在实验室模拟保温层下腐蚀环境,针对不同的配套涂层体系开展了横置式方管和竖立式圆管循环腐蚀试验,筛选了不同涂层的保温层下耐腐蚀性,并对方管和圆管试验评价方法进行了对比和分析。结果表明:普通环氧酚醛漆、玻璃鳞片增强环氧酚醛漆以及惰性无机共聚物漆具备良好的耐保温层下腐蚀性能,含有机硅铝粉的涂层体系由于较薄的干膜厚度未通过测试。此外,相比于圆管试验,方管试验的试验条件更为苛刻,对不同涂层的筛选性更佳。  相似文献

为了确定湿热环境对RFH环氧涂层的影响,通过涂层外观、变形量、表面形貌及红外光谱分析,发现RFH环氧涂层在湿热作用下,涂层外观及形貌发生了明显变化,涂层表面由亚光转变为无光,并产生严重的翘曲鼓包变形和微裂纹;红外光谱分析确定涂层表面环氧树脂特征吸收峰减弱。研究结果表明:在湿热条件下涂层表面发生了一定程度的老化,塑性下降,同时在内应力作用下,附着力下降,从而出现了较大变形鼓包以及失光、裂纹。通过表面配套防护涂层改进及验证,确定采用有机硅涂层和底涂的表面防护体系,可以有效改善涂层耐湿热性。  相似文献

纳米二氧化硅改性环氧涂料在建筑护栏中的防护应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
纳米二氧化硅改性环氧树脂涂料因在树脂分子链中引入了Si─O柔性链段和富有弹性的网状硅氧四面体结构,使得涂层的柔韧性和附着力得到显著改善,防腐蚀性能提高。以纳米二氧化硅改性环氧涂料为底漆、丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料为面漆,应用于海南某高级酒店护栏的防护中,详细介绍了涂层体系的施工工艺,包括底材前处理、喷涂纳米二氧化硅改性环氧底漆、刮涂腻子层、喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆以及修补,测试了复合涂层的性能。结果表明,该复合涂层附着力1级,冲击强度≥50 kg·cm,柔韧性≤1 mm,硬度≥2H,耐盐雾腐蚀时间≥3 000 h,耐人工加速老化时间≥1 000 h。该涂层配套体系在酒店护栏上使用一年后,涂层无失光、变色等现象,显示出优异的防护性能和装饰性能。  相似文献

海洋生物污损对海洋工业造成严重影响,导致船舶阻力及油耗上升、海水输送管道堵塞、腐蚀加速等问题。基于有机硅弹性体的污损脱附型涂层具有环境友好、减阻节能、性能长期稳定的优点,应用前景广阔。但其污损脱附性能依赖于强水流冲刷,且无法阻抗污损生物的黏附,不能满足海洋工程装备在静态条件下服役的防污需求。近年来,国内外学者通过化学与物理改性制备了系列具有污损阻抗性的有机硅涂层,包括共混 /接枝两亲性添加剂、两性离子、防污剂等,提高了有机硅涂层的静态防污性能。本文综述了相关进展,对不同改性方法的优缺点进行了分析,并展望了有机硅防污涂层的发展方向。  相似文献

制备了不同组分的无毒低表面能有机硅防污涂料,并就其表面性能进行了研究.结果发现,颜基比能够显著影响低表面能防污涂料的表面性能;高苯基含量的PDMDPS硅油能够渗出到涂层的表面,并能够改变其表面性能;低表面能有机硅防污涂料在海水中具有良好的稳定性,经过海水的冲刷作用,污损海生物能够轻易脱落.  相似文献

以环氧有机硅树脂改性酚醛环氧制备了一种耐保温层下腐蚀涂料,以 TGA(热重分析)、 DMA(动态力学分析)、 DSA(表面接触角分析)等对涂层性能进行评估,考察了树脂比例、固化剂种类、颜填料种类对涂层耐热性能、机械性能和防腐性能的影响。结果表明:环氧有机硅树脂与改性酚醛环氧的质量比为 4∶6 时可有效提高涂膜耐热性能;采用该树脂,以改性脂环胺为固化剂,片状云母氧化铁红为主颜料制备耐温涂料时,涂层具有良好的机械性能、耐热性能、耐腐蚀性能,并通过 250 ℃条件下耐保温层下循环腐蚀性能要求。  相似文献

在筛选试验涂层体系基础上,通过浸泡、盐雾、阴极剥离、腐蚀电位监测和微观形貌分析,对12种舰船常用的无机富锌和有机富锌配套体系的腐蚀失效行为和机理进行研究。结果表明:在NaCl模拟海水条件下,无机富锌耐阴极剥离性能差;基于无机富锌涂层与有机富锌涂层配套体系的阻抗谱,环氧富锌涂层将比无机富锌具有明显的防护效果。  相似文献

