以某市新时代中心(一期)工程为背景,采用理论与试验相结合的方法,对HRB500E钢筋电渣压力焊焊接工艺进行了试验分析。结果表明:采用“增加电弧时间、减少电渣时间,分阶段进行控制”的焊接方法可以使焊接接头具有良好的拉伸性能,但断裂位置多位于钢筋过热区,因此有必要减少焊接过程中钢筋受热量;在减少电弧过程和电渣过程时间后,断裂于母材、过热区和焊缝的占比分别为28.7%,48.1%,23.1%,焊接质量仍然较差,且通过验证试验,也表明焊接夹具不是造成焊接质量差的原因;提出镦粗电渣压力焊工艺,同时适当延长电弧时间和电渣过程时间,镦粗工艺改进后焊接接头平均抗拉强度达729.2MPa,且100%断裂于钢筋母材处,镦粗电渣压力焊工艺能明显提升HRB500E钢筋的焊接质量。 相似文献
