针对生产物流数据量庞大导致车间物流管理困难的问题,研究了生产物流数据采集以及从海量物流数据中提取在制品物流状态信息的方法。采用无线射频识别技术采集物流原始数据,将其转化为物流事件;构建三个物流矩阵,按照数据输入规则将物流事件数据载入三个物流矩阵;通过分析三个物流矩阵中元素的值,获取在制品物流状态信息;对物料与工位的物流状态进行诊断,判断车间物流状态是否异常。最后,给出所提原理和方法的应用实例,以指导企业在实际生产过程中的实施与运用,同时也验证了方法的可行性。 相似文献

An online and non-invasive ultrasound Doppler based rheometric method is proposed to measure the flow parameters in a dilute liquid-solid two-phase flow and analyze its rheological behaviours. The flow rate is obtained by integrating the ultrasound Doppler velocity profiles through annuluses formed across the cross-sectional area of the pipe while the pressure drop is calculated by choosing suitable models that captures the working conditions of quasi-homogeneous and heterogeneous dilute liquid-solid flows. Wall shear rate and wall shear stress are obtained from the above measurements with the rheological measurement models established. An experimental platform is built to form polystyrene-water and sand-water liquid-solid two-phase fluids for tests. The proposed method has mean absolute errors of 2.53% and 3.49% in flow rate measurement and 3.67% and 5.87% in pressure measurement for polystyrene-water and sand-water fluids, respectively. The experimental results have shown that the rheological characteristics of both fluids fit well with the power law fluid model. 相似文献

为了研究具有多孔结构抛光垫对化学机械抛光(Chemical mechanical polishing,CMP)性能所起的重要作用, 通过假定孔质层流体服从Darcy规律,即流动速度正比于压力梯度而反比于粘度,从而提出了CMP中考虑抛光垫特性的三维流体模型,并给出了流动方程。利用多重网格技术和线松驰技术求解上述所得的流动方程,用数值模拟方法探求了不同大小抛光垫孔径和不同孔质层厚度下承载能力和运行参数(包括节距高度、转角和倾角等)的关系。计算结果表明,当抛光垫的孔径尺寸较小和其孔质层较厚时有较大的承载能力(包括载荷与转矩),从而将提高CMP的材料去除率。孔隙直径较大的抛光垫由于允许较多的流体流过多孔层而导致其承载能力下降。研究结果有助于了解CMP的作用机理。 相似文献

This study analyzes the design and part load performance of a power generation system combining a micro gas turbine (MGT)
and an organic Rankine cycle (ORC). Design performances of cycles adopting several different organic fluids are analyzed and
compared with performance of the steam based cycle. All of the organic fluids recover greater MGT exhaust heat than the steam
cycle (much lower stack temperature), but their bottoming cycle efficiencies are lower. R123 provides higher combined cycle
efficiency than steam does. The efficiencies of the combined cycle with organic fluids are maximized when the turbine exhaust
heat of the MGT is fully recovered at the MGT recuperator, whereas the efficiency of the combined cycle with steam shows an
almost reverse trend. Since organic fluids have much higher density than steam, they allow more compact systems. The efficiency
of the combined cycle, based on a MGT with 30 percent efficiency, can reach almost 40 percent. Also, the part load operation
of the combined system is analyzed. Two representative power control methods are considered and their performances are compared.
The variable speed control of the MGT exhibits far better combined cycle part load efficiency than the fuel only control despite
slightly lower bottoming cycle performance. 相似文献

The helium solubility characteristics of six low-viscosity lubricating oils have been investigated; namely, diester, aryl phosphate ester, dimethyl silicone, methyl phenyl silicone, paraffin base oil, and aromatic base oil. Solubility measurements were made over a 1000 psi pressure range and a 350 F temperature range. Results show that the solubility of helium in all fluids studied increases linearly not only with pressure but also with temperature. According to the current technical problems existing in gas and liquid flow measurement for wet gas production, the slotted orifice-couple flow meter was developed and the basic measurement principles for gas and liquid flow was presented. A new wet gas flow meter was developed based on the dual slotted orifice transducer. The flow characteristics of liquid flow through dual slotted orifice plate, the relationship of differential pressure between the dual slotted orifice plate, pressure, temperature, and flow rate of gas/liquid of different aperture ratio were studied. A mathematical measurement model was established to be applied in the flow meter measurement system with dual slotted orifice plate. The model was tested and calibrated by on-site field experiments in the China National Center of Metrology at Daqing Oil field. The results showed that the maximum measurement error of the gas and liquid flow was less than 10% and 15% respectively, when the Gas Volume Fraction (GVF) was greater than 90 vol%. The measurement accuracy of this industrial prototype can meet the requirements of well fluids. 相似文献
