根据羧基丁苯胶乳合成工艺的特点,乳液均成核机理和低皂聚合原理,拟定了聚合釜的放大规律应遵循的依据。通过冷模试验和工业性试验,推荐聚合釜适宜的搅拌器为改进四叶斜桨和四叶斜桨;回归试验数据得到改进四叶斜桨搅拌功能Np=2.79(HL/D){(d/D)^-14(b2/D)^0.83-」(d2-b1)/D「^-14「(b2-b1)/D」^0.83×「(3-2b1)/d」^5}聚合釜。 相似文献

通过评价试验,筛选出一种氧化还原引发剂作为脱气剂,基础研究对其组分配比、用量以及工艺条件等影响脱气的因素作了考察。经模型和中间试验证明,用该脱气剂0.5~1.5份,在脱气温度20~50℃下,经2.5~3.0h,可使羧基丁苯胶乳中残余苯乙烯含量由(528~13400)×10-6降至200×10-6以下,且不影响胶乳的性能,脱气效果亦不受脱气釜规模的影响。 相似文献

考察了12.7m^3和15.0m^3聚合釜在生产羧基丁苯胶中搅拌功率、搅拌级别、桨叶端速和传热能力以对聚合温度及产品质量的影响。结果表明,在传热能力强,搅拌级别适中的情况下,聚合温度容易控制,产品质量好,转化率较镐,能耗和物耗较低。 相似文献

Continuous reactors are important for commercial production of latex products and they can be useful tools for fundamental polymerization kinetics studies. Results are presented for four projects: (i) elimination of conversion oscillations in continuous stirred-tank reactors (CSTR) by use of a tubular prereactor; (ii) use of a seed-fed CSTR to measure free radical transport from monomer-swollen latex particles; (iii) development of a continuous process as an alternative to a commercial batch process; and (iv) determination of copolymerization kinetic parameters with a steady-state CSTR system. 相似文献

An interesting feature of commercial continuous emulsion polymerization reactors is the important phenomenon of sustained oscillations. Laboratory investigations of emulsion polymerization in a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) have shown that the conversion, number of polymer particles and other related properties often oscillate widely with time. These oscillations can lead to emulsifier levels too small to adequately cover polymer particles resulting in excessive agglomeration and reactor fouling. Herein is reported an extensive experimental study of vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization in a CSTR. The effects of initiator and emulsifier concentrations, mean residence time and rate of agitation on the production rate and size distribution of polyvinyl acetate latices were investigated. Circulating fluidised bed (CFB) reactors have traditionally been used for the high temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis-Synthol process. A development program undertaken by Sasol with the assistance of The Badger Company recently led to the successful commissioning of a commercial scale conventional, fixed fluidised bed (FFB) reactor as an alternative to the CFB reactor.Work was done in a small pilot plant which was followed by work in a 1 m diameter semi-works pilot plant operated in parallel with one of the commercial CFB reactors. Based on the positive results obtained, it was decided to build a commercial scale FFB reactor with a capacity similar to existing commercial reactors at Sasol One. This reactor was successfully commissioned and has been in operation since May 1989.The reactor is easy to operate and can withstand major plant instabilities. A techno-economic analysis and comparison between the Synthol-CFB and Synthol-FFB reactors indicates significant advantages for the Synthol-FFB reactor, both with respect to capital and operating costs. The results of this analysis and comparison are presented and the significance of the findings discussed in terms of future plants for the conversion of synthesis gas to liquid fuels. 相似文献

提出了在无皂乳液中加入挥发性有机物质辛醇进行聚合反应 ,以提高乳液的性能及稳定性。详细讨论了各种因素对合成无皂乳液的影响 ,得出了最佳工艺条件 :辛醇的用量为单体质量的 3 0 % ;m(CH2 CHCOOC2 H5) ∶m(C6H5CHCH2 ) =1 0 0 0∶0 2 2 9;反应温度 85℃ ;反应时间3h ;恒温时间 0 5h ;乳液的 pH =8 0。加料方式 :辛醇与单体混合 ,乳化剂与水混合。实验证明 ,挥发性有机物质与极少数乳化剂的复合使用不仅提高了乳液的稳定性 ,而且也大幅度提高了乳液聚合物的性能 ,尤其是冻融稳定性得以很大的改善 相似文献

丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶是一类应用广泛的低VOC含量环保胶黏剂。本文合成了一种葡萄糖基可聚合乳化剂-丁基葡萄糖苷马来酸酯(BGMAH),并采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备了BGMAH改性的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶。通过系统考察BGMAH的结构及用量等因素对乳液粒径、乳胶膜耐水性和粘接性能的影响发现,当复合乳化剂质量分数保持3%不变,m(BGMAH):m(OP-10):m(SDS)=2:1.5:0.5时,乳胶膜的粘接性能和耐水性能最佳。红外、热稳定性等分析表明丙烯酸酯乳液在改性过程当中发生了共聚交联反应,且改性后聚合物体系相容性良好,乳胶膜的玻璃化转变温度和热稳定性均提高,同时对聚合体系的反应机理也进行了研究。 相似文献
