Integrated maintenance management system in a textile company   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
In this paper, an AI (artificial intelligence) approach to the design and control of an integrated maintenance management system is reported. The research work has been done on two levels. At the managerial level, the overall maintenance management system is designed by the GRAI method. This system is designed as an integrated system which makes decisions on maintenance activity scheduling and control, taking into consideration not only equipment working conditions but also maintenance cost, product quality, and production efficiency. At the decision support level, a number of intelligent decision support systems (IDSSs) are developed based on Bayesian theory or causal probabilistic networks (CPNs). In this paper, a generic CPN for the maintenance of open-end spinning mills is reported.  相似文献

Scheduling and sequencing compounds on banbury mixers is a daily production planning function in a tyre company. The current scheduling procedures are based on experience. A number of factors, such as, capacity, cost, time, speed, set-up of mixers, compound changeovers, density and demand of compound, have to be considered during planning. In this paper, we propose a two-stage approach to this problem. This approach can be easily computerised to aid the personnel in the planning function. An example, considering actual data obtained from the company, is used to illustrate the approach. The current scheduling practice by company personnel, as inferred from past record, is also reported.  相似文献

This paper addresses the development of a hypermedia maintenance manual (HMM) for a manufacturer of automotive equipment. The primary goal was to reduce the non-productive time of the winding machines by supporting the activities of the maintenance personnel in performing preventive and corrective maintenance. In addition, it was hoped that a HMM could decrease the time required to train inexperienced technicians. Additional considerations were given to keeping as low as possible the production, maintenance, updating and dissemination costs of the HMM, and to its ease of use. The paper describes the development environment and stages of creating a HMM. The views of the maintenance personnel and production managers expressed during the evaluation of the system are discussed and used to identify possible improvements and future research.  相似文献

在现实生产中,生产调度和设备维护具有相互影响的关系,应将两者统筹优化。在理论研究中,柔性车间调度和设备维修决策的联合优化问题尚鲜有研究。为解决这一问题,以车间调度理论和预防性维护理论为基础,建立了柔性车间调度和设备维护的联合优化模型。同时依据问题的特性,设计了求解上述模型的双层编码遗传算法方案。最后通过实例进行仿真,得出了满足总完工时间最小条件下的最优生产和维修方案。通过与独立决策结果对比,证明了联合优化模型和算法的有效性。  相似文献

国内外对于装备维修质量的评判主要限于修复后各种装备性能参数的评价,而对于保证修复结果的维修过程的评价则少有涉及。针对这一现状提出将维修过程质量与完成修复质量相结合来综合评判企业维修质量的水平,并在此基础上提出改进模型。通过在企业中实际案例应用,力图解决企业维修现状中亟待解决的一些问题。  相似文献

Scheduling problems are difficult combinatorial problems because of the extremely large search space of possible solutions and the large number of local optima that arise. A multi-objective genetic algorithm is presented as an intelligent algorithm for scheduling of the mixed-model assembly line in this paper. The Pareto ranking method and distance-dispersed approach are employed to evaluate the fitness of the individuals. The computational results show that the proposed multi-objective genetic algorithm is quite effective.  相似文献

Process planning and scheduling used to be two very separate processes. However, owing to the recognition of the intricate relationship between them, recent work has focused on integrating the two processes. The use of flexible process plans in scheduling allows more flexibility in production and thus gives substantial cost savings. It also increases the solution space of the optimisation problem and makes it more critical to have an effective optimisation algorithm than for traditional scheduling problems. This paper describes a process-planning and scheduling system that makes use of the branch and bound approach to optimise priority weighted earliness of jobs scheduled in a mould manufacturing shop. Instead of consideing a flexible manufacturing system, this paper focuses on the demands of less integrated factories, which are especially typical of mould manufacturing shops. The layout of the system, the methodology of the algorithm and effectiveness of performance measures for real industrial use are discussed in the paper.  相似文献

Many real scheduling problems are often much more complex than problems that are analytically tractable. The main difficulty in obtaining optimal job schedules arises from the existence of sequence dependent setup times among jobs and job release times. In this paper, we present a restricted tabu search algorithm that schedules jobs on parallel machines in order to minimise the maximum lateness of the jobs. The jobs have release times and due dates, and sequence-dependent setup times exist between the jobs. The parallel machines are either identical or non-identical in terms of the processing times of the jobs. The restricted tabu search algorithm employs a restricted search with the elimination of non-effective job moves, for finding the best neighbourhood schedule. The restricted search algorithm reduces search effort significantly while obtaining good quality final schedule. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm obtains much better solutions more quickly than other heuristic algorithms such as the Rolling Horizon Procedure (RHP) heuristic, the basic tabu search and simulated annealing.  相似文献

In this paper we deal with the problem of scheduling in a kanban-controlled flowshop with material handling and finite input and output buffer storage between workstations. The objective is to minimise the makespan of containers. A heuristic algorithm, based on the simulated annealing (SA) technique, is developed. We present a new perturbation scheme and test the effectiveness of the proposed simulated annealing algorithm for solving the kanban-controlled flowshop scheduling problems. The proposed SA algorithm is evaluated relative to the existing heuristic. ERP系统已成为我国企业管理的一个有效工具,然而目前所有的ERP系统还不完善,其中关于JSP问题则是一个一直没有得到很好解决的难点。正是在深入研究这一问题之后,首先建立一种更加适应企业实际应用的JSP模型,在此基础上对遗传算法做出相应改进,增加对该模型的适应度,并且用该改进算法来解决ERP系统的JSP问题。最后结合具体案例在VB环境下实现该算法软件设计,初步实现ERP软件中的JSP功能,增强ERP系统的完善性。  相似文献

Flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) are designed to produce a variety of different part types with high machine utilisation, so the maintenance technique is necessary and very important in an FMS. This paper discusses the maintenance problem in an FMS and its simulation, analyses the maintainability of a real FMS shop, and presents the architecture of an integrated system of maintenance and decision-making/scheduling for manufacturing shop control. The modelling and simulation of the maintenance activities in the shop are shown. The simulation program is written in SLAM II and the special subroutines are realised in Fortran. The interest is directed towards the use of the method of simulation for maintenance and decision-making in FMSs.  相似文献
