随着环保问题越来越得到重视,无化学药剂添加的阻垢方法也愈加引起研究者的关注。磁处理被一些研究者认为是一种无污染、低成本的物理防垢方法,但其在工业应用中的有效性和作用机制仍存在很大争议。以碳酸钙结晶体系为研究对象,新设计了磁场作用范围宽窄两种形式的磁处理装置,着重考察了与工业应用密切相关的处理水量与磁处理效果间的耦合关系。结果表明,当处理水量较小时,磁处理可促进碳酸钙的均相成核,使生成的晶体粒径变小数量增多,总沉积量增大,并且磁处理效果在一定转速范围内随旋转磁场转速的增加而增强。此外发现,旋转磁场与水量有明显的耦合关系:当磁处理条件不变而处理水量增大时,磁处理效果就会减弱;当处理水量一定而强化磁处理条件时,磁处理效果就会增强。先磁处理一部分溶液再逐步添加溶液进行的分步磁处理实验表明,该法可提高大水量条件下碳酸钙的去除率,使磁处理效果更为明显,同时表明了处理水量与磁场相匹配耦合的重要性。 相似文献

目的探讨三七总皂苷对体外培养的人牙周膜细胞(Human periodontal ligament cell,hPDLC)增殖、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)活性及表达的影响。方法采用组织块法原代培养hPDLC,并经免疫组化鉴定;分别用10、1.0、0.1和0.01 mg/L浓度的三七总皂苷处理体外培养的hPDLC,设只加含10%FBS的DMEM培养基为空白对照,分别于1、3、5、7 d后,MTT法检测其对hPDLC增殖活性的影响,酶标仪上检测细胞中ALP活性,Western blot法检测细胞中ALP蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示,细胞来源于外胚间充质;MTT结果显示,0.1 mg/L浓度组在第5天和1.0、10 mg/L浓度组在第3、5天hPDLC增殖活性明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01);0.1、1.0、10 mg/L浓度组在第3、5天ALP活性明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01),1.0 mg/L浓度组APL活性明显高于其他各组(P<0.01);0.01、0.1、1.0、10 mg/L浓度组ALP蛋白表达量均明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01),以1.0 mg/L浓度组ALP表达量最高。结论三七总皂苷有促进hPDLC增殖的作用,并能增加ALP活性及其表达水平。 相似文献

Three treatment methods, raw wastewater (RW)?→?coagulation?→?biological treatment (RCB), RW→?pre-ozonation?→?biological treatment (ROB) and RW?→?biological treatment?→?post-ozonation (RBO), were investigated to clarify their effectiveness in treating dyeing wastewater from a treatment plant. The decrease in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was in the following order: RCB?≥?RBO?>?ROB. DOC removal of 200 mg/L by biological treatment of RW was clearly higher than that of 12 mg/L by ozonation. On the other hand, only DOC removal of 108 mg/L was observed by biological treatment in RW after ozonation. The decrease in biological oxygen demand (BOD5) was in the following order: ROB?≥?RCB?>?RBO. Because of the enhancement of biodegradability brought about by ozonation, BOD5 after ozonation in RBO was higher than that of RW after biological treatment. Color was effectively removed by ozonation for both RW and RW after biological treatment, and the decrease in color was in the following order: RBO?>?ROB?≥?RCB. Adsorbable organic halide formation potential (AOXFP) and toxicity unit (TU15, exposure time is 15 min) were more effectively decreased by biological treatment than by coagulation or ozonation, although the differences among RCB, ROB and RBO were very small. 相似文献

采用电晕连续处理超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及拉伸性能测试分析不同处理工艺对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:经过电晕处理后,纤维表面变得粗糙。处理功率为375 W,处理时间为180 s时,纤维红外光谱出现羰基、羟基伸缩振动峰,随着电晕处理时间和功率的增加,峰的强度基本保持不变;电晕处理降低了纤维的力学性能,处理功率为375 W时,随着处理时间的延长,纤维拉伸强度和断裂伸长均下降,处理时间为180 s时断裂强度下降了20%;处理时间为180 s,功率为525 W时,断裂强度为处理前的32%;电晕处理后,纤维与SEBS树脂的粘结强力均提高了67%。 相似文献

Improvement of electron field emission from carbon nanotubes by Ar neutral beam treatment 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
To improve the field emission properties of screen printed carbon nanotube (CNT) films, an Ar neutral beam was used as one of the surface treatment techniques and the CNT field emission characteristics after the treatment were compared with those after Ar ion beam treatment. The Ar neutral beam treatment enhanced the field emission properties of the CNTs and by decreasing the turn-on field and by increasing emission sites. When the field emission properties were measured after the treatment for 10 s with an energy of 100 eV, the turn-on field decreased from 1.7 to 0.9 V/μm while that after the ion beam treatment increased from 1.7 to 2.8 V/μm showing damage of exposed CNTs due to the intensive bombardment by the positive ions in the beam. The neutral beam treatment appeared to expose more CNT field emitters from the CNT paste without cutting or severely damaging the already exposed long CNT emitters because there were no charged particles in the beam. 相似文献

Changes occurring in jute fibers when treated with a 5% concentration of a NaOH solution for 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 h were characterized by weight loss, linear density, tenacity, modulus, FTIR, and X‐ray measurements. A 9.63% weight loss was measured during 2 h of treatment with a drop of hemicellulose content from 22 to 12.90%. The linear density value showed no change until 2 h of treatment followed by a decrease from 33.0 to 14.5 denier by 56% after 6 h of treatment. The tenacity and modulus of the fibers improved by 45 and 79%, respectively, and the percent breaking strain was reduced by 23% after 8 h of treatment. X‐ray diffractograms showed increase in crystallinity of the fibers only after 6 h of treatment, while FTIR measurements showed much of the changes occurring by 2 h of treatment with an increased amount of OH groups. By measuring the rate of change of the modulus, tenacity, and percent breaking strain with the time of treatment, a clear transition was apparent at 4 h of treatment with the dissolution of hemicellulose, causing a weight loss and drop in the linear density before and development of crystallinity with an improvement in the properties after the transition time. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
