In recent years, the conducting polymers are used in organic coatings as a replacement of chromate based pigments. The effectiveness of polydiphenylamine (PDPA) in the vinyl coating towards the corrosion protection of steel in acidic environment has been found out. The polymer PDPA was synthesized by chemical oxidation of diphenylamine by ammoniumpersulfate in hydrochloric acid medium. The polymer was characterized by FTIR and XRD. The corrosion protection performance of the PDPA containing 0–5% in vinyl coating on steel in 0.1N HCl has been assessed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Coatings containing more than 3% PDPA are found to offer excellent corrosion protection of steel in acid media due to redox property of PDPA. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 铝颜料是一种重要的金属效应颜料,在涂料、油墨、塑料等行业有着广泛的应用;为了增强其耐候性、耐酸碱性以及与树脂间的相容性,在应用前必须对铝颜料进行表面防腐处理。综述了近年来铝颜料表面防腐处理方法,主要有吸附腐蚀抑制剂法和包覆膜法。归纳了腐蚀抑制剂法使用的试剂种类,并分析了防腐试剂的作用原理;介绍了无机钝化、高聚物吸附包覆和表面聚合包覆等3种包覆膜法的机理与工艺。最后展望了该领域的研究方向。  相似文献

研究了不同表面处理条件下环氧富锌/环氧云母氧化铁/氯化橡胶涂层体系的电化学阻抗谱特征。利用Bode图、涂层吸水率、涂层电阻及特征频率的变化评价了表面处理对涂层防护性能的影响。结果表明,基材表面状态不同的复合涂层体系吸水率相对稳定阶段所持续的时间长短顺序为:手工打磨>表面锈蚀>表面未处理,与涂层的防护寿命长短、涂层/基材间的黏附力大小顺序一致。此外,不论基材表面处理程度如何,当涂层体系的特征频率增加到1400 Hz左右时,涂层电阻均发生较快降低,吸水率发生较大增长,涂层失去防护作用。  相似文献

In this paper, three types of protective silane films, methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS), vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTMS) and dodecyltrimethoxysilane (DTMS) were prepared on aluminum alloys AA 2024-T3 by electrodeposition technique. The Reflection-Absorption Fourier Transform IR (FTRA-IR) measurements showed that, the silane films were successfully deposited through chemical bonding between silane agents and Al alloys. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests indicated that in comparison with those by conventional “dip-coating” method, silane films electrochemically prepared at cathodic potentials exhibited obviously higher corrosion resistances. “Critical potential” was all observed for each silane system. Silane films prepared at this potential performed the highest corrosion resistance. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images indicated a potential dependence of surface morphology of silane films. The highest compactness was obtained at the “critical potential”. Due to the presence of long hydrophobic dodecyl chain in bone structure, DTMS films displayed the highest barrier properties.  相似文献

Conversion treatments based on immersion in Cr(VI) aqueous solutions are key technologies that combine low cost, easy application and high performance. However, they are environmentally problematic due to their carcinogenity and genotoxicity. Among the potential alternatives, treatments based on rare-earth compounds have drawn attention due to the stability of their oxides and their environmental acceptability. Despite the amount of work published, there is not yet an industrially suitable alternative treatment for aircraft aluminium alloys that is able to provide the required corrosion protection. A common feature of these alloys is the high level of copper in their chemical composition. Although the presence of copper in an alloy may enhance cerium deposition, high copper content alloys (AA2024, AA7075) have proven the most difficult to protect with Ce conversion coatings.In the present work, a commercial 8090-T8 aluminium alloy containing 1.15 weight percent (wt.%) Cu was coated with a Ce conversion coating at room temperature from a Ce bath without prior pretreatment of the specimens. Polarisation curves revealed that the presence of a cerium conversion coating (CeCC) reduces by two orders of magnitude the corrosion rate of the AA8090 alloy in a sodium chloride solution. Impedance measurements exhibited capacitive behaviour for the CeCC up to 216 h, showing that the cerium layer protects the bare alloy in the aggressive solution.Electrochemical tests have therefore revealed that these conversion layers afford long-lasting protection; withstanding up to 168 h in Salt Spray test.  相似文献

Polyaniline has been electrodeposited on AA 7075 alloy and its corrosion protection ability has been studied by Tafel and impedance techniques in 1% NaCl. Pure polyaniline film is not found to protect the aluminium alloy due to galvanic interaction of polyaniline and aluminium surface exposed through pinholes and cracks. However, it is found that the corrosion resistance property of the polyaniline film can be substantially increased by post-treatment in cerium salt solution.  相似文献