有机硅纳米杂化改性环氧胶的研制和应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米有机硅溶胶。用透射电镜和红外光谱表征和分析了纳米粒子的形态和粒径,粒径为30-70nm。制备了用活性稀释剂糠醛和丙酮及有机硅纳米杂化改性的环氧胶。研究了胶液的初始黏度、渗透性、力学强度、弹性模量、粘接性、表面疏水性和防腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,环氧树脂含量、有机硅溶胶、硅烷偶联剂等对改性环氧胶的这些性能有显著影响,改性环氧胶双组分混合液的初始黏度可低至1.1mPa·s,渗透性强,固结体抗压强度高达40.8-81.5MPa,弹性模量为1.3-2.1×10^3MPa,剪切粘接强度5.1-11.9MPa,防水抗渗性及防腐蚀耐候性良好,可应用于灌浆防水加固补强、工业地坪涂料和防腐蚀涂料等多种用途。  相似文献

以丙烯酸酯类为主要单体,环氧树脂和有机硅大分子乳液为改性剂,R303为主要乳化剂,通过乳液聚合方法合成了耐指纹涂料用聚合物乳液成膜物,讨论了乳化剂、环氧树脂和有机硅对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,采用阳/非离子复合乳化体系可以制得酸性环境下使用的聚合物乳液,涂膜烘烤过程中活泼的环氧基团与其它基团的交联会大幅度提高涂膜的耐腐蚀性和硬度,有机硅参与聚和后会进一步改善涂层的耐水耐腐蚀性,当m(R303)∶m(OP-10)为3∶1,E-51质量分数为10%,乙烯基有机硅乳液质量分数为5%时,合成的乳液成膜物有较好的综合性能。  相似文献

Epoxy resin is chosen for our present study owing to its exceptional combination of properties such as easy processing, high safety, excellent solvent and chemical resistance, toughness, low shrinkage on cure, good electrical, mechanical and corrosion resistance with excellent adhesion to many substrates. This versatility in formulation made epoxy resins widely applied for surface coatings, adhesives, laminates, composites, potting, painting materials, encapsulant for semiconductor and insulating material for electric devices. There are numerous paint/coating systems based on epoxy resin available for corrosion and fouling prevention. They however are not completely satisfactory in field applications, where high corrosion, fouling and flame resistance are required. The demand for epoxy resin as corrosion/fouling resistant coatings is restricted mainly due to its inferior characteristics like poor impact strength, high rigidity, and moisture absorbing nature besides inadequate flame retardant properties. It is for this reason that silicones and phosphorus-based compounds are used as modifier in this work by intercrosslinking network mechanism (ICN) to obtain epoxy resin with desired properties ideally suitable for field applications for preventing corrosion and fouling with flame retardantancy. The present work involves the development of solvent free silicone/phosphorus modified epoxy coating systems, since solvent free coating systems are widely used for numerous applications due to their lower cost per unit film thickness, freedom from fire and pollution hazard and ability to provide better performance. For the development of coating systems, epoxy resin (X) serves as base material, hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HTPDMS) as modifier, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (γ-APS) as crosslinking agent and dibutyltindilaurate (DBTDL) as catalyst. Polyamidoamine (A), aromatic amine adducts (B) and phosphorus-containing diamine (C) were used as curing agents. The study also describes the evaluation of corrosion resistant behaviour of unmodified epoxy and siliconized epoxy coatings by potentiodynamic polarization method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), salt-spray and antifouling tests. 采用甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯(TFM)改性氨基硅油(AS)制备氟化氨基硅油(FAS),并用其改性环氧树脂(EP)探究氨基硅油及氟化氨基硅油添加量对环氧涂层性能的影响。本文通过红外光谱对改性结果进行表征,通过柔韧性测试、画圈附着力测试、铅笔硬度测试、耐冲击测试、热失重测试、接触角测试、紫外加速老化实验和Tafel极化曲线测试,分别评价涂层的柔韧性、附着力、硬度、耐冲击性、耐热性、疏水性、耐候性和防腐性能,通过扫描电镜对涂层断面进行分析,并通过EDS对涂层进行表面元素分析。结果表明,氟添加量为15%制备氟化氨基硅油改性环氧树脂时,氟硅改性EP涂层相对于未改性EP涂层,硬度由2H提升至3H,附着力由2级提升至1级,柔韧性由1mm提升至0.5mm,耐冲击由45cm提升至50cm,热稳定性增强,接触角由70.5°提升至123°,耐紫外老化(432h)由3级提升至1级,Ecorr由-0.6187V正移至-0.1720V,Icorr由1.9858×10-8A/cm2减小至3.7125×10-10A/cm2。适量氟化氨基硅油的引入,显著提升了环氧涂层的机械性能、耐候性能和防腐性能。  相似文献

