The design target with definite purpose character of product quality was described in a real fuzzy number(named fuzzy target for short in this paper),and its membership functions in common use were given.According to the fuzzy probability theory and the robust design principle,the robust design rule based on fuzzy probability(named fuzzy robust design rule for short)was put forward and its va-lidity and practicability were analyzed and tested with a design example.The theoretical analysis and the design examples make clear that,while the fuzzy robust design rule was used,the fine design effect can be obtained and the fuzzy robust design rule can be very suitable for the choice of the membership function of the fuzzy target;so it has a particular advantage. 相似文献

The multi-fault phenomena are common in the turbo-rotor system of a liquid rocket engine.As it has many excellent qualities,the neural network might be used to solve the problems of multi-fault diagnasis of a turbo-rotor system.First,the feature expression of a common turbo-rotor fault was studied in order to build up the standard fault pattern and satisfy the need of neural network studying and diagnosing.Then.the turbo-rotor fault identification and diagnosis problems were investigated by using a BP(back-propaga-tion)neural network.According to the BP neural network problems,the parallel BP neural network method of multi-fault diagnosis and classification was presented and investigated.The results indicated that the parallel Bp neural network method could solve the turbo-rotor multi-fault diagnosis problems. 相似文献

Nano-ring-type magnetic tunnel junctions (NR-MTJs) with the layer structure of Ta(5)/Ir22Mn78(10)/ Co75Fe25(2)/Ru(0.75)/CoooFe20B20(3)/Al(0.6)-oxide/Co60Fe20B20(2.5)/Ta(3)/Ru(5) (thickness unit: nm) were nano-fabricated on the Si(100)/SiO2 substrate using magnetron sputtering deposition combined with the optical lithography, electron beam lithography (EBL) and Ar ion-beam etching techniques. The smaller NR-MTJs with the inner- and outer-diameter of around 50 and 100 nm and also their corresponding NR-MTJ arrays were nano-patterned. The tunnelling magnetoresistance (TMR & R) versus driving current (I) loops for a spin-polarized current switching were measured, and the TMR ratio of around 35% at room temperature were observed. The critical values of switching current for the free Co60Fe20B20 layer relative to the reference Co6oFe2oB2o layer between parallel and anti-parallel magnetization states were between 0.50 and 0.75 mA in such NR-MTJs. It is suggested that the applicable MRAM fabrication with the density and capacity higher than 256 Mbit/inch2 even 6 Gbite/inch2 are possible using both I NR-MTJ+1 transistor structure and current switching mechanism based on based on our fabricated 4×4 MRAM demo devices. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe aim of this work was to develop prolonged diltiazem hydrochloride release matrices based on alginate-gelatin mixtures and establish the drug release mechanism. The erosion, swelling, and dissolution behavior of the tablets in different medium were evaluated. The different polyelectrolyte behavior and gel strength between type A Gelatin and type B Gelatin would explain the different swelling, erosion and dissolution behavior in the media with sudden pH change. The similar dissolution behavior in the pH, which simulates the physiological pH through the gastrointestinal tract, should be explained because the same main species for gelatin A and Gelatin B would be present in this media. 相似文献

针对夹具参数化生成和成组夹具设计的需求,在比较UG现有参数化设计方法的基础上,采用重用库的方法进行标准件参数化设计,既方便扩展又支持智能装配.对于非标准件,通过二次开发,实现基于图形模板的参数化设计,该方法可最大化地重用夹具设计中的知识和经验.在零件参数化设计的基础上,建立基于装配关系和关联驱动的产品级参数化方法.利用本文研究的成组夹具参数化设计方法建立了典型凸轮成组夹具库,并以凸轮夹具为例对所提方法实现夹具参数化设计的有效性进行验证. 相似文献
