基于神经网络的锅炉对流受热面灰污监测研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
采用多层前向型神经网络,对电站锅炉对流受热面的实时污染状况建立了监测模型。模型选取合适的参数组成输入向量,利用电站数据采集系统下载的实时机组数据,经规格化处理后对神经网络进行训练。结果表明,训练后的神经网络可以较准确地实现锅炉对流受热面的积灰状态的在线监测,为吹灰方案的最优化打下了良好的基础。 相似文献

从工程实践的角度出发,针对高灰分劣质无烟煤的特点,对一台角管式链条炉排锅炉在燃用非设计煤种时,所产生的锅炉出力降低、受热面积灰严重的状况进行了研究和分析.通过对锅炉炉拱和炉内烟气流道的改造,以及二次风的运用,提高锅炉在燃用高灰分劣质无烟煤时的出力和运行效率,改善了炉内的严重积灰现象.改造突出了锅炉前、后拱在链条炉燃烧组织中极其重要的作用,可为其它在燃用非设计煤种时出力降低的锅炉技术改造提供借鉴. 相似文献

针对循环流化床锅炉燃用准东煤带来的受热面结渣和沾污问题,从降低入炉煤碱金属着手,采用准东五彩湾煤掺烧不同比例的煤矸石、低钠煤、沙漠黄沙,探究不同掺烧物料及比例对锅炉受热面结渣和沾污的影响。研究结果表明:掺烧25%煤矸石时,炉内受热面沾污、结渣严重,且存在频发的爆管现象;掺烧38%艾维尔沟低钠煤时,各级受热面均比较干净,没有明显的结渣沾污现象,但锅炉运行成本显著增加;掺烧5%古尔班通特沙漠黄沙时,仅在一级蒸发管高温烟区出现了类似于沙子的大焦块,其余受热面均比较光滑、干净,没有结渣和沾污现象。 相似文献

The performance of a boiler with a built-in thermal storage unit is presented. The thermal storage unit is an insulated water tank that absorbs surplus heat from the boiler. The stored heat in the thermal storage unit makes it possible to heat even when the boiler is not operating, thus increasing the heating efficiency. A system with three components is described. The model of the system and the mathematical model were made using the TRNSYS program package and a test reference year (TRY). The degree of efficiency, which optimizes the thermal storage volume and the heating power of the boiler, was determined. The thermal storage must also ensure that the heat is stored at the highest possible exergy level, and complete mixing of the water is a condition for optimizing the thermal storage. The matching of the boiler’s heating capacity with the thermal storage unit ensures a supply of heat even when the boiler is not operating. 相似文献

针对在线监测大型电站锅炉受热面污染的需要,讨论了稳定负荷的计算模型无法用于变负荷工况监测的原因,分析了变负荷过程中各物理参数的变化机理,从热量平衡出发,考虑了金属管壁蓄热及蒸汽蓄热对受热面污染计算的影响,推导了变负荷工况下的污染监测模型及实时计算方法.以某电厂300MW机组锅炉的低温对流过热器为计算对象,采用现场实时数据进行了变负荷工况下受热面污染监测计算.提出了考虑金属及工质蓄热的锅炉变负荷污染监测模型与计算方法,基本能够消除负荷变化对受热面实际污染率计算的影响,得到比较合理的污染率计算结果,对改进现有的根据热平衡算法的锅炉受热面污染在线监测模型有重要的参考价值和工程实际意义. 相似文献

为实现对燃煤锅炉无烟温测点的对流受热面积灰程度的监测,对锅炉对流受热面的传热特性及工质吸热特性进行热平衡机理分析,在热力学基础上,用相关性分析、回归分析和灰色关联分析方法对实际生产数据进行挖掘、分析,计算了对流受热面的出入口工质温差与清洁因子的灰色关联特性,建立了利用受热面进出口温差表征积灰程度的函数模型。结果表明:负荷稳定时,锅炉燃烧释放的热量也是一定的,对流受热面单位工质吸热量能反映该对流受热面的积灰程度;受热面温差与清洁因子具有极强的关联性,受热面进出口工质温差模型能很好地反映对流受热面的积灰程度。 相似文献

A permanent magnet (PM) synchronous servo motor drive with integral-proportional (IP) position controller and a proposed on-line trained fuzzy neural network (FNN) controller is introduced in this paper. First, an IP position controller is designed according to the estimated plant model to match the time-domain command tracking specifications. Then the resulting closed-loop tracking transfer function is used as the reference model, and an adaptive signal generated from the proposed FNN controller, whose membership functions and connective weights are trained on-line according to the model-following error of the states, is added to the control system to preserve a favorable model-following characteristics under various operating conditions 相似文献

The impact of heat exchanger fouling on the optimum operation and maintenance of the Stirling engine

This paper focuses on the effect of heat exchanger fouling on the performance of the Stirling engine in combined heat and power (CHP) application. Fouling results from using biomass fuels and affects the heat exchanger that transfers heat into the engine. This heat exchanger is referred to as the heater. The heat exchanger that recovers heat from the flue gases is also affected by fouling. To determine the performance of the Stirling engine, a commercial Stirling analysis tool is applied together with models that have been developed for the heat transfer in the heater, regenerator and cooler of the engine. The Stirling engine model uses constant temperatures for the heat addition and rejection, with the theory of displacement engine as a basis. The fouling in the heat exchanger is taken into account by using a fouling factor that corresponds with the degradation in the total heat transfer coefficient. The Stirling engine model together with the model for heat exchanger fouling makes it possible to estimate the effect of fouling on the performance of the Stirling engine. A cost model is developed for the engine to translate changes in performance into economy in CHP operation. In the studied application, the Stirling engine is operated by the heat demand. Together with the selected control method, performance and cost models compose a tool for the simulation and optimization of the system. The use of the models to determine the optimal cleaning interval of the heat exchanger surfaces is considered. 相似文献

The simulation model of a power generation system was developed based on EASY5 simulation platform. The performances of the power plant under the conditions of the furnace slagging and ash deposition of the heating surfaces in the boiler were simulated. The results show that the simulation model can reasonably reflect the characteristics of the power plant when each component is under fault conditions. Through fault simulation, the change of the performance parameters can be obtained, which can be used in fault diagnosis system as the diagnosis criterion for expert system. 相似文献
