为记录和分析塑闪阵列探测器(PSD)中塑闪单元条的有效输出信号,设计一款针对PSD塑闪单元条的标定触发电路。该触发电路由时间检出单元和逻辑触发单元组成,使用三路模拟电路实现对三路探测器的精确时间检出。通过现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)进行逻辑符合统计结果,并与上位机通信实现对定时电路的控制,可通过上位机配置阈值和设置符合通道。测试结果表明:该标定触发电路工作性能稳定,计数率高,通道一致性好,能够灵活配置逻辑,可满足使用要求。 相似文献

为测试暗物质卫星塑闪阵列探测器的功能和性能指标,构建了塑闪阵列探测器地面标定系统,并研制了地面标定触发电路。该触发电路采用标准NIM插件,采用控制开关和可编程逻辑器件设计,具有输入输出可控、输出脉冲宽度及间隔可调、输出延时小、逻辑功能易于更改等特点,适用于构建对输出脉冲信号有特殊要求的触发系统。经地面宇宙线和束流标定实验检验,研制的标定触发电路满足设计要求。 相似文献

在一些特定的情况下,需要一种能快速监测水中放射性活度变化的方法和装置。当前水中总β放射性测量主要采用取样测量的方法,取样测量的结果精确却耗时,这就需要采用新的仪器和设备对水中的放射性进行就地测量。研制了一套基于塑料闪烁体的水中放射性在线监测装置,对该装置的性能进行了模拟计算和初步测试。模拟计算结果表明,装置对40K探测效率为4.9×10-5cps/[(Bq/L)cm2]。通过实际测量,本装置对40K探测效率为3.0×10-5cps/[(Bq/L)cm2],模拟结果与实测结果的差异可能是闪烁光在传输过程中的损失造成的。对该装置进行测试,装置对水中的40K的最小可探测活度浓度约为500 Bq/L。 相似文献

核动力厂保护系统实现数字化必须解决的一项关键技术是如何完成安全软件的验证与确认(V&V),以证明和确认执行安全功能的软件自身的安全性和可靠性。软件单元测试是V&V过程中的重要环节,主要目的是验证和确认软件代码开发过程中,软件的设计转变为软件代码是适当、正确和完整的。本工作初步研究了安全软件的单元模块测试技术,着重讨论如何保证测试的完整性、建立测试环境、建立测试用例及实施单元模块测试等方面,并以某数字化保护系统安全软件单元模块测试实例说明单元模块测试的具体过程。 相似文献

基于信号数字化获取与处理技术,对新型塑闪探测器开展电荷比较法脉冲形状甄别优化研究,考察了不同的积分长窗和短窗、能量阈值、数字化仪的水平和垂直采样精度对甄别品质因子的影响,并在对脉冲平均波形函数拟合的基础上,计算了平均中子与γ脉冲尾部积分与长窗积分比例之差随长窗和短窗的变化趋势。结果表明:当积分短窗取35~50 ns,积分长窗为450 ns时,探测器n-γ甄别效果最好;在能量阈值范围为100~500 keV内DT5730B数字化仪的甄别性能均较DT5751优异。以上结论可为新型探测器在n-γ混合辐射场的应用提供参考。 相似文献

正在已建立的液闪中子测量模拟实验装置基础上,通过蒙特卡罗模拟计算优化确定了中子测量装置结构,即采用7个探测器所构成的探测系统结构,当阈值为0.5Cs时,装置探测效率为9.28%,当阈值为0.25Cs时,装置探测效率为14.98%(无聚乙烯屏蔽体)。在此基础上,选用130mm厚高密度聚乙烯作为中子慢化及屏蔽材料,0.5mm厚的Cd片作为中子吸收材料,10mm厚的Pb作为γ射线屏蔽材料,初步确定了装置的机械设计加工方案。 相似文献

采用137Cs激发塑料闪烁体发光,应用单光子计数法测量塑料闪烁体发光衰减曲线。根据测量原理搭建了实验平台,测量了ST401和EJ232两种闪烁体的闪烁时间特性。实验结果用双指数拟合法进行分析可得,ST401发光衰减常数为2.9 ns和50 ns,EJ232发光衰减常数为1.6 ns和30 ns。实验平台所测幅度动态范围大于104,时间分辨小于0.8 ns。从统计学分析单光子计数法的物理过程,并采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟整个探测过程,探讨单光子计数法的适用条件。实验结果与数值模拟结果相洽。若终止探测器平均探测到的光子数不大于0.1,则多道测量结果可以近似为塑料闪烁体发光衰减曲线。 相似文献

Organic photodiodes (OPDs) have attracted considerable interest in the field of photonic devices because they are useful for large and flexible photodetectors. To assess their applicability to radiation measurement, the authors have been studying their response to X-ray irradiation. For a previous study, OPDs with a bulk heterojunction structure were fabricated. Then, their response to X-rays was evaluated. However, the X-ray-induced current was extremely low and the necessity to increase the efficiency was apparent. In this study, to increase X-ray-induced current, the authors fabricated OPDs directly on plastic scintillator plates. The device structure was a plastic scintillator substrate (1 or 5 mm)/ITO (150 nm) or IZO (100 nm)/PEDOT: PSS (30 nm)/P3HT:PCBM (200 nm)/Al (70 nm). The fabricated devices were irradiated with X-rays. Then their responses were evaluated. Results demonstrated that the X-ray-induced current can be increased by fabricating OPDs directly on plastic scintillator plates. The measured energy responses of the devices were compared with the energy deposition calculated using EGS5 code. Both results show coincident tendencies. However, because the collected charges were smaller than expected from simulations in the low-energy region, further study should be conducted to specify the factors. 相似文献

Fast neutron applications have gained popularity with the growth of fast neutron production facilities. Covering a larger area and/or wider angle can be one of the advantages of a fast neutron detector. In the present study, a large-area composite stilbene scintillator with the dimensions of 200 mm (D) × 20 mm (H) was fabricated to examine its scintillation properties and to evaluate its applicability to fast neutron detection. The detector response of small- and large-area composite stilbene scintillators for neutrons and gamma rays was measured and compared with that of commercial and small single-crystal stilbene scintillators. To this end, the response of each scintillator was measured for radioisotopes as well as mono-energetic neutrons generated by a Tandem accelerator. The neutron–gamma separation performance of the large-area composite stilbene scintillator was evaluated in terms of figure-of-merit (FoM) using the digital pulse shape discrimination method. The composite stilbene scintillator showed good energy linearity, as determined from its recoil proton spectra, with reasonable n–γ separation capability. The results indicated that the composite stilbene scintillator could be applied to the field of fast neutron detection, especially when a large area and/or a wide angle is to be covered and could be a good alternative to liquid scintillators. 相似文献
