为探索芝麻粕植酸的超声波辅助醋酸法提取最佳工艺条件,采用单因素试验及响应面法对植酸提取工艺进行优化,并分析芝麻粕植酸的抗氧化活性。结果表明:芝麻粕植酸提取的最佳工艺条件为超声波功率270 W、超声波时间20 min、醋酸质量分数15%、料液比1∶16、提取时间115 min、提取温度51℃,在最佳工艺条件下芝麻粕植酸的提取率为73.24%。体外抗氧化试验表明,芝麻粕植酸具有一定的抗氧化活性,其还原力、DPPH自由基清除率和羟自由基清除率的较适质量浓度分别为80、100μg/mL和120μg/mL。 相似文献

植酸是一种天然的含磷有机化合物,广泛存在于谷物、豆类及油料作物种子中.由于植酸对金属离子的独特螯合作用和天然抗氧化作用使其在食品、医疗、环保等领域备受人们关注.以花生粕为材料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究了盐酸浓度、提取温度、提取时间和液料比4个因素对花生粕中植酸提取率的影响.经响应面优化的试验结果表明最佳提取条件为:盐酸浓度0.01 mol/L,提取温度32℃,提取时间83 min,液料比13:1,此时提取率为1.50%. 相似文献

用响应面法研究超声波辅助提取花生粕中植酸的最佳工艺,考察超声温度、超声时间、超声功率、液料比和盐酸浓度5 个因素对植酸提取率的影响。经响应面优化的超声波辅助提取植酸的优化工艺条件:超声温度40℃、超声时间24min、超声功率72W、液料比11:1(mL/g)、盐酸浓度0.01mol/L,此时提取率为1.48%,与模型预测值1.44% 相差不到3%。实验结果说明超声波方法可较好地应用于花生粕中植酸的提取,同时得到一个能较好预测实验结果的提取模型方程。 相似文献

以混菌发酵的紫苏粕为原料,通过控制提取的料水比、温度、时间、pH,以小肽的得率为指标,优化提取工艺,并考察了发酵前后小肽的DPPH自由基清除能力、羟自由基(·OH)清除能力和还原力的变化。试验结果表明,当碱性蛋白酶添加量为5%(质量分数)时的最佳提取工艺条件为:pH 8.5,酶解温度45℃,酶解时间210 min,底物质量分数5%,此条件下小肽得率(32.56±1.25)%;此时发酵紫苏粕小肽的DPPH自由基清除率、·OH清除率和还原力最高分别为(90.00±4.58)%、(100.00±0)%和2.49±0.09,未发酵紫苏粕小肽的DPPH自由基清除率、·OH清除率和还原力最高分别为(84.00±2.65)%、(96.00±2.00)%和1.87±0.10。发酵后紫苏粕中小肽比未发酵紫苏粕小肽DPPH自由基清除率、·OH清除率和还原力分别提高了6%、4%、33%。 相似文献

The composition of common buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) seed milling fractions depends upon the relative abundance of various seed tissues in each. Fancy (light) flour contains mainly central endosperm, while the bran milling fraction has seed coat and some embryo tissues. Phytate, found in protein bodies of embryo and aleurone cells, is the major storage form of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and some microelements in seeds. Phytic acid (35–38 g kg?1) and minerals are concentrated in bran, a milling fraction with high concentrations of phytate‐rich tissues. Polyphenolics, including condensed tannins (proanthocyanidins), are also concentrated in bran (11–15 g kg?1). Rutin is concentrated in the hull of common buckwheat (0.8–4.4 g kg?1). Rutin concentration is low (0.2–0.3 g kg?1) in groats of common buckwheat but higher (0.7–0.8 g kg?1) in bran containing hull fragments. Rutin is 300‐fold more concentrated (81 g kg?1) in groats of tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum (L) Gaertn) than in groats of common buckwheat. Only small amounts of quercetin were detected. Bran is a concentrated source of phytic acid and tannins, a consideration in consumption of large amounts of buckwheat bran for nutritional or medicinal purposes. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

The quantitative effects of ultrasonic power, extraction time, ratio of liquid-solid, and extraction temperature on yield of perilla seed meal proteins were investigated using response surface methodology (RSM). The experimental data obtained were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation using multiple regression analysis and also analyzed by appropriate statistical methods. By solving the regression equation and also by analyzing the response surface contour plots, the optimal proteins extraction conditions were determined. According to the experimental results, the optimal extraction process of perilla meal proteins was that extraction temperature of 40°C, power of 61 W, extraction time of 12 min, and ratio of liquid to solid of 40 mL/g. Under these conditions, the extracted contents of the perilla meal proteins was 10.77%. 相似文献

为综合利用芡实种皮,采用正交实验法探讨了芡实种皮中鞣质的提取工艺,并用分光光度法测定了芡实种皮总鞣质的含量.结果表明,常温下提取芡实种皮鞣质的最佳工艺为:以蒸馏水作提取刺,酸度控制在pH为6,浸泡过夜后超声波辅助提取,超声波功率为300W,料液比1:50,超声浸提20min.鞣质总含量测定结果为3.62%,表明芡实种皮具有一定的利用价值. 相似文献

A new method has been developed for the determination of phytic acid in rapeseed meal based on extraction of the phytate with 15% trichloroacetic acid. After enzymatic hydrolysis with phytase from wheat, the phosphate is determined spectrophotometrically. The method has been applied to a number of varieties of rapeseed. The variation within a variety was nearly as high as within a population of varieties of the same species. The results imply that the phytic acid content of rapeseed is mostly influenced by environmental factors such as the availability of phosphorus in the soil. 相似文献