Homogeneous and adherent polyaniline coatings were electrosynthesized on aluminum (Al) alloy 3004 (AA 3004) from an aqueous solution containing aniline and oxalic acid by using the galvanostatic polarization method. A higher applied current density in the polymerization stage proved to be the best condition to adopt for the synthesis of more compact and strongly adherent polyaniline coatings on Al. The corrosion performances of polyaniline coatings were investigated in 3.5% NaCl solution by the potentiodynamic polarization technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).Potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies reveal that the polyaniline acts as a protective layer on Al against corrosion in 3.5% NaCl solution. The current corrosion decreases significantly from 6.55 μA cm−2 for uncoated Al to 0.158 μA cm−2 for polyaniline-coated Al. The corrosion rate of the polyaniline-coated Al is found to be 5.17 × 10−4 mm year−1, which is ∼40 times lower than that observed for bare Al. The potential corrosion increases from −1.015 V versus SCE for uncoated Al to ∼−0.9 V versus SCE for polyaniline-coated Al electrodes. The positive shift of ∼0.11 V in potential corrosion indicates the protection of the Al surface by the polyaniline coatings.The synthesized coatings were characterized by UV-visible absorption spectrometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Optical absorption spectroscopy reveals the formation of the emeraldine form of polyaniline. The results of this study clearly ascertain that the polyaniline has outstanding potential to protect the AA 3004 alloy against corrosion in a chloride environment.  相似文献

对硝酸铈铵复盐的制备工艺进行了研究。分析了反应物的加入量、反应温度、反应时间以及其它工艺条件对制备硝酸铈铵复盐产品质量的影响。得出了制备分析纯硝酸铈铵复盐的方法。该方法可获得纯度达99%以上的橘红色硝酸铈铵复盐,收率达85%以上。  相似文献

在Zn–Al–Mg镀液中添加不同量的稀土Ce以提高热浸镀Zn–Al–Mg合金层性能。通过分析合金镀层的表面形貌和截面形貌以及中性盐雾试验,系统地研究了镀液中Ce添加量对合金镀层显微组织结构和耐蚀性的影响。当铈的添加量≤0.05%(质量分数)时,随铈添加量增大,热浸镀Zn–Al–Mg合金层的晶粒逐渐细化,尺寸逐渐均匀;δ相层的厚度变化不大,而ζ相层略微减薄。当铈添加量0.05%时,随铈添加量增大,镀层合金相厚度骤减。中性盐雾试验表明,镀液中添加Ce有利于提高Zn–Al–Mg合金镀层的耐蚀性,但其添加量不宜超过0.05%。  相似文献

利用弱极化原理,通过腐蚀速率测量仪测量大功率二次雾化电弧喷铝涂层的腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流密度,计算其深度腐蚀速率,时电弧喷铝涂层的防腐寿命进行评估,获得了不同厚度电弧喷铝涂层所对应的防护寿命,确定了具有不同防护寿命的复合涂层的最佳防腐设计方案.讨论了该法存在的问题.指出电弧喷铝复合涂层的防护寿命不仅取决于涂层系统的选择及其内在质量,而且与腐蚀环境和防腐蚀涂装质量、工程养护质量密切相关,应用中须根据已用工程金属涂层的实际防护寿命对其进行修正.  相似文献

Different electrochemical methodologies were established to induce general corrosion and blistering on homogeneous and heterogeneous carbon steel surfaces similar to the corrosion damage in a catalytic oil refinery plant. In one case, the film porosity and the iron sulphide stoichiometry were modified and in other case, the surface conditions were changed with sulphur films and microblisters. Additionally, we studied the influence of 1018 carbon steel surface conditions on the corrosion process in a medium simulating the average composition of sour waters in catalytic plants of PEMEX Mexico (0.1 M (NH4)2S, 10 ppm CN as NaCN, pH 8.8). Using the impedance spectra, from 10 kHz to 0.01 Hz, it was possible to qualitatively identify the carbon steel surface condition in an alkaline sour environment and to suggest the same corrosion process steps for this system, despite different surface conditions: charge transfer resistance of steel oxidation in the metal/corrosion product film interface and Fe2+ ion and H° diffusion through the corrosion product film. Finally, scanning electron microscopy of a freshly polished surface showed the formation of a homogeneous film immediately after introducing the carbon steel into the sour media. The other surface changes depended on the induced corrosion process and corroborated the electrochemical impedance predictions.  相似文献

介绍了纳米改性工业防腐蚀涂料的制备工艺,包括纳米浓缩浆、纳米改性环氧封闭漆、纳米改性环氧云铁中间漆以及纳米改性含氟聚氨酯面漆等系列产品的制备与表征。测试结果表明,纳米材料在纳米浆及涂料中获得了良好分散,纳米改性复合涂层(即喷铝涂层+纳米改性环氧封闭漆+纳米改性云铁中间漆+纳米改性含氟聚氨酯面漆)的物理机械性能以及耐久性均得到显著提高,产品在实际工程应用中也取得了可喜成果。该纳米改性工业防腐蚀涂料具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

