概述了表面活性剂对天然气水合物的作用, 一方面可用表面活性剂来提高水合物的生成速率, 因天然气水合物的巨大储气特性和方便、安全的存储方式使其具有极大的工业应用前景; 另一方面, 可用表面活性剂来抑制水合物的生成, 在天然气的整个流动过程中, 一旦形成水合物, 就会造成设备及管道堵塞, 影响正常的生产和运输, 甚至造成停产等事故。所以, 加入少量的表面活性剂来避免水合物的生成显得尤为重要。  相似文献

气举阀是控制气举井注气量和注气压力的核心工具,广泛应用于气举采油领域。中国石油吐哈油田公司工程技术研究院自主研发的可投捞式气举阀,通过钢丝投捞作业可从偏心工作筒内投入或捞出,克服了现有气举井更换气举阀必须起下管柱的缺点,在不动管柱的情况下实现气举井产能调配和故障排除。由于该项技术无需起出管柱,所以缩短了作业时间,避免了作业液对地层造成伤害。该工具结构简单,阀孔尺寸丰富,性能可靠,加工成本低,具有抗H_2S和CO_2腐蚀的特点,在国内外具有明显的竞争优势。  相似文献

要实验筛选出起泡性能优异的起泡剂XN和SW-12.XN的抗盐性较好,但价格昂贵;SW-12的价格便宜但抗盐性较差.将XN和SW-12复配后,加人到O.45％的瓜胶溶液中,抗盐性接近甚至超过相同表面活性剂浓度的XN,降低了经济成本.XN与SW-12按照4:1复配后的泡沫压裂液抗盐性最好,抗NaCl和CaCl2的能力分别可以达到120 000 mg／L和4 000 mg／L.  相似文献
