LiMn2O4 thin films of different thickness were derived from solution deposition and heat treated by rapid thermal annealing. The phase identification and surface morphology were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical properties of the films were examined by galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. LiMn2O4 thin films of different thickness derived from solution deposition and rapid thermal annealing are homogeneous and crack free with the grain size between 20 nm and 50 nm. The specific capacity of these films is between 42 and 47 μAh·cm2·μm−1. The capacity decreases with the increase of discharge current density. The capacity loss per cycle increases from 0.012% to 0.16% after being cycled 50 times as the film thickness increases from 0.18 μm to 1.04 μm. The lithium diffusion coefficients of these films are in the same order of 10−11 cm2·s−1.  相似文献

BaPbO3 thin films were deposited on Al2O3 substrates by sol-gel spin-coating and rapid thermal annealing. The microstructure and phase of BaPbO3 thin films were determined by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electrons microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry. The influence of annealing temperature and annealing time on sheet resistance of the thin films was investigated. The results show that heat treatment, including annealing temperature and time, causes notable change in molar ratio of Pb to Ba, resulting in the variations of sheet resistance. The variation of electrical properties demonstrates that the surface state of the film changes from two-dimensional behavior to three-dimensional behavior with the increase of film thickness. Crack-free BaPbO3 thin films with grain size of 90 nm can be obtained by a rapid thermal annealing at 700 ℃ for 10 min. And the BaPbO3 films with a thickness of 2.5 μm has a sheet resistance of 35 Ω·-1.  相似文献

Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12(BLT) thin films were prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate by the sol-gel method. The effect of annealing on their structures and ferroelectric properties was investigated. The XRD patterns indicate that the BLT films annealed at different temperatures are randomly orientated and the single perovskite phase is obtained at 550°C. The remnant polarization increases and the coercive field decreases with the annealing temperature increasing. The leakage current density of the BLT films annealed at 700°C is about 5.8×10−8 Al cm2 at the electric field of 250 kV/cm. Ag-TiO2 thin films were prepared on glasses.The morphology and structure of Ag-TiO2 films were investigated by XRD.SEM and FT-IR.The photocatalytic and hydrophilic properties of Ag-TiO2 thin films were also evaluated by examining photocatalytic degradation dichlorophos under sunlight illumination and the change of contact angle respectively.The research results show that the Ag-TiO2 thin film is mainly composed of 20-100nm Ag and TiO2 particles,The Ag-TiO2 thin films possess a super-hydrophilic ability and higher photocatalytic activity than that of pure TiO2 thin film.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior and mechanism of D113 resin for Dy(III) was investigated by using the method of resin adsorption. Experimental results show that the optimum medium pH of adsorption of D113 resin for Dy3+ is pH=6.00 in the HAc-NaAc medium. The static adsorption capacity of D113 resin for Dy3+ is 292.7 mg·g−1. The optimum eluant is 0.5 mol·L−1 HCl. The adsorption rate constant is k 298=6.8×10−6s−1. The apparent activation energy of D113 resin for Dy(III) is 14.79 kJ·mol−1. The adsorption behavior of D113 resin for Dy(III) obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The adsorption parameters of thermodynamic are ΔH=14.48 kJ·mol−1, ΔS=54.69 J·mol−1·K−1, ΔG=−1.82 kJ·mol−1.The adsorption mechanism of D113 resin for Dy3+ was confirmed by chemical analysis and IR spectra. λ-MnO2 was prepared by column method from normal spinel LiMn2O4 with purity of 99.38%. The influence of LiMn2O4 grain size and acidity of leaching solution on the lithium leaching process was studied. The results show that the appropriate range of LiMn2O4 grain size was 60–160 meshes and the concentration of leaching solution HCl was 0.1 mol·L−1. The adsorption capacity Q of λ-MnO2 for lithium increased with the increase of pH and changed markedly at pH 6.0–10.0. It was 3.80mmol/g at pH 12.0 The distribution coefficients Kd of Li+ and Na+ were 3.406×104 and 2.300 respectively, and the separation coefficient a Na Li was 1.481 ×104 at pH 6.5. Gold colloids were prepared by citrate-induced reduction of hydrogen tetrachlorourate, and gold nanoparticles were electrostatically self-assembled with poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) into multilayer thin films on silicon and quartz substrates. The particulate thin films were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, surface enhanced Raman scattering, atomic force microscopy and resistivity measurements. Due to the interparticle coupling between individual gold particles, an obvious collective particle plasmon resonance was observed on UV-vis spectra, and the particulate thin films exhibited a strong SERS effect. For multilayer thin films with a high particle coverage on substrates, resistivity of the order of 10−4Ω·cm was yielded. The sorption behavior of amino methylene phosphonic acid resin (APAR) for In(III) was investigated. Experimental results show that In(III) adsorbed on APAR can be eluted with 2mol·L−1 HCl. The apparent rate constant is k298=1.50×10−5s−1. The sorption behavior of APAR for In(III) obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The thermodynamic parameters of sorption, enthalpy change ΔH, free energy change ΔG and entropy change ΔS of sorption (APAR) for In(III) are 24.1kJ·mol−1, −35.1kJ·mol−1 and 200J·mol−1·K−1, respectively. The coordination molar ratio of the functional group of APAR to In(III) is 2∶1. The sorption mechanism of APAR for In(III) was examined by IR spectrometry. Poly ethylene oxide (PEO)x−V2O5−V2O5−MoO3 (x=0, 0.5, 1) films were prepared by the sol-gel method. The synthesis and structure of the films were investigated by XRD, TG-DTA, FTIR, etc. The results show that V2O5−MoO3 xerogel has a layered structure and its interlayer space increased from 1.3181 nm at x=0 to 1. 7898 nm at x=1 after the nanocomposite films were dried, and PEO in the interlayer changes the interface structure by forming hydrogen bonds with V=0 bands. CV measurement indicates that the intercalation of PEO improves insertion/extration properties of Li+ ions in the interlayer. ZrB2 ceramics were prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) and were sintered by hot pressing(HP).The effects of the granularities and doses of raw materials in Zr-B2O3-Mgon SHS process and product were investigated.XRD and combustion temperature curves prove that the ideal SHS reactants of Zr-B2O3-Mg are 50μm Zr powder,75μm B2O3 powder and 400μm Mg powder with 45% excessive.The particle sizes of SHS product,acid-leached product,sintered product are 2-5μm,0.5-2μm,2-10μm respectively.Chemical analysis indicates that the acid-leached product consists of ZrB2(94.59%),ZrO2(3.87%),and H3BO3(1.54%),The sintered product has a relative density of 95.4%.  相似文献

