓦斯等级的矿井对通风系统的要求不同,结构简单、安全可靠、经济合理、与矿井瓦斯等级相适应的通风系统,可以保障矿井安全生产、实现矿井的可持续发展。为此,总结了陈四楼煤矿瓦斯矿井升级突出矿井的通风系统设计优化过程,简要分析陈四楼煤矿通风系统优化经验,以期为矿井通风系统改造提供借鉴。     

煤矿瓦斯概率风险评价方法研究

根据煤矿事故的特点,在对多种风险评价方法优缺点分析的基础上,重点对概率风险评价方法进行了研究,充实、完善并规范了概率风险评价方法的评价内容、计算公式和评价过程,在某煤矿1371工作面进行了实践,结果表明,煤矿瓦斯概率风险评价能使管理者对危险状况有较为直观的了解,从而及时构建出各工作面的危险评估计划表,对矿井瓦斯危险情况进行科学预测和控制.     

Analysis on safety production in coal mines Henan Province

Based on the rigorous situation of safety production in coal mines, the paper analyzed the statistical data of recent accidents indexes in Henan＇s coal mines. Using investigation and comparison analysis methods, a specified analysis on mining conditions, technical facility level, safety input and vocational quality of workers in Henan＇s coal mines was conducted. The result indicates that there have been existing such main safety production problems as weak safety management, low-level facilities, inadequate safety input and poor vocational quality and so on. Finally it proposes such reference solutions as to establish and perfect coal mining supervision and management system, to increase safety investment into techniques and facilities and to strengthen workers＇ safety education and introduction of more high-level professional talents.     

煤矿安全生产标准化建设实效评价指标体系研究

煤矿安全生产标准化的评价与煤矿安全评价有所不同,更加注重体制的创建和日后的发展,是一个过程性评价体系。据此本文对煤矿安全生产标准化进行概述,对煤矿安全生产标准化创建的评价体系进行阐述,从不同方面分析评价体系创设方式。同时,提出实效评价体系的创建框架和信息系统平台。希望本文的研究能够为相关工作者提供参考意见和建议。     

浅谈我国煤矿生产的安全评价及相关建议

结合我国煤矿安全生产的特点及严峻形势,运用系统安全工程学的方法,指出我国煤矿生产安全评价的内容和意义,提出煤矿重大危险源安全评价和煤矿事故的D=L.E.C风险量化分析法及几点建议。     

Study on coal mines accidents based on the grey relational analysis

The subject investigated the system of people-machine-environment in coal mines. The coal mines working process was researched and the theory of grey system was applied to analyze coal mines safety accidents and those relevant factors. This research reveals that this analysis method is easy and highly available and the result is of great credibility, which can not only provide theoretical supports to the quantitative study of coal mines safety accident, but offer basis for coal mines companies’ safety management.     

浅谈动力煤质量评价体系的建立

以动力煤为评价对象,浅谈以动力煤的热值、硫分、含杂率、灰熔融性、可磨性指数等作为评价指标,结合动力煤用户对煤质的要求,运用模糊数学综合评价法评价煤质的实际情况.     

建筑安全评价及应用研究

论文首先建立了建筑安全评价指标体系,将灰色理论和熵理论引入了建筑安全评价领域,利用二者的优点根据指标体系建立了建筑安全综合评价模型,通过对四个小高层施工现场的安全性进行评价,得出各施工现场人、机和环境的优劣排序,并提出了相应的改进措施。     

煤矿企业职工安全行为能力评价指标体系研究

大量的事故调查显示人的不安全行为是导致煤矿事故发生的主要原因,而安全行为能力的不足则是不安全行为发生的根源因素,对煤矿职工安全行为能力进行分析和研究是预防人因事故,促进安全生产的重要途径.将煤矿企业职工分为决策层、管理层和执行层3个层次,结合人力资源管理中能力的概念,对煤矿职工的安全行为能力进行了定义,并提出煤矿企业人因事故模型;通过分析职工安全行为能力的影响因素,构建了煤矿企业职工安全行为能力评价指标体系,为煤矿企业有效评价人的安全性,预防人因事故提供了一种思路.     

