供应商管理库存(VMI)通过降低供应链上的库存水平以及物料流转周期,从而降低了总成本,已经被越来越多地应用到企业的电子商务系统中。在传统的VMI管理模式中,传真、EMAIL等手工方式问题非常多;而使用EDI标准也存在费用高昂、交易流程定制复杂等问题。提出了一种基于RosettaNet标准的VMI系统的解决方案。它采用了基于Roset-taNet规范的标准流程,提供了稳定可靠的底层架构,能够完成数据高效的传输,并且具有一定的数据分析能力。  相似文献

针对一般的供应商管理库存(VMI)模型通常忽略系统的费用时值问题,基于需求为常数和无短缺量拖后或短缺量完全拖后的VMI模型,进一步考虑系统的费用时值和缺货期间出现短缺量部分拖后的情况,建立了包括一个供应商和一个订货商、从原材料到产成品的VMI模型,通过数值仿真和灵敏度分析表明,最优解存在且费用贴现率、丢单系数与服务水平对供应链各成员的单项和集成总成本均有不同程度的影响,为VMI系统的管理决策提供了理论依据。  相似文献

针对供货商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)模式下的二级库存路径问题(Inventory Routing Problem,IRP),结合需求的波动特征,以二级库存路径问题系统总成本最小化为目标,建立异质车队的二级库存路径问题混合整数规划模型,并设计改进的粒子群算法对模型求解。数值实验分析验证了模型和算法的适用性和有效性,结果显示,使用异质车队不仅可以提高配送车辆的装载率,降低零售商的库存水平,还会减少二级库存路径问题系统总成本;敏感性分析表明,不论需求波动程度怎样变化,使用异质车队时二级库存路径问题系统总成本都会得到降低。  相似文献

以供应商管理库存(VMI)模型的软件开发为背景,研究扩展UML(XUML)与ACME的集成建模方法及其在构架设计中的应用问题。探讨了UML结构模型和行为模型的语义扩展,以增强其表达能力,并将其用于VMI构架设计;进而基于ACME的开放语义框架,给出可实现的VMI构架模板的描述;最后对XUML和ACME两种建模方法的互补与集成的价值做了基本评价。通过在VMI软件开发中的实际应用,证明该方法是可行的,并取得良好的效果。  相似文献

Vendor-managed inventory (VMI) is one of the emerging solutions for improving the supply chain efficiency. It gives the supplier the responsibility to monitor and decide the inventory replenishments of their customers. In this paper, an integrated location–inventory distribution network problem which integrates the effects of facility location, distribution, and inventory issues is formulated under the VMI setup. We presented a Multi-Objective Location–Inventory Problem (MOLIP) model and investigated the possibility of a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA2) for solving MOLIP. To assess the performance of our approach, we conduct computational experiments with certain criteria. The potential of the proposed approach is demonstrated by comparing to a well-known multi-objective evolutionary algorithm. Computational results have presented promise solutions for different sizes of problems and proved to be an innovative and efficient approach for many difficult-to-solve problems.  相似文献

In real life, the vendor managed inventory (VMI) model is not always a stable supply chain partnership. This paper proposes a cooperative game based profit-sharing method to stabilize the VMI partnership. Specifically, in a B2C setting, we consider a VMI program including a manufacturer and multiple online retailers. The manufacturer provides the finished product at the equal wholesale price to multiple online retailers. The online retailers face the same customer demand information. We offer the model to compute the increased profits generated by information sharing for total possible VMI coalitions. Using the solution concept of Shapley value, the profit-sharing scheme is produced to fairly divide the total increased profits among the VMI members. We find that under a fair allocation scheme, the higher inventory cost of one VMI member increases the surplus of the other members. Furthermore, the manufacturer is glad to increase the size of VMI coalition, whereas, the retailers are delighted to limit the size of the alliance. Finally, the manufacturer can select the appropriate retailer to boost its surplus, which has no effect on the surplus of the other retailers. The numerical examples indicate that the grand coalition is stable under the proposed allocation scheme.  相似文献

This paper statistically analyzes applicability of business-to-business integration (B2Bi), benefits from and barriers to electronic data interchange (EDI) and RosettaNet between major original equipment manufacturers and European operators in the telecommunications industry. Based on coordination costs and nine business processes, frequency of the business process and timeliness required in the business process have clearer positive influences on applicability of B2Bi than does accuracy required in the business process. Complexity of the business process does not have such a positive relation to this applicability. Comparison of 12 benefits and eight barriers between EDI and RosettaNet shows no considerable differences. RosettaNet yields only slightly higher direct benefits than EDI, whereas all indirect benefits from RosettaNet are significantly higher than indirect benefits from EDI. Surprisingly, barriers to RosettaNet are not lower than barriers to EDI although only a lack of knowledge on EDI or RosettaNet is a significantly higher barrier to RosettaNet.  相似文献

In this paper a vendor managed inventory (VMI) service in tramp shipping is considered. VMI takes advantage of introducing flexibility in delivery time and cargo quantities by transferring inventory management and ordering responsibilities to the vendor which in this case is a shipping company. A two-phase heuristic is proposed to determine routes and schedules for the shipping company. The heuristic first converts inventories into cargoes, thus turning the problem into a classic ship routing and scheduling problem. It then uses adaptive large neighborhood search to solve the resulting cargo routing and scheduling problem. The heuristic iteratively changes the cargoes generated to handle the customer’s inventories, based on the information obtained from an initial solution. Computational results are presented, discussed and compared with exact solutions on large realistic instances. The results reveal the potential savings from converting traditional contracts of affreightment to an integrated VMI service. The factors that influence the benefits obtainable through VMI are also analyzed.  相似文献

This study used the extended limits-to-value model to frame four research hypotheses related to the effects of organizational size, employee involvement, and logistics integration on the expected and perceived values of vendor-managed inventory (VMI) as implemented in the electronics industry. Most of the findings supported the hypotheses. Specifically, that supply chain members working for organizations with high levels of employee involvement and logistics integration were more likely to realize the potential values of VMI. However, contrary to the notion that large organizations have more slack resources in technology adoption and implementation, VMI benefited small organizations most.  相似文献

The RosettaNet is an e-commerce standard over the Internet and Grid is a computing infrastructure for resource sharing. How to build e-commerce applications based on the RosettaNet over the Grid infrastructure is what we are interested in this paper. We first introduce the RosettaNet and discuss the security strategy of the RosettaNet. Then, we look into the security issues of the Grid.
