AbstractThe effects of different types (red, black and blue color) and content (2% and 4%) of thermochromic powders on aging properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS) modified asphalt were investigated. Physical properties of the binders (ductility, penetration, viscosity and softening point) were tested before and after thermal-oxidative and ultraviolet radiation aging. The results showed thermochromic powders improved the deformability and weakened the high-temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt to some extent. Thermochromic powders could obviously improve the anti-aging properties of SBS modified asphalt. In addition, SBS modified asphalt with 2% thermochromic materials showed the best aging resistance under all aging modes. 相似文献

通过加入化学助剂制备一种反应性SBS改性沥青,研究助剂加入量对改性沥青性能及高温储存后性能影响,对比其与高速剪切工艺所得改性沥青性能差异,并利用荧光显微照片分析两者微观形态的不同。结果表明:改性沥青性能随着助剂加入量增加先变好后变差。助剂加入量为0.6%时,改性沥青低温和高温性能最好;高温储存后延度与老化延度有一定的下降,针入度与软化点变化较小;加入助剂比高速剪切制得的改性沥青的低温性能和储存稳定性更好;荧光显微照片显示,剪切后SBS以颗粒的形式分散在沥青中,而加助荆使SBS与沥青形成均匀连续的网状结构。 相似文献

Abstract: The changes of softening point, penetration, and ductility of two asphalts after aging were studied. Two methods are simultaneously used to study the aging kinetics of two asphalts and some kinetic parameters are given in this paper. The results show that the softening points increase while penetration and ductility values decrease after aging. It was concluded that the aging capability of AH-70 asphalt is better than AH-90 asphalt. The aging kinetic models of two asphalts based on softening points are compared with a pentane asphaltene aging kinetic model and the results are consistent. A new and easy method for studying the aging of asphalt was developed. 相似文献

考察了剪切频率、剪切时间和发育时间对SBS改性沥青软化点、25 ℃针入度、5 ℃延度、PI值的影响。结果表明,剪切时间与剪切速率对提高软化点有一定的互补作用,增加剪切时间与剪切速率在促进SBS颗粒空间三维网状结构形成、提高软化点的同时,限制了其低温塑性变形(5 ℃延度),降低了PI值;发育时间对SBS改性沥青性能影响相对较小。工艺参数对25 ℃针入度的影响相对较小。确定SBS改性沥青的最佳工艺条件为:剪切时间90 min,发育时间30 min ,剪切速率4 000 r/min。该条件下制备的改性沥青能够满足SBS类(I-C)的技术要求,同时提出可以通过调整某个工艺参数,有针对性地改善改性沥青某一方面的性质。 相似文献

Abstract The compatibility between SBS and asphalt was studied by molecule simulation and asphalt's basic capability testing. The results indicated that SBS and asphalt had different compatibility in the different SBS added amounts at different temperatures. Some compositions of the asphalt could enter an assembled polybutadiene segment. The effects of this phenomenon enhanced the Glass transition temperature. With high shear force effect, some compositions of the asphalt also could enter a polystyrene segment, which decreased the Glass transition temperature, but did not seriously disjoin the physical cross-linking point. When the mass fraction of SBS was 4%, SBS presented disperse spherical grain. However, when the mass fraction of SBS was over 8%, it formed a continuous phase. With the increasing mass fraction of SBS, the softening point and low temperature ductility would increase, and penetration and high temperature storage stability would decline. 相似文献

本实验将0.1μm~5μm的沥青微粒分散到由复合乳化剂所配制的乳液中,从而制得乳化沥青,再向乳化沥青中加入一定量的SBS胶乳,混合搅拌制得乳化改性沥青,并对其各项指标进行测定。当取沥青质量为50g时,由HLB值相近原则,取水250g,SDS阴离子乳化剂0.64g,OP-10非离子乳化剂8.36g,制得相对稳定的乳化沥青。随后,逐渐加入SBS胶乳,随着SBS胶乳加入量的增大,乳化改性沥青的性能逐步得到提高。当SBS胶乳质量百分含量达到7%时,软化点、针入度和延伸度均达到较好的水平。 相似文献