Cavitation erosion will create shock waves and water jets in turbulent flows. These impact pressures will affect the surface, which will lead to crack propagation and severe material degradation. In this study, we have developed hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane-based polyurethanes (Si-PUx) with hydroxypropyl polydimethylsiloxane (H-PDMS) and polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) as mixed soft segments and 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, 1,4-butanediol, triethanolamine as hard segments via a polycondensation reaction and studied its properties. The cavitation wear experiment showed that the cavitation erosion resistance of Si-PUx coating continuously improved with the increase of H-PDMS content, while the adhesion force of Si-PUs reduced with the increasing of H-PDMS content. The surface of Si-PUx coating after cavitation test was observed using an optical microscope and three-dimensional profiler. The cumulative mass loss of Si-PUx with 12.5 wt % H-PDMS was only 2.96 mg and the surface showed no obvious holes and cracks after 80 h cavitation. The results showed that cavitation resistance had a correlation with degree of water resistance, hardness, adhesion strength, and dynamic mechanical properties of coating. It seemed that the Si-PUx coating could withstand a longer period cavitation erosion resistance compared to high strength epoxy, which could be used as protective coating for flow components under water. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 胶粘涂层法是有效提高镁合金耐腐蚀性能的表面处理技术之一.以E-44环氧树脂、低分子量650#聚酰胺、云母氧化铁等为主要原料,制备了适用于AZ3l镁合金基体的防腐胶粘涂层.研究了填料含量对涂层外观、施工性和耐蚀性能的影响.结果发现,当填料质量分数为60%、涂层厚度为180~220μm时,防腐胶粘涂层具有良好的外观及施工性,附着力为1级,耐盐雾时间168 h.  相似文献

Silicone coatings are being investigated for their foul release properties and durability in application to prevent fouling on ship hulls. To date, studies have focused on coatings with uniform thickness. These studies have shown that their release behavior follow a model presented by Kendall (1971). In that, the force required to remove pseudobarnacles, modeled as epoxy studs, from thin silicone coatings decreases as the thickness increases. The two types of release mechanisms observed were void formation and edge peeling.

However, coatings on ships’ hulls may contain areas where the coating is not uniform but may have a wavy pattern to it. In the present study, pull-off tests were performed in order to study the release behavior of epoxy from clear silicone coatings with a thickness gradient on glass substrates. The four types of release behavior observed were void formation, peeling, mixed mode of void formation then peeling, and mixed mode of fingering then peeling. The type of mixed mode release was dependent on the average thickness and thickness gradient. For samples undergoing mixed mode release, the thinner coatings had small multiple void formations, whereas the thicker coatings had a fingering decohesion pattern near the edge before peeling. For most of the samples tested, separation of the epoxy from the coating started mostly on the thin side of the coating and then proceeded to the thick side. An equivalence length parameter was also introduced that distinguishes the three modes of release involving peeling.  相似文献

采用sol—gel工艺自制的SiO2补强增韧环氧树脂作为胶粘剂,对低模量硫化硅橡胶与金属或复合材料进行粘接试验,分析胶粘剂中SiO2理论含量及粘接工艺对粘接性能的影响,并把硫化硅橡胶放在改性环氧树脂中进行溶张试验,探索胶粘剂对硅橡胶的粘接机理、结果表明,随着SiO2先驱体-有机硅烷含量的增加,硅橡胶的溶胀程度提高改性环氧树脂胶粘刺能浸入硅橡胶的表层,对硅橡胶具有良好的亲和力。用该胶粘剂对硅橡胶与金属或复合材料进行粘接时,取得了良好的粘接效果。  相似文献

摘要:以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备表面环氧基化的纳米SiO2,通过十八胺(ODA)的伯胺端基与纳米SiO2表面的环氧基进行反应得到ODA-SiO2,用于制备水性环氧防腐涂料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重测试(TG)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征ODA成功接枝到SiO2表面;通过电化学测试、耐盐雾性能测试对水性环氧涂层的防腐性能进行了分析。结果表明,含0.3wt%ODA-SiO2的水性环氧涂层具有较好的防腐蚀性能,耐盐雾时间500h。  相似文献

It has recently been shown that magnesium (Mg) particles possessing a thin oxide surface layer can be used to produce primers that provide corrosion protection to aluminum (Al) alloys through a galvanic coupling mechanism. In addition to the Mg particles, polymer binder properties also affect corrosion protection. As a result, the effects of compositional variables associated with a two-component epoxy binder system on the ability of Mg-rich primers to protect an aerospace Al alloy were determined. The variables investigated were epoxy resin molecular mass, curing agent functionality, epoxy/NH ratio, and Mg content. All of the variables investigated had a significant effect on coating system performance and an optimized coating composition was identified that showed very good corrosion protection for at least 3,000 h of ASTM B117 salt spray exposure.  相似文献