Composite thin films of PbTiO3 nano-crystals and high transparency polymer polyetherketone (PEK-c) for application of non-linear optical devices were prepared by spin coating. The size of PbTiO3 nano-crystals was estimated to be 30-40 nm using a transmission electron microscope. The refractive index and the mode propagation losses at 633 nm were measured using the prism coupling technique and improved photographic technique respectively. They were found to be 1.6545 and 2.00 dB cm^-1 (fundamental mode),respectively. Moreover, it is observed that this loss is increased at higher mode indices.  相似文献

LiMn1.8Co0.2O3.95F0.05 powder was prepared by heating the ignited LiMn1.8Co0.2O3.95F0.05 precursor gel using lithium acetate, magnesium acetate, cobalt acetate, lithium fluoride, citric acid and glycol as raw materials. The influence of the calcination temperature on the stractural and electrochemical properties of LiMn1. 8 Co0.2 O3.95 F0.05 was investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments. The powders prepared under different conditions are of good crystallinity. The discharge capacity of LiMn1. 8 Co0.2 O3.95 F0.05 powder inereased from 92 mAh/g to 105mAh/ g as the calcination temperature inereasedfrom 750 ℃ to 850 ℃ . The capacity of LiMn1. 8 Co0.2 O3.95 F0.05 heated at 750 ℃ , 800 ℃, 850 ℃ for 4 haurs remained at 95.2% , 97%, 94.2% , respectively, after being cycled 20 times, suggesting that the multiple substitution of Co and F for Mn and O results in a good cycling behavior.  相似文献

