介绍了酶免工作站软件控制部分的分析和设计。按软件工程的设计思想,归纳出系统的对象,给出系统实现单文档多视和控制类的详细设计。并将一种改进的自适应遗传算法应用于系统执行效率的优化。此开发系统已投入实际试验,从实际使用的效果看,试验执行效率提高了69.9%,血样检测的准确率也达到了99.6%以上,因此,每台酶免仪每天可以多检测120个左右的血样,如果按照现在医院血液检测的指导价,每台酶免仪每年可为医院多创造150万人民币左右的利润。  相似文献

石英晶体微天平传感的酶联免疫分析法测定免疫球蛋白IgM   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
结合酶联免疫分析技术与石英晶体微天平检测技术,发展了一种基于石英晶体微天平传感的免疫传感器用于测定血液中免疫球蛋白IgM的量.羊抗人IgM抗血清通过氨基硅烷化共键固定在石英晶体表面上,采用竞争吸附免疫分析法,以辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记的IgM作标记物,N-四甲联苯胺(TMB)和H2O2作酶的底物.结合在石英晶体微天平上的酶标记物催化TMB氧化形成沉淀,使石英晶体微天平的振荡频率发生改变,据此测定标记物HRP-IgM和IgM的量.实验优化了分析条件下,对IgM的检测范围为0.03μg/mL to 7μg/mL,它具有仪器简单、操作方便、灵敏度高等优点.  相似文献

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for Neospora caninum antibodies was automated with a robotic workstation, the Beckman Coulter Biomek 2000, to screen 200 bovine sera. Comparing these results with manually run ELISA data, a 95.92% agreement (K = 0.9592) between the two assays was obtained. The automated assay was specific and sensitive with excellent positive and negative predictive values. The results were repeatable and reproducible. The automation flexibility was high and the operation complexity was minimal. High-throughput screening (HTS) for bovine antibodies to Neospora caninum was achieved. The assay was developed according to the internationally recognized ISO17025 standard requirements.  相似文献

With the advent of multicores, multithreaded programming has acquired increased importance. In order to obtain good performance, the synchronization constructs in multithreaded programs need to be carefully implemented. These implementations can be broadly classified into two categories: busy–wait and schedule‐based. For shared memory architectures, busy–wait synchronizations are preferred over schedule‐based synchronizations because they can achieve lower wakeup latency, especially when the expected wait time is much shorter than the scheduling time. While busy–wait synchronizations can improve the performance of multithreaded programs running on multicore machines, they create a challenge in program debugging, especially in detecting and identifying the causes of data races. Although significant research has been done on data race detection, prior works rely on one important assumption—the debuggers are aware of all the synchronization operations performed during a program run. This assumption is a significant limitation as multithreaded programs, including the popular SPLASH‐2 benchmark have busy–wait synchronizations such as barriers and flag synchronizations implemented in the user code. We show that the lack of knowledge of these synchronization operations leads to unnecessary reporting of numerous races. To tackle this problem, we propose a dynamic technique for identifying user‐defined synchronizations that are performed during a program run. Both software and hardware implementations are presented. Furthermore, our technique can be easily exploited by a record/replay system to significantly speedup the replay. It can also be leveraged by a transactional memory system to effectively resolve a livelock situation. Our evaluation confirms that our synchronization detector is highly accurate with no false negatives and very few false positives. We further observe that the knowledge of synchronization operations results in 23% reduction in replay time. Finally, we show that using synchronization knowledge livelocks can be efficiently avoided during runtime monitoring of programs. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

本文设计了全自动化学发光免疫分析仪取样平台的运动控制器。单轴控制器采用速度内环、位置外环的双闭环结构。其中位置控制环采用模糊控制,并进行前馈补偿,构成复合控制。同时考虑两轴联动的动态配合,设计了变增益交叉耦合控制器,补偿轮廓误差。实验结果表明,采用此控制策略不仅有效的提高了系统的单轴跟踪性能,而且轮廓误差明显降低。  相似文献

This paper describes an integrated control demonstration in which a rotary wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) landed on a moving platform using vision‐based localization of the target vehicle. Three key areas are covered in this paper: the system components and integration, the control system structure and design, and finally flight test data including the first such successful landing. All the development and demonstration flights were carried out in the field, and key system challenges and lessons learned are highlighted throughout the paper. Results are given for landings carried out on both stationary and translating targets, in wind speeds of up to 15 knots. While the translating target was constrained to linear motion, there are several applications such as recovery to a land‐based convoy for which this capability would be applicable. The results show that the approach adopted for this demonstration could form part of a practical solution to the problem of automated UAV recovery in both civilian and military environments.  相似文献

随着计算机网络技术的迅速发展,工作流系统也在由以前的集中式向分布式、异构式系统转化,从而实现协同工作。由于企业内部的业务流程往往非常复杂,要建立企业业务流程的模型就很困难,不是某一个人所能完成的,特别是企业内部存在商业机密,所以在建立几个企业组成的企业集团的业务流程模型就必须考虑到虚拟企业结构情况下,多个独立的业务流图基于公开接口的连接。该文主要针对这一需求,结合已开发的一个分布式工作流平台,论述动态柔性工作流的原理及实现。  相似文献

