矿山大型胶带运输机驱动装置改造实践

胶带运输机以其输送距离长、安全可靠、经济适用等优点被广泛应用于大型矿山矿石运输中。针对内蒙古矿业公司选矿厂钢芯胶带运输机运行过程中由于共振作用引起的电动机轴承频繁损坏的问题,对驱动装置进行改造。选择在地面新建驱动机房,将驱动装置位置下移,采用变频器启动的软启动方式,从根本上解决了电动机轴承频繁损坏的问题,设备运转率达到98%,3年多来,设备运行平稳,安全可靠。     

落煤收集装置

本实用新型公开了一种落煤收集装置，用于皮带输送机的落煤收集。其由顺次相连的驱动机构、传动机构和收集机构三部分组成；所述收集机构由落煤斗和装煤车组成；还设有相互连接的固定梁和用以支撑落煤斗的落煤斗座；所述传动机构包括相连的转向装置、缓冲装置；所述转向装置固设在固定梁上。通过如上改进，使得落煤收集装置结构简单，运行可靠，很好地实现落煤的收集。当异物卡在落煤斗口中，通过缓冲装置来改善传动机构的受力情况，防止因受力过大使落煤斗口损伤变形、传动机构零部件损坏。     

不休风更换开闭器

料钟行程开闭器是大型高炉上料系统的重要组成部份之一,它有四十多根线路,二十二个接点,控制着主卷扬上料,肩负着料钟、均压阀开闭和向炉内及沟下发送料钟工作的信号。三高炉行程开闭器发生故障如不及时处理,就有造成严重设备事故和停产事故的可能。党支部广泛动员群众,出主意,想办法,献计献策,大家提出不休风更换料钟开闭器。我们工人阶级有志气,有能力,一定能完成任务。于是提出三不(不休风、不减压、不低料线)更换开闭器方案,其具体作法如下:     

VA直弧形板坯连铸机驱动辊的研制与应用

拉矫机驱动辊损坏主要是驱动辊身在变径处断裂，其次是中间剖分轴承损坏，针对原设计存在的问题，新设计的驱动辊结构为芯轴和内、外轴承座通水冷却，把中间剖分轴承改为整体轴承，同时保留了原设计在安装、拆卸和辊子外冷的优点，使驱动辊结构更加合理。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
