研究了三氯甲苯和氯乙酸在催化剂存在下反应生成氯乙酰氯和苯甲酰氯的工艺条件。70-0 g氯乙酸和0-6 g ZnO/SnCl2 混合加热到120 ℃,在2~3 h 内滴加160-0 g 三氯甲苯,常压蒸馏反应混合物得到81-0 g 氯乙酰氯,纯度为99% ;然后减压蒸馏得到100-0 g 苯甲酰氯,纯度为98% ,收率>90% 。 相似文献

以对氟甲苯为原料,经氯化、水解、精馏制备对氟苯甲酰氯。通过对氯化反应、水解反应条件进行筛选,得出最优反应条件:(1)氯化反应时,反应温度为100~105℃,反应时间5h,抑制剂为三乙醇胺,且m(三乙醇胺)∶m(对氟甲苯)=0.7∶1000,在此条件下,反应收率98.5%;(2)水解反应时,反应温度为120℃,催化剂为三氯化铁,且n(三氯化铁)∶n(对氟三氯苄)=0.02∶1,在此条件下,反应收率98.9%。两步总收率高达97.4%。 相似文献

The photostabilization of wood surfaces is desirable to enhance the life of wood under exterior use and to improve the performance of clear coatings on wood surfaces. Chemical modification of wood has been found effective in upgrading properties such as biological durability and dimensional stability and has been suggested as a potential way for inducing photostability on wood surfaces. In this study, the photostability of chemically modified wood was assessed under accelerated weathering conditions. Wood specimens of Pinus roxburghii (Chir pine) were esterified with benzoyl chloride to 19.5 wt % gain and exposed to a xenon arc light source in a Weather‐O‐Meter for different periods ranging from 0 to 500 h. The irradiated samples were analyzed for color changes and chemical changes. The analysis of color changes in wood surfaces by ultraviolet–visible irradiation was carried out with a color measuring (CIELAB) system, and chemical changes were characterized with fluorescence and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The esterification of wood by benzoyl chloride suppressed the color changes (photodiscoloration) due to irradiation. Modification also reduced the lignin degradation and generation of carbonyl groups on the surface of the irradiated wood. The fluorescence emission spectra of irradiated unmodified wood showed a large reduction in intensity and a large redshift in the emission maximum, whereas modified wood showed only a small change in fluorescence intensity on irradiation. The results show that the esterification of wood with benzoyl chloride was effective for the photostabilization of the wood polymers. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2006 相似文献

The reaction between aniline and benzoyl chloride is well known for producing high performance polymers and chemicals. But the fast main reaction and reversible consecutive side reaction make process rather complicated and no thorough kinetics study has ever been reported before. A microstructured chemical system, consisting of a micromixer, preheat exchange coiled capillaries, a delay loop, and a microhydrolyzer, was designed to carry out this reaction using N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone as the solvent. A kinetic model was established, and the values of kinetic constants, pre‐exponential factors and activation energies of each reaction as well as their confidence intervals were acquired. With this model each substance concentration vs. residence time were obtained to help understand reaction process and further optimize operating conditions. Compared to earlier reports on this reaction, this microstructured chemical system provides more accurate parameters and can develop a reliable platform for kinetic study of similar chemical reactions. © 2015 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 61: 3804–3811, 2015 相似文献

Use of polymeric reagents simplifies routine acylation of alcohols because it eliminates traditional purification. We describe the use of readily available crosslinked poly(N‐benzoyl‐4‐vinylpyridinium)chloride, [P4VP] COPh, in the solution phase synthesis of esters from alcohols or phenols in the presence of K2CO3 in high yields and purity. 设计和研究了一种由高杂质氟硅酸制备氟化铵联产氟化镁的高效利用工艺。根据高杂质氟硅酸和氟化铵母液的特点,深入研究了工艺过程中的关键影响因素,包括pH、反应温度、游离氨、加料方式、放热曲线、浓缩曲线及物料平衡等,弥补了相关研究的不足,得到了最佳工艺条件。在该条件下,氟化铵一次结晶收率约为25%,符合GB/T 28653—2012中一等品的要求;氟化镁收率达到95%以上,符合YS/T 691—2009中MF-2的要求。浓缩研究表明,氟化铵质量分数与密度呈现出良好的线性关系,关系式为y=3.977 8x-4.001 7(y为质量分数,x为密度),浓缩结晶的临界密度为1.14 g/cm3。物料平衡研究显示,该工艺路线原料利用率高,具有重要的工业应用价值。 相似文献

Catalytic behavior of metal-organic-frameworks (MOFs) Cu3(BTC)2, MIL-100(Fe) and MIL-100(Cr) was investigated in p-xylene acylation with benzoyl chloride and compared with the behavior of large pore zeolites Beta and USY. It has been clearly shown that MIL-100(Fe) exhibit much higher conversion of benzoyl chloride with excellent selectivity in p-xylene acylation. The performance of MIL-100(Fe) catalyst was favorable with those of other conventional heterogeneous catalysts like zeolites. Conversion of benzoyl chloride equal to 100% was achieved over MIL-100(Fe) with 20-30 min under optimized reaction conditions. It is assumed that unsaturated Lewis acid sites associated with the presence of Fe exhibit optimum acid strength for catalyzing this acylation reaction. 相似文献
