研究了荧光熄灭法测定微量的新方法。在ＮａＡｃ－ＨＡｃ（ｐＨ５．２３）缓冲溶液中,５－ＢｒＳＡＦ）,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）与铁（Ｆｅ＾３＋）生成无荧光的三元络合物,从而导致体系的荧光熄灭。在激光波长γｅｘ＝３６５ｎｍ和发射波长νｅｍ＝５４７ｎｍ时,铁含量在０～４．０μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内,荧光熄灭程度与铁浓度成正比。方法灵敏度高,检出限为２．０μｇ／Ｌ,用于金属铝中微量铁的测定,结果令人满     

5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮荧光熄灭法测定微量铜

用荧光熄灭法研究了铜 - 5′ 硝基水杨基荧光酮 (5′ N SAF) -TritonX 1 0 0体系的实验条件 ,并用它测定铜。方法的灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,可直接测定茶叶、人发、饮料、水中微量铜 ,结果满意 ,回收率在 96%～ 1 0 2 %之间。     

二溴羟基苯基荧光酮荧光熄灭法测定微量锗

本文用荧光熄灭法研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮（ＤＢＨ－ｐＦ）－溴化十六烷基三甲铁（ｃＴＭＡＢ,）─Ｇｅ（Ⅳ）体系的反应条件和测定方法。在０．６２～０．０６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的硫酸介质中,检测限为０．０３μｇ／２５ｍｌ,在０．０３～０．５μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内,具有线性关系。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于烟道灰中的微量锗的测定,结果满意。     

间氟苯基荧光酮—溴化十六烷基吡啶荧光熄灭法测定微量钼（Ⅵ）的研究

研究了间氟苯基荧光酮（m-FPF)与钼（Ⅵ）的反应条件。在0.02-0.10mol/L盐酸溶液中,于表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶（CPB）存在下,MO（Ⅵ）与m-FPF生成络合物使m-FPF荧光熄灭,建立了MO（Ⅵ）-m-FPF-CPB体系测定微量MO（Ⅵ）的荧光分析新方法。荧光熄灭程度与MO（Ⅵ）的含量在0-4.0μg/25mL范围内呈线性关系。应用本法于钢样及水样中微量钼的测定,结果满意。     

5-溴水杨基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵荧光熄灭法测定铁

研究了荧光熄灭法测定微量铁的新方法。在NaAc -HAc(pH5 2 3)缓冲溶液中 ,5 -溴水杨基荧光酮 (5-BrSAF) ,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)与铁 (Fe3+ )生成无荧光的三元络合物 ,从而导致体系的荧光熄灭。在激发波长λex=365nm和发射波长λem=547nm时 ,铁含量在 0～ 4 0 μg/ 2 5mL范围内 ,荧光熄灭程度与铁浓度成正比。方法灵敏度高 ,检出限为 2.0 μg/L ,用于金属铝中微量铁的测定 ,结果令人满意     

5’-硝基-水杨基荧光酮荧光熄灭法测定煤中微量锗

用荧光熄灭法研究了 5’-硝基-水杨基荧光酮 ( 5’-NSAF) -TritonX 10 0 -Ge 体系的反应条件和测定方法。在0.0 0 2～ 0.0 8mol/L的硫酸介质中 ,TritonX 10 0存在下 ,Ge 与 5’ NSAF反应生成 1∶4的红色络合物 ,使 5’ NSAF溶液的荧光明显熄灭。其激发波长λex=5 0 5nm ,发射波长λem=5 3 3nm。线性范围为 8～ 2 10ng/mL ,检出限为 8ng/mL ,本法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,可不经分离直接测定煤中微量锗     

铋—碘化钾—罗丹明B—聚乙烯醇体系荧光熄灭法测定痕量铋的测定

系统研究了在酸性条件下，铋（Ⅲ）－碘化钾－罗丹相Ｂ－聚乙烯醇离子缔合体系的荧光反应，发现该离子缔合物的形成能引起该条件下显色剂的荧光熄灭，铋（Ⅲ）的浓度在０．２～４μｇ／２５ｍｌ与显色剂的发荧光熄灭值△Ｆ有良好的线性关系，据此提出了水相中直接测定痕量铋（Ⅲ）的高灵敏荧光分析法，许多常见离子不干扰铋（Ⅲ）的测定，选择性好较好，本法用于测定黄铜和低合金中的痕量铋，结果满意。     

硫酸铵—水杨基荧光酮—乙醇体系萃取分离钨

研究了硫酸铵-水杨基荧光酮-乙醇体系萃取钨（Ⅵ）的行为及乙醇水溶液的分相条件。作为萃取溶剂的乙醇,既能萃取电中性的螯合物,又能萃取带电荷的螯合物,当溶液pH=1～2,能使 W（Ⅵ）与Fe（Ⅲ）、Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni（Ⅱ）、Mn(Ⅱ）分离。     

X射线荧光光谱法测定生铁中10种元素

采用波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪测定生铁中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、钛、钒、铬、镍、铜等10个元素的含量。选择晶格面间距宽的晶体,其X射线荧光信号明显增强。试验了试样白口化对测量结果的影响,发现试样表面白口化与否和白口化的程度明显影响碳、硅、磷、硫等元素的测量结果,但对锰的影响很小。方法的检出限为1.2～114 μg/g。精密度试验结果表明,难于同时分析的碳、硅、锰、磷、硫的相对标准偏差（RSD,n=11）分别为0.57%、1.3%、0.53%、0.98%、1.2%。方法用于生铁样品中10种元素的分析,测量结果与其他方法的分析结果相符。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
