针对数控作业车间计划调度系统存在的问题,提出了4种改进方案,首次融合RACM算法、三级生产计划体系及可执行工序计划等优化算法和理念,采用先进的开发平台和企业级数据库,结合组件化软件开发手段,成功实现了系统的设计与开发,通过在某企业数控车间的成功应用验证了各方案的可行性和实用性,以及系统的可重构性和可扩展性,很好地满足了数控作业车间的计划调度需求. 相似文献

System setup problems in flexible manufacturing systems deal with short-term planning problems such as part type selection, machine grouping, operation assignment, tooling, fixture and pallet allocation, and routing. In this article, we consider three of the subproblems: part type selection, machine grouping, and loading. We suggest a heuristic approach to solve the subproblems consistently with the objective of maximizing the expected production rate. The proposed procedure includes routines to generate all possible machine grouping alternatives for a given set of machines, to obtain optimal target workloads for each grouping alternative, and to allocate operations and tools to machine groups. These routines are executed iteratively until a good solution to the system setup problem is obtained. Computational experience is reported. 相似文献

The warehouse operation planning in the scholar and office supplies industry encompasses the activities of receiving, storing, order picking, and shipping products. The order picking operation is a laborious and capital intensive procedure. Despite the extensive literature to solve practical problems of warehouse routing as a step of the order picking process, the application of general approaches to deal with the routing of the warehouse pickers is not straightforward given the specific conditions and configurations and the singular design and operational policies commonly found in practice. In this paper, we present an optimization approach to the stacker routing problem found in the order picking of a Brazilian scholar and office supplies company. The approach is based on a routing algorithm that solves different integer linear problems to define the optimal routes of the stacker inside the facility. The solutions of several numerical experiments show the potential and effectiveness of the approach, for instance, that only one fifth of the routes actually performed by the company are optimal and that the algorithm application to a real set of batches reduced by more than one fourth the total distance monthly traveled by the stacker. 相似文献

在对虚拟环境下的线缆装配规划的特点进行分析的基础上,提出虚拟环境下的线缆离散控制点建模以及虚拟环境下基于离散控制点的线缆装配规划方法。该方法通过对线缆离散控制点的单点、多点控制,可实现对整个线缆的可视化交互操作,能够比较清楚地描述线缆的空间位置、走向和装配路径,同时让规划人员直观地观察线缆与零部件之间的干涉情况,实现线缆的实时空间布置和装配过程仿真,为线缆的装配规划提供了一条有效的途径。目前该线缆装配规划软件系统已经在航天产品的装配工艺设计中得到试用,取得了良好效果。 相似文献

针对复杂产品中管路布局耗时长,返工率高的问题,提出一种基于工程规则的管路自动布局与综合优化方法。该方法采用运动规划算法对管路系统进行自动布局,在此基础之上通过模拟退火算法对管路布局方案进行优化。在布局完成后,综合考虑管路的可加工性,结构特性,强度特性等工程约束,采用一种基于一阶谓词的知识建模方法建立了管路布局知识库,在此基础上提出一种基于ASP推理机的管路系统自动评价技术,实现了管路布局的综合评价,并将评价结果反馈给设计人员进行布局方案的优化。以航空发动机液压管路系统为例进行了应用验证,证明了该方法的正确性。 相似文献

给出了有时间窗车辆路径时间通用数学模型,该模型不仅能够满足大多 数实际问题的需要,而且通过对特定参数的设定,还能够转换成其他几种典型的组合优化问题的数学模型,通过引入新颖交叉算子,构造了一种进遗传算法,该算法摆脱了对群体多样性的要求,不存在传统遗传算法常见的“早熟收敛”问题,该算法已用于解决有时间窗的车辆路径问题,实验结果表明,它可以有效地求得有时间窗车辆路径问题的优化解,最求解车辆路径问题的一个较好方案。 相似文献

To effectively manage the material handling in Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS), where a large amount of data is required in the dynamic decision-making, integrated control is needed to consider the overall production schedule. The focus of this research is on the development of an integrated Automated Guided Vehicle System (AGVS) control model that includes essential features like dynamic vehicle path determination and conflict-free routing. An object-oriented implementation of the AGVS model is proposed that forms the basis of systems integration with a production planning module such as MRP. Static and dynamic informational and functional models of the AGVS are developed. The system incorporates: (i) conflict-free shortest path routing procedures, and (ii) vehicle assignment rules or scheduling strategies. A prototype version of each of these has been developed for demonstrative purposes. This object-oriented modelling methodology provides the capability of rapid development and change. The approach has been demonstrated for a real manufactured product through simulation studies which confirm the superior performance of anticipatory AGVS control rules, even in a production orderdriven environment. 相似文献