High refractive index TiO2 thin films were deposited on BK7 glass by reactive electron—beam (REB) evaporation at pressure of 2×10−2 Pa, deposition rate of 0.2 nm/s and at various substrate temperatures from 120°C to 300°C. The refractive index and the thickness of the films were measured by visible spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) and determined from transmission spectra. Optical properties and structure features were characterized by UV-VIS, SEM and XRD, respectively. The measurement and analysis on transmission spectra of all samples show that with the substrate temperature increasing from 120°C to 300°C, the refractive indices of thin films increase from 1.7 to 2.1 and the films after heat treatment have higher refractive indices due to its crystallizing. The XRD analysis results indicate that the structure of TiO2 thin films deposited on BK7 glass at substrate temperatures of 120°C, 200°C and 300°C is amorphous, after post-annealing under air condition at 400°C for 1 hour, the amorphous structure is crystallized, the crystal phase is of 100% anatase with strong preferred orientation (004) and the grain size of crystalline is within 3.6–8.1 nm, which is consistent with results from SEM observation. The amino acid Schiff base complex (Sal-AMBA-Mn) was prepared with p-amino-methylbenzoic acid, salicylaldehyde and Mn(OAc)2·4H2O. Its structures was characterized with IR and UV spectra. Oxygenation mechanism of the complex in N, N-dimethylformamide solution was investigated. The results show that lower temperature is in favor of the oxygenation, and energy, enthalpy and entropy are -3.8 kJ/mol, -4.2 J/mol and -161.44 J/(mol·K), respectively. In the presence of the manganese complex, dehydroepiandrosterone acetate is effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen and the corresponding enone 7-ketodehydroepiandrosterone acetate is obtained. The yield is 62.1% when the oxidation is carried out under the reaction conditions of 60 ℃, 2 MPa of O2 pressure, C5H5N as a solvent and molar ratio of the substrate to the complex of 1:10.  相似文献

The magnetic chitosan nanoparticles were prepared by reversed-phase suspension method using Span-80 as an emulsifier, glutaraldehyde as cross-linking reagent. And the nanoparticles were characterized by TEM, FT-IR and hysteresis loop. The results show that the nanoparticles are spherical and almost superparamagnetic. The laccase was immobilized on nanoparticles by adsorption and subsequently by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. The immobilization conditions and characterizations of the immobilized laccase were investigated. The optimal immobilization conditions were as follows: 10 mL of phosphate buffer (0.1 M, pH 7.0) containing 50 mg of magnetic chitosan nanoparticles, 1.0 mg · mL1 of laccase and 1% (v/v) glutaraldehyde, immobilization temperature of 4°C and immobilization time of 4 h. The immobilized laccase exhibited an appreciable catalytic capability (480 units · g−1 support) and had good storage stability and operation stability. The K m of immobilized and free laccase for ABTS were 140.6 and 31.1 μM in phosphate buffer (0.1 M, pH 3.0) at 37 °C, respectively. The immobilized laccase is a good candidate for the research and development of biosensors based on laccase catalysis. A potential 4.2 V cathode material LiVPO4F for lithium batteries was prepared by two-step reaction method based on a carbon-thermal reduction (CTR) process. Firstly, V2O5, NH4H2PO4 and acetylene black are reacted under an Ar atmosphere to yield VPO4. The transition-metal reduction is facilitated by the CTR based on C→CO transition. These CTR conditions favor stabilization of the vanadium as V^3+ as well as leaving residual carbon, which is useful in the subsequent electrode processing. Secondly, VPO4 reacts with ElF to yield LiVPO4F product. The property of the LiVPO4F was investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical measurement. XRD studies show that LiVPO4F synthesized has triclinic structure(space group p I ), isostructural with the naturally occurring mineral tavorite, EiFePO4-OH. SEM image exhibits that the particle size is about 2μm together with homogenous distribution. Electrochemical test shows that the initial discharge capacity of LiVPO4F powder is 119 mA·h/g at the rate of 0.2C with an average discharge voltage of 4.2V (vs Ei/Li^+), and the capacity retains 89 mA·h/g after 30 cycles.  相似文献
