江西某含银锑钨矿矿体(AgⅠ/AgⅡ号矿体)资源量总计为含钨和银38.0430万t,含锑4.1276万t。研究钨矿伴生银、锑的赋存状态和工艺矿物学特征,进行粗选和精选条件试验。原矿中WO3品位0.87%,银品位17.24 g/t,锑品位0.052%,闭路全浮选流程可获得最终钨精矿WO3品位71.78%,回收率90.19%,硫精矿产率1.87%,银品位720.90 g/t,锑品位1.52%,对原矿银回收率78.20%,锑回收率54.66%,可在冶炼过程中回收部分有用元素。  相似文献

对河北某低品位银锰矿采用强磁选-浮选工艺, 试验结果表明, 在原矿含银210.8 g/t, 磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占30%, 磁场强度955.4 kA/m的条件下, 获得强磁精矿含银595.7 g/t, 浮选银精矿品位7 328.0 g/t, 锰矿泥含银288.7 g/t, 总回收率81.44%, 3种精矿合起来的平均银品位为586.8 g/t, 且工艺简单, 易于工业实现。  相似文献

针对云南某低品位银铅锌矿选矿回收率较低的现状,以现场生产原矿作为试验给矿,在原矿工艺矿物学的基础上开展了试验研究。通过优化磨矿细度,控制石灰用量,采用乙硫氮、丁基铵黑药、25#黑药组合捕收剂代替单一捕收剂,硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠代替单一抑制剂,在原矿含铅0.79%,含锌1.51%,含银95.04g/t时,获得了含铅48.65%,铅回收率89.87%,含银4 012g/t,银回收率为61.60%的银铅精矿,含锌46.21%,锌回收率90.43%,含银891g/t,银回收率为27.70%的银锌精矿,铅、锌、银精矿品位和回收率较生产指标提高明显。试验成果取得了良好的工业应用。  相似文献

针对某富银铅锌矿,原矿铅品位3.36%、锌品位3.68%、银品位176.69g/t,试验采用铅锌优先浮选流程进行铅锌分离并综合回收银,取得了较好的技术经济指标。最终获得了铅品位61.58%、铅回收率83.06%、含银1686g/t、银回收率为43.23%的铅精矿;锌品位48.57%、锌回收率81.93%、含银630.70g/t、银回收率为22.13%的锌精矿。试验成果为该矿区地质评价及矿产资源开发利用提供了有利依据。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