This paper describes the study of a new decontamination process of AISI 304L stainless steel from dismantled nuclear power plants. A very thin active contaminated surface layer was stripped from the underlying metal by corrosion in a solution of nitric acid with the addition of cerium nitrate. The Ce4+/Ce3+ concentration ratio was initially equal to unity and ozone/oxygen bubbles were used to regenerate Ce3+ ions into Ce4+ ions. The study was performed in a laboratory cell prior to preliminary optimization in a three-litre reactor. The objective was to obtain a corrosion rate of about 10 micrometers per day. This target was reached in 10–2 mol l–1 of cerium nitrate with bubbling of a 1.56 g h–1 ozone flow in a 60 l h–1 total gas flow. The corrosion rate depended essentially on the Ce4+ concentration. The stainless steel exhibited intergranular corrosion. The corrosion rate was monitored by measuring the solution oxidizing potential using a precious metal electrode.  相似文献

以3-氯丙酸乙酯、甲基苯并三氮唑、水合肼、2-吡啶甲酰氯为原料,通过三步法合成反应,合成出了酰胺类抑制环烷酸腐蚀的高温环烷酸缓蚀剂。通过红外、热分析表征,进一步明确了产品的主要官能团及分解温度变化趋势。通过小试得到的工艺参数,确定了中试的反应条件,生产出合格的中试产品。在炼厂常减压装置加注后,分别考察了装置易腐蚀的关键减压侧线油部位,即减二线和减三线油中的铁离子,考察初期即成膜期,高温环烷酸缓蚀剂的加注量为50mg/L,待系统稳定后,加注量稳定在30mg/L的条件下,减二线油和减三线油的铁离子含量由0.92mg/L和0.98mg/L降到0.17mg/L和0.11mg/L,说明加注高温环烷酸缓蚀剂大大降低了环烷酸对炼油装置的腐蚀程度。  相似文献

研究了氧化铈前体硫酸铈、草酸铈和硝酸铈对乙苯脱氢催化剂性能的影响,结果表明:加入硫酸铈,催化剂的活性和选择性均偏低;而分别加入草酸铈和硝酸铈对催化剂的性能更有利,特别是将二者以70%与30%复配后使用,乙苯转化率达79%以上,苯乙烯选择性达95%以上,同时经1 000 h寿命考察催化剂性能稳定。  相似文献

This paper deals with the study of effects of mechanical surface preparation on the adhesion of coating with high content of zinc dust. Five kinds of mechanically blasted surfaces were studied. The following were used as abrasives: steel shot, steel grit, brown corundum oxide and zirblast. The last surface type was modified by MBX Blaster technology (mechanical bristle blasting). The surfaces topography was quantified by a roughness profilometer. The shape and size of the incurred inequalities on the modified surfaces were studied using 3D microscope images of the surface. The purity of the surfaces after pre-treatment was evaluated by impurity glued on the tape and measuring the reflection of light from the surface. Fractal analysis was used to evaluate the diversity of inequalities on the prepared surfaces. Cross-sections were also taken of the prepared surfaces. The prepared surfaces were coated with zinc-filled coating. The adhesion of the coating to the substrate was evaluated by a pull-off test after curing the coating (as sprayed), as well as after exposure to severe corrosive environments. The best adhesion of the coating was found for the coating applied to the substrate which had been pre-treated with brown corundum and steel grit.  相似文献

引言 光纤腐蚀传感器具有径细、质轻、抗强电磁干扰、耐高温、集信息传输与传感于一体、易集成于结构内部等一系列优点[1],在金属腐蚀监测方面的应用研究越来越受到重视.Rutherford等[2]针对飞机上铝材缝隙腐蚀监测问题,提出了一种新的光波导腐蚀传感方案,即用气相物理沉积法(PVD)在光纤纤芯表面上沉积一层Al膜以形成光纤的金属包层,构成了一种能监测Al材腐蚀的光纤传感器;Benounis等[3]也对光纤腐蚀传感器进行了大量的研究,指出了光纤传感器的可行性及影响传感器性能的一些参数.但是他们的工作主要是在传感器的理论及可行性方面进行研究,尚未达到实际应用的程度.本实验室也对监测碳钢腐蚀的光纤传感器进行了研究[4].本文试图建立起传感器铝腐蚀敏感膜与工业纯铝之间耐蚀性的关系,为光纤腐蚀传感器的实际应用打下基础.  相似文献
