还记得1998年,中国红十字会主动找到我们,要复制赵朴初为他们的题字《奉献》。当年抗洪救灾中涌现出许多先进个人和集体,中国红十字会为了表彰这些个人和集体,就把我们用珂罗版复制的这个条幅赠予他们。有趣的是后来我们在外地出差时,在某学校见到了这件复制品,当时我们很惊讶,一问才知就是当年他们学校获得的奖励。我们用珂罗版复制了许多重要的、宝贵的文物资料及名家真迹,给我们的生活添上了浓重的一笔.  相似文献

米歇尔·卡萨于1935年生于法国,毕业于法国新闻大学和瑞典社会大学。1954年在斯德哥尔摩进入网版印刷领域。1979年和1984年,他相继建立两个网印厂,从事艺术品和POP印刷,卡萨先生共印了约3 000多件精细艺术品。现在专门从事特别复杂的网版印刷,自1983年以来,其印品共获近300项奖励。卡萨先生还是个作家,写了一些书和上千篇技术文章,出版了几种语言的技术光盘,在全世界作过多次技术讲座。在1996-2002年间,他连任FESPA会长,现为FESPA理事。应中国网印及制像协会的邀请,卡萨先生曾于2001年5月26日在北京为首届亚太网印展作了为时一天的“精细网目调的网版印刷”专题讲座,以其丰富的经验、娴熟的技术和对网版印刷深邃的理解,作了一个精彩的、高质量的讲演,给中国网印人留下了深刻的印象。本刊编辑部将讲座译稿加以审校和整理,拟在本刊2003年第3期开始连续刊出,以馈读者。由于我们的水平有限,译文中难免有不当之处,欢迎读者提出意见,共同学习探讨。  相似文献

Development and validation of this method was conducted to support a 28-day piglet feeding study of swine-adapted infant formulations stabilised with carrageenan. The validation was performed in accordance with USFDA Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Regulations and associated current bioanalytical guidelines. Separation of carrageenan from plasma protein was unsuccessful using saturated sodium chloride due to the extremely strong cross-linking interactions between carrageenan and protein. Poligeenan is the deliberately acid-hydrolysed low molecular weight polygalactan non-food product produced from carrageenan. Poligeenan molecules are nearly identical to carrageenan molecules with respect to molecular structure, the primary difference being molecular weight. These poligeenan molecules have similar molecular weight when compared with the lowest molecular weight fraction of carrageenan called the low molecular-weight tail (LMT). Poligeenan was separated from plasma protein using the salting procedure, this being due to the significantly weaker interaction with protein caused by its shorter molecular chain length. Thus, poligeenan was applied as a chemical analyte surrogate for the LMT of carrageenan solely for the development and validation of the method. This method was used to try to detect the LMT of the carrageenan test material during the 28-day piglet feeding study, and if such was absorbed into the bloodstream. Successful development and validation of the method was achieved using LC-MS/MS coupled with ESI in negative-ion mode. A standard curve of instrument response versus poligeenan concentration was developed using swine plasma spiked with a range of poligeenan concentrations. The lower level of quantification (LLOQ) of poligeenan was 10.0 µg ml–1, and the quantification range was 10.0–100.0 µg ml–1. No animals were fed poligeenan.  相似文献

Phosphatidylamine isolated from egg yolk phospholipids was autoxidized at 60 °C. Oxidation products were separated by thin layer chromatography on silica gel and by column chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. The fractions were characterized by UV and IR spectra and by chemical analysis. Polyunsaturated fatty acids were destroyed during the oxidation, the content of primary amino groups decreased and imine derivatives appeared.  相似文献

Beans of Phaseolus are important food crops both economically and nutritionally, and are cultivated and consumed world wide. With ever rising costs of meats, fresh fruits, and vegetables, dry beans are expected to contribute more to the human nutrition in coming years. Traditionally, they have been referred to as "poor man's meat" and have contributed significantly to the diets of many people of several countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America. In recent years, a renewed interest in bean research in Western European countries and the U.S. is evident. In this review, certain biochemical, technological, nutritional, and toxicological aspects are discussed and the limitations and problems associated with dry beans of Phaseolus as human food are addressed.  相似文献

The authors wished to clarify the role played by amino acids and minerals in the formation of the taste of tomatoes by means of sensory evaluation of model solutions. In preparing the model solutions the results of the thorough analysis of two tomato cultivars (K-549 and Mokka) were taken into account. It was established that the effect of free amino acids on the pH and the buffer capacity of the system cannot be neglected, in addition in the presence of minerals they affect taste advantageously, contributing to the development of tomato character. The effect of pyrrolidone-carboxylic acid (PCA) on the taste was also investigated. The sensory threshold value of PCA in aqueous solution was found to be 500 ppm. The quality of taste was found sour, tart and occasionally bitter. On adding PCA to tomato puree the appearance of off-flavour was not observed, indeed it was found that in certain concentrations it affected the taste of lower quality purees advantageously.  相似文献

Edible films made from gelatin, soluble starch and polyols, Part 3   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
The thermal and mechanical properties of edible films based on blends of gelatin with soluble starch plasticized with water, glycerol or sugars were investigated. Two different methods, known as ‘the high temperature’ and ‘the low temperature’ methods, consisting of casting aqueous solutions of blends at 60 and 20 °C, respectively, were employed for the preparation of films. With increasing water, glycerol or sorbitol content, a drop of elasticity modulus and tensile strength (up to 50% of the original values for 30% plasticizer) was observed. The tensile strength and percentage elongation increased with high gelatin contents (> 20% w/w). The development of a higher percentage renaturation of gelatin (reaching 70% for 5% water content) by the ‘low temperature’ method caused a reduction in gas and water permeabilities. The former decreased by one or two orders of magnitude for O2 and CO2, respectively. The semi-empirical model for calculation of gas permeability and the semi empirical equations for upper and lower limits of tensile moduli of composites were applied with limited success and the obtained values were compared to those experimentally determined.  相似文献
