At present, the methods of analyzing the stability of slope under earthquake are not accurate and reasonable because of some limitations. Based on the real dynamic tensile-shear failure mechanism of slope, the paper proposes dynamic analysis of strength reduction FEM and takes the reduction of shear strength parameters and tensile strength parameters into consideration. And it comprehensively takes the transfixion of the failure surface, the non-convergence of calculation and mutation of displacement as the criterion of dynamic instability and failure of the slope. The strength reduction factor under limit state is regarded as the dynamic safety factor of the slope under earthquake effect and its advantages are introduced. Finally, the method is applied in the seismic design of anchors supporting and anti-slide pile supporting of the slope. Calculation examples show that the application of dynamic analysis of strength reduction is feasible in the seismic design of slope engineering, which can consider dynamic interaction of supporting structure and rock-soil mass. Owing to its preciseness and great advantages, it is a new method in the seismic design of slope supporting.  相似文献

The basis of the two guideline lectures for maintainability design, namely “maintainability design criterions“ and “cases compilation of maintainability design technique“, an intellectualized architecture for combining rule-based reasoning(RBR) and case-based reasoning( CBR ) , is presented in this paper by analyzing from maintainability design procedure to the thought of our solving the maintainability design problem. Furthermore, the domain model and reasoning process is introduced and a representation of maintainability domain knowledge is given. As is known,widespread fatigue damage ( WFD) is a common phenomenon of aging aircraft being a negative impact on safety and reliability. The current FAR 25. 571( b) requires that"An LOV ( Limit of Validity) must be established,during which it is demonstrated that widespread fatigue damage will not occur in the aircraft structures". The FAA issued AC 91-82A in August 2011 providing guidance on developing and implementing a Fatigue Management Program ( FMP) system to address in-service issues for metallic fatigue critical structures. This action brings new challenges to aircraft manufacturers in China. This paper introduces the problem of widespread fatigue damage including the MSD( multiple site damage) and MED( multiple element damage) and the differences between them and the steps to establish the LOV / ELOV( Extended limit of validity) . Authors in this paper is also proposing some management indicators to control WFD during the design phase and maintenance. Developing and implementing the management indicators to address WFD which are involved in the FMP system may provide guidance on the estimation and management to address WFD for present and future aircraft. Finally,some suggestions are put forward to provide the theoretical basis for large civil aircraft design and airworthiness.  相似文献

As a result of the lower backing weld efficiency, the applying of automatic welding is seriously limited. So a kind of special automatic welder is designed and manufactured for backing weld. This paper introduces the character of the assembled pulse MAG welding machine which has strong penetrability. It specifies the technology of controlling the parameters of all position automatic welding by computer and multi-axis controller. Moreover typical welding procedure parameters are provided. It is proved by examination that the economical and practical equipment and technology are suitable for the long-distance transmission pipeline, and it has a good foreground of spreading and applying.  相似文献

The design target with definite purpose character of product quality was described in a real fuzzy number(named fuzzy target for short in this paper),and its membership functions in common use were given.According to the fuzzy probability theory and the robust design principle,the robust design rule based on fuzzy probability(named fuzzy robust design rule for short)was put forward and its va-lidity and practicability were analyzed and tested with a design example.The theoretical analysis and the design examples make clear that,while the fuzzy robust design rule was used,the fine design effect can be obtained and the fuzzy robust design rule can be very suitable for the choice of the membership function of the fuzzy target;so it has a particular advantage.  相似文献
