为丰富植物染料的色谱,应用DL-CT蓝色植物染料和HHH-CT黄色植物染料对羊毛织物进行复合染色,研究了复合染色在植物染料上的应用.对DL-CT蓝色植物染料和HHH-CT黄色植物染料复合染色的基本原理和工艺技术进行了探讨.分析了染料用量、媒染剂用量等工艺参数对羊毛织物色泽的影响,并通过正交试验优化了工艺;还对还原性植物染料DL-CT新型染色方法进行了探讨.结果表明:DL-CT蓝色植物染料和HHH-CT黄色植物染料通过复合染色可以得到不同的染色色泽,为丰富植物染料的色谱提供了新的途径. 相似文献

To simulate the treatment of commercial bags, the persistence and biological activity on jute and woven polypropylene sheets of permethrin emulsifiable concentrate, were studied. The residues produced in wheat grains under the sprayed sheets were also determined. Residues were analysed by gas-liquid chromatography, and bioassays with Tribolium confusum Duv. on the treated materials.The insecticide residues were of shorter persistence on jute than on polypropylene sacking material. However, higher residues were found in the grain under jute than under polypropylene bags. Permethrin was found more effective for beetle control and resulted in less residue in the grain than chlorpyrifosmethyl. Polypropylene covering provided more protection to the wheat against insect and insecticide penetration as compared with jute covering. 相似文献

为了解种植地点和加工精度对小米营养及安全品质的影响,选取4个种植地点的济谷19谷子,分别加工成糙米和精米,粉碎测定水分、脂肪、淀粉、黄色素、氨基酸、矿质元素硒、铁、铅、镉等指标。结果表明种植地点对小米脂肪、淀粉、黄色素含量影响显著。加工精度显著影响小米脂肪、淀粉、氨基酸含量,对黄色素含量影响不显著;脂肪、氨基酸含量精米显著低于糙米;淀粉含量精米显著高于糙米。不同种植地点小米矿质元素硒、铁、铅、镉含量差异显著;加工精度显著影响小米铁、铅、镉含量,铁、铅、镉含量精米显著低于糙米。控制加工精度可以减少小米脂肪、氨基酸、铁等营养成分损失;利用自然禀赋条件可以生产营养强化型小米。 相似文献

通过正交试验研究了氮、磷、钾营养对白肋烟叶绿体色素、化学成分的影响。结果表明,施N水平及氮、磷、钾比例与白肋烟叶绿体色素、内在化学成分关系密切。叶绿体色素含量与施N水平,N:P2O5和N:K2O比例呈正相关,三要素对叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素的影响作用为N>K>P。施N水平和N:P2O5、N:K2O比例与总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量呈正相关,而与总糖、还原糖、施木克值、糖/碱、氮/碱呈负相关,三要素对总糖的影响为N>P>K,而对还原糖、烟碱、总氮、蛋白质的影响是N>K>P。 相似文献

通过田间试验,研究了施氮量和留叶数对红花大金元生长发育、产量和质量的影响。结果表明,施氮量和留叶数以及其互作效应对烟株的农艺性状和经济性状影响显著。施氮量90 kg/hm2,留叶数18~22片的处理田间长势强,经济性状优;施氮量45~90 kg/hm2时,烟叶水溶性糖含量较高,总氮、总植物碱含量适宜,化学成分协调,感官质量较好,香气质、香气量、余味、总得分都较高。综合评价结果表明,在中低施氮量水平下(45~90 kg/hm2),单株留叶18~22片时红花大金元在湖北利川的产质量表现最佳。 相似文献

以木瓜皮为原料,研究了木瓜皮多酚和黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化、酪氨酸酶和胰脂肪酶抑制活性。在单因素实验基础上采用正交试验研究超声温度、超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对木瓜皮多酚和黄酮含量的影响,并测定木瓜皮对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除能力以及对酪氨酸酶和胰脂肪酶的抑制活性。结果表明,木瓜皮多酚和黄酮的最佳提取条件为:超声温度40 ℃,超声时间60 min,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:25 g/mL,在此条件下多酚和黄酮含量分别为(82.00±0.65)mg/g和(162.76±2.82)mg/g。抗氧化活性实验结果表明,木瓜皮提取物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除率分别为(94.79%±0.10%)和(96.94%±0.23%)。抑制酶活性实验结果表明,木瓜皮提取物对分别以L-Tyr和L-Dopa为底物的酪氨酸酶的抑制率为(83.33%±6.80%)和(67.12%±0.32%),对胰脂肪酶的抑制率为(82.78%±1.28%),说明木瓜皮具有较强的抗氧化能力、酪氨酸酶及胰脂肪酶抑制活性。 相似文献

Sixty-three Holstein cows were used in a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments to determine the effects of dietary protein and exogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone on performance postpartum and on circulating concentrations of progesterone. The experimental diets, 14 or 20% CP (dry basis), were fed from parturition to 14 wk postpartum. Blood serum urea N was elevated in the cows fed the 20% versus 14% CP diet. Feed intake was increased, but yield and composition of milk were not affected by the higher protein diet. Circulating concentrations of progesterone were lower in cows fed 20% than 14% protein on d 12 of both the synchronized and subsequent estrous cycles. Exogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone administered on d 12 of the preceding estrous cycle did not increase the concentration of progesterone on d 12 of the subsequent estrous cycle. Luteal phase concentrations of progesterone were reduced by high dietary protein, but were not affected by gonadotropin-releasing hormone given on d 12 of the preceding cycle. 相似文献

Peanut top parts of leaves and stems are feasible to be consumed as a vegetable. Peanut kernels of Tainan 9 were aquatic- and field-cultivated for 30 days and the top parts were harvested for three times at a 10-day interval. The highest total phenolics, epicatechin and caffeic acid contents in leaves were detected in the second harvest of aquatic-cultivation. In comparison, higher epicatechin and caffeic acid contents were observed in leaves of aquatic-cultivation than the field-cultivated leaves. The reducing powers, total equivalent antioxidant capacity and inhibitory activities against AGEs formation varied with a close dependence on total phenolics contents. Based on SDS–PAGE analysis, all harvested aquatic- and field-cultivated peanut leaves were effective in inhibition of albumin glycation. It is of merit to demonstrate that multiple harvests of the green top parts of peanuts bear potent antioxidant and antiglycative activities. 相似文献