Abstract The changes of n-pentane asphaltene content, penetration, softening point, and ductility of two Saudi Arabian paving asphalts have been studied during aging. Further, aging kinetics of asphalt, based on the change of n-pentane asphaltene content, has been studied. Some correlative kinetic parameters were calculated and the aging kinetics equation of asphalt was gained. The value calculated depending on the equation was in accordance with the experimental data. And the relationship between the composition of the high grade paving asphalt and its aging resistant performances was revealed. It showed that the aging of high grade paving asphalt was a first-order reaction. AH-70 paving asphalt has the following characteristics: higher reaction active energy, less reaction velocity constant, lower aging velocity, and better aging resistance performance compared with AH-90 paving asphalt. The changes of penetration, softening point, and ductility of asphalt during aging further proved that the kinetic model is reliable. 相似文献

In this research, the effect of adding SBS and vacuum bottoms residue on 60/70 neat asphalt binder have been carried out using classic and superpave testing methods. Adding SBS led to increase of softening point, elastic recovery and viscosity of asphalt binder. Besides, SBS reduced the penetration and ductility of specimens. Results of dynamic shear rheometer indicated that G* and G*sinδ reduced by adding the SBS content before and after aging while δ and G*/sinδ parameters increased. Therefore, adding SBS improves the permanent deformation and fatigue resistance of neat asphalt binder. 相似文献

采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对不同掺量的11A改性沥青的流变性能进行了研究,并通过薄膜烘箱老化(TFOT)和紫外老化(uv)试验研究了TLA对沥青老化性能的影响。结果表明:加入TLA后,沥青的复数模量增大,相位角减小,TLA的掺量每增加10%,PG高温区间基本上升1个等级,大大提高了沥青的高温稳定性和降低了其温度敏感性。与未改性沥青相比,TLA改性沥青TFOT和UV老化后的软化点增量和粘度变化指数显著减小,TFOT老化后的残留针入度比明显增大,TLA的加入有效地改善了沥青的热氧老化和紫外老化性能。 相似文献

催化裂化(FCC)油浆的典型特点是其中富含芳香分,是优质道路沥青的理想调合组分。使用FCC油浆和交联缩舍FCC油浆掺兑塔河渣油生产改质沥青,并研究了不同馏出率油浆同塔河渣油按不同比例掺兑所得沥青的软化点、针入度及粘度等的变化规律。确定催化油浆最佳掺兑比例为25%~35%,改质沥青基本性能可满足道路沥青标准。同时,向塔河改质沥青中添加5‰的抗老化剂,膜后性质表明残留针入度比有了明显提高,老化性能得到明显改善。用FCC油浆调和塔河渣油,可以充分利用各自的优势,发挥出最大的效益生产出高质量的道路沥青,对我国道路建设的发展具有重要的意义。 相似文献

Abstract A dose of SBR modifier added to asphalt can improve asphalt's performance in stability, permanence, viscosity, and resistance to aging. Better application performances of asphalt pavement are affected directly by proper SBR modifying. This paper shows some investigations that confirm the relationship between the addition of SBR with the structure and the properties of SBR-modified asphalt. This paper also discusses the modified asphalt high temperature property, low temperature ductility, and mechanism of SBR-modified asphalt. The addition of SBR modifier showed an increase in viscosity, softening point, and elastic recovery of modified asphalt with rising temperature. When the temperature rises, the improvement of SBR-modified asphalt in softening point, elastic recovery, and visco-toughness result from SBR cross-linking. Although the lengths of low temperature ductility of SBR-modified asphalt are increased, the viscosities of modified asphalt increase; however, the softening point between the upper layer and lower layer were about 1.8°C after the isolated experiment. 相似文献