Study on cooperative development of safety and production in coal mines

Based on cooperative theories and analysis of characters of safety and production in coal mines, discussed the relationship and function of cooperative development between safety and production and established a basic cooperative development model. At the same time, a systemic expatiation of the basic principle, the core conception and the contents of the model was given. In the end, the guarantee measures for realization were proposed. The result of the research may have some leading meaning to ensure safety and production in coal enterprises and to achieve synchronous exaltation of production efficiency and the safety degree.     

Analysis on evaluation ability of nonlinear safety assessment model of coal mines based on artificial neural network

Based on the integration analysis of goods and shortcomings of various methods used in safety assessment of coal mines, combining nonlinear feature of mine safety sub-system, this paper establishes the neural network assessment model of mine safety, analyzes the ability of artificial neural network to evaluate mine safety state, and lays the theoretical foundation of artificial neural network using in the systematic optimization of mine safety assessment and getting reasonable accurate safety assessment result.     

高原煤矿“360”安全文化体系建设研究

我国煤矿企业发展面临的形势严峻,为了提升安全生产管理水平,基于大煤沟煤矿特殊的高原环境及人员特点,针对安全文化体系不健全、制度不完善、意识不到位、操作不规范等问题,深入阐述了安全文化内涵及功能,构建包含“3”大安全承诺、“6”大安全观念、“0”安全目标的“360”安全文化体系,并从安全观念文化、安全行为文化、安全制度文化、安全物质文化4个层面提出安全文化建设具体做法,实现用安全塑造文化、用文化管控安全,最终达到“零事故、零伤害”的安全生产目标。     

中国小型煤矿发展问题研究

介绍了我国小型煤矿在生产过程中存在的主要问题,分析了小型煤矿关闭困难的主要原因,并提出了解决我国小型煤矿发展问题的对策建议。     

煤矿企业本质安全管理体系建设研究

为了提高煤矿企业安全管理水平,促进双重预防体系在煤矿企业的贯彻落实,学者在前人研究的基础上,将风险分级管控和事故隐患排查治理的双重预防机制,加入到本质安全内容中,丰富了煤矿本质安全管理的内涵,推动安全关口前移,强化源头治理。从本质安全的概念引出本质安全体系建设的意义,展开叙述本质安全研究的主要内容,给出了煤炭企业应该如何建设本质安全管理体系的答案,研究出了一套煤炭企业建设本质安全管理体系方法。     

煤矿用电量监测在煤矿安全监管中的应用

为了提高煤矿安全监管部门的监管力度,切实准确地掌握煤矿企业组织生产的情况以及杜绝违法和非法组织生产的行为,本文提出了用煤炭企业实际用电量监测企业生产状况的新思路,通过煤矿的用电量是否异常来监测煤矿企业的实际生产情况,实践表明,这种新方法极大地改善了煤炭安全生产监管的现状.     

基于未确知集的煤矿安全评价

在综合考虑影响煤矿安全评价因素的基础上,建立了煤矿安全评价指标体系,应用粗集理论进行属性约简,提取核心影响因素,并用信息熵确定指标客观性权重,然后建立未确知测度模型对煤矿安全进行综合评价,提高了评价结果的客观性和准确性.     

A study of mining-induced seismicity in Czech mines with longwall coal exploitation

A review is performed for the data of local and regional seismographical networks installed in mines of the Ostrava-Karviná Coal Basin (Czech Republic), where underground anthracite mining is carried out and dynamic events occur in the form of rockbursts. The seismological and seismoacoustic observations data obtained in panels that are in limiting state are analyzed. 浅议矿井通风系统安全评价方法

我国矿山企业安全生产形势严峻,事故多、伤亡大、经济损失严重,尤其是重、特大事故频繁发生.安全评价技术及其应用是预防和控制事故发生的重要措施.     

预警管理机制在煤矿瓦斯治理过程中的应用

阐述了预警机制的原理,将该机制应用于成庄矿瓦斯治理,结果表明:通过日常通风瓦斯动态信息的收集,对有可能引起瓦斯超限的隐患超前预警,及时采取整改措施,消灭瓦斯事故根源,实现了长周期的瓦斯零超限,提高了矿井的安全生产系数.
