设计了一种基于模糊控制的汽车智能雨刮系统,来取代传统的机械结构的雨刮器。当下雨时,驾驶者无需动手打开雨刮器,使驾驶者可以集中精力开车。采用自调整模糊控制器设计了该系统,通过红外雨滴传感器感知雨量的大小,运用单片机的PWM信号控制雨刮器同步地工作在高速或低速状态。用一种带修正因子对模糊规则进行调整的模糊控制器取代传统的PID控制器,能明显改善系统的稳态和动态性能。实验证明,该模糊系统性能可靠,控制效果良好。 相似文献

In the present study, a novel windscreen wiper-on-cylinder machine has been used to investigate the influence of sliding speed
and normal force on the coefficient of friction. Using this machine it is possible to measure the friction force not only
on specimen level, as in former studies to be available in the literature, but also on structural level by considering the
whole windscreen wiper. As measurement results are strongly influenced by both the real, non-circular cross-section, and the
eccentricity of the rotating glass cylinder an analytical model has been developed to explain the measurement results. The
good agreement to be found between theory and experiment confirms the validity of the model. Majority of the results belongs
to partial contact where the wiper blade is not in contact with the glass countersurface along its total length. After the
discussion of experimental results, as a last step, authors made an attempt to compare quantitatively the predictive capability
of two different contact models widely used in mixed friction model of sliding rubber components. The results show that the
difference in film thickness due to solid–solid contact can be larger than three orders of magnitude in case of a typical

This paper is concerned with the squeal noise of a wiper/windscreen contact. It is shown that squeal noise stems from friction-induced self-excited vibrations in the context of Stribeck’s law for friction coefficient. The study is specifically focussed on the instability range of velocities and not on the amplitude of limit cycles. The studied dynamic system consists of a single degree-of-freedom mass-spring-damper oscillator submitted to a velocity-dependent frictional force which follows the Stribeck law. The local stability is analyzed by the first Lyapunov method and results in a stability criterion. Experiments have been performed on a glass/elastomer contact lubricated with water. The tribometer ‘LUG’ provides measurements of the vibrational velocity and friction force versus sliding speed. It is found that the instability appears during the transition between boundary and elastohydrodynamic regimes where the negative gradient of the friction versus velocity curve is steep. The apparition and vanishing of instability are correctly predicted by the steady-state stability criterion. 相似文献

Windshield wipers play a key role in assuring the driver’s safety during precipitation. The traditional wiper systems, however,
requires driver’s constant attention in adjusting the wiper speed and the intermittent wiper interval because the amount of
precipitation on the windshield constantly varies according to time and vehicle’s speed. Because the manual adjustment of
the wiper distracts driver’s attention, which may be a direct cause of traffic accidents, many companies have developed automatic
wiper systems using some optical sensors with various levels of success. This paper presents the development of vision-based
smart windshield wiper system that can automatically adjust its speed and intermittent interval according to the amount of
water drops on the windshield. The system employs various image processing algorithms to detect water drops and fuzzy logic