Microfluidic electrochemical sensing has been considered to be highly efficient. However, we showed, by using numerical simulations in this study, that a planar electrode formed on the bottom of a microchannel is exposed to only a small fraction of analytes in amperometric detection. We also showed that three-dimensional (3D) micropillar electrodes significantly improve the detection current. The practical performance was evaluated using 3D micropillar electrodes fabricated by photolithography. The output current increased as the diameters of the micropillars decreased, as predicted by the simulations. It is noteworthy that the current enhancements obtained with the 3D electrodes were larger than those expected from an increase in the surface area. Further increase in current was achieved by electrical deposition of nanoporous gold-black onto the surface of the 3D electrode: when a 3D electrode with micropillars 30 μm in diameter was used, the output current was approximately 20 times that obtained with a 2D electrode without modification. The applicability of the micropillar electrodes was demonstrated in electrochemical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of bone metabolic marker proteins. Although an increase in the surface area of the electrode leads to more noise in general, there is no significant difference in the signal-to-noise ratio between the modified 3D electrode and the 2D electrode without modification in the ELISA experiments. This nanoporous micropillar electrode could potentially be a useful component for the development of on-site diagnosis systems.  相似文献

This paper presents the simulation design and analysis of a Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) with an Automated Guided Vehicle system (AGVs). To maximize the operating performance of FMS with AGVs, many parameters must be considered, including the number, velocity, and dispatching rule of AGV, part-types, scheduling, and buffer sizes. Of the various critical factors, we consider the following three: (1) minimizing the congestion; (2) minimizing the vehicle utilization; and (3) maximizing the throughput. In this paper, we consider the systematic analysis methods that combine a simulation-based analytic and optimization technique that is Multi-Objective Non-Linear Programming (MONLP) and Evolution Strategy (ES). MONLP determines the design parameters of the system through multi-factorial and regression analyses. ES is used to verify each parameter for simulation-based optimization. A validation test for the two methods is conducted. This method-based approach towards design yields the correct experimental results, ensures confidence in the specification of design parameters and supports a robust framework for analysis.  相似文献

南方电网公司建立了某大学城市配电网柔性互联系统示范工程来模拟和研究微电网与大量分布式电源接入实际配电网的运行情况。本文首先介绍了示范工程的基本构成和所用仿真平台的基础原理。其次,为满足仿真平台中电网模型和相关设备的IEC61850标准化,进而实现与其他IEC61850装置的成功交互,本文设计了一种涵盖实时仿真器“四遥”信息建模、UDP协议转换和MMS服务器软件实现的解决方案,并提供了相应的仿真平台端口通信验证方法、IEDScout模型验证方法和“四遥”功能验证方法。最后,本文完成了实时仿真器的信息建模、UDP到IEC61850的协议转换,实现了实时仿真器与IEC61850客户端的数据传输和配电网系统中的“四遥”功能,为后续的工程实现提供指导,也为国内新型配电网运行模式和IEC61850的研究提供参考。  相似文献

To treat a worldwide common ear disease called Otitis Media with Effusion, a robotic device allowing fast and automatic grommet tube insertion has been designed in our earlier works. However, the previous version has to be manually placed close to the tympanic membrane before the insertion procedures. For the purpose of realizing a fully automated surgical process, locating and realizing a suitable insertion path from outside the ear forms a crucial step. It is then desirable to control the working channel to be aligned to the axial direction of auditory canal from the vision channel. In this paper, a fast and robust vision‐based servomechanism is proposed to achieve the planar alignment. To detect and track the region of auditory canal through the image sequences, an image segmentation algorithm based on the phase information and combining with the hough transformation technique is proposed. With the help of Kalman filter, a new look‐and‐move servomechanism can be achieved by utilizing the visual and motion measurements simultaneously, resulting in an effective and robust servoing performance.  相似文献

Two non-competitive, antibody-capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, a commercial Kit VZIG ELISA and an in-house developed, amplified VZIG ELISA were automated by using the liquid handling and plate processing abilities of the Microlab AT plus 2 and Microlab F.A.M.E. instruments, respectively. The evaluation of the experimental data has also been automated by using the F.A.M.E.-specific data import converter and PLA software program for data capture / uploading and analysis. The automation increased the economy of analytical operations and traceability of the experimental data thus better supporting the production and clinical studies on a therapeutic Varicella Zoster Immune Globulin manufactured at Cangene.  相似文献

The real-time implementation of a set of multi-linear model-based control design methodologies is studied using a bench-scale pH neutralization system that exhibits nonlinear dynamics. It is envisaged that advanced model-based control strategy based on the multi-linear models presents a promising paradigm to design controllers for complex nonlinear plants. The multi-linear modeling philosophy is based on the selection of a set of linear models, complemented with an adaptation mechanism to explain the nonlinear plant behavior in the whole operating range. Practical implications of each control strategy are evaluated and discussed.  相似文献
