镁系脱硫剂与硫的亲和力强,脱硫效率高,是铁水预处理脱硫过程常用的脱硫剂之一,但脱硫后的渣具有渣稀、不易扒渣等特点。为了改善脱硫渣的流动性、增加界面的粘接力、降低扒渣铁损,研究了脱硫渣改性剂碱度和添加量对脱硫渣黏度的影响。首先采用FactSage热力学软件对不同碱度和FeO加入量的脱硫渣黏度进行了模拟计算,分析了碱度和FeO加入量对脱硫渣黏度的影响。然后通过绘制CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO(10%)-FeO(11%)脱硫渣的等温液相线图,找到了脱硫渣扒渣难的原因。利用熔渣综合物性测定仪测定了加入脱硫渣改性剂前后熔渣的黏度。结果表明:未加入脱硫渣改性剂之前脱硫渣的黏度均偏低,达不到合适的扒渣黏度;加入脱硫渣改性剂后可以增大脱硫渣的黏度,适宜的脱硫渣改性剂添加量为脱硫渣改性剂与脱硫渣配比为2∶5、3∶5,此时在扒渣温度区间1 330~1 340℃,脱硫渣黏度在2.007~2.114、2.5~2.77 Pa·s,有利于脱硫渣的粘结。  相似文献

参照AOD炉冶炼不锈钢的工艺模式,开发AOD炉进行铁水脱硫的工艺,以满足脱硫设备出现故障后脱硫铁水的供应。通过实践表明:AOD炉进行铁水脱硫可实现将w(S)脱至0.002 0%以下,并利用离线扒渣设备扒除含硫渣,防止转炉冶炼过程中回硫;为提高脱硫效率,铁水脱硫终点温度控制在1 350~1 400℃,温度不足采用硅铁弥补,渣量20~30 kg/t,还原后w(Si)控制在0.2%~0.4%,还原阶段侧吹搅拌强度控制在0.4~0.6 m~3/(t·min),搅拌时间5 min。  相似文献

为了研究炉渣铁水脱硫速率,在实验室条件下进行了温度为1 673~1 773 K时CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Na_2O-TiO_2渣铁水脱硫的动力学试验。结果表明,随着温度的增加,脱硫速率加快,炉渣熔化效果更好。多数脱硫反应在约50 min后硫质量分数基本不变。通过建立铁水脱硫动力学的数学模型,计算脱硫过程中硫的传质系数和传质阻力。硫的传质系数范围为5.02×10-7~18.69×10-7m/s。温度为1 673~1 723 K时活化能为464.06 kJ/mol,温度为1 723~1 773 K时活化能为176.35 k J/mol。通过矿相解离分析仪(MLA)观察硫在渣铁界面附近的分布情况,结合MLA扫描图片,认为高温时硫在渣中的传质是脱硫过程的限制环节。  相似文献

 以现场高炉渣化学成分为基准,利用纯化学试剂制备试验渣样,研究了高铝中钛型高炉渣脱硫的动力学过程,确定了其脱硫的动力学参数。结果表明,当反应温度一定时,铁水中硫含量w([S])随脱硫反应时间的延长而降低。试验条件下,高铝中钛渣脱硫过程属于二级反应,其限制性环节是硫在熔渣中的扩散。熔渣中硫的传质系数βS随着温度的升高而增大,硫在熔渣中的扩散活化能ED为127.03kJ/mol。  相似文献

在碱性化铁爐操作上注意造高碱度渣、保持渣子流动性良好,降低渣中氧化铁含量,可以获得高脱硫效率。含硫达0.3~0.7%的生铁,经化铁爐爐内脱硫,可使铁水含硫量降到0.025~0.06%,脱硫率为85~90%,给转爐减轻了去硫负担。  相似文献

结合脱硫理论和实际生产数据分析,对某厂硅钢铁水预处理脱硫进行了研究。结果表明,二次脱硫渣硫含量与前渣中的硫含量成正比、与前渣余量成反比、与一次脱硫渣余量成正比、与脱硫剂用量成反比。当脱硫剂总量一定时,二次脱硫渣中硫含量随着一次脱硫剂占比的增加呈先降后增的趋势,最佳一次脱硫剂占比为40%。铁水随着预处理前温度的升高,处理后的硫含量呈先降再升的趋势,最佳处理前温度为1 370~1 400℃。铁水通过3次扒渣,2次脱硫处理,硫的质量分数降至11.7×10-6,满足硅钢生产需求。  相似文献
