气候变迁,特别是洪水问题给地处三角洲的城市带来了与日俱增的风险。作为应对手段,提出一种整合性的洪水风险管理方法,该方法确保了洪水风险沟通在洪水风险管理战略中的重要地位。洪水的可视化作为洪水风险沟通的一种工具,在改变人们对洪水风险的观念方面有着强大的作用。它可以通过互动的方式,使当地的利益相关者了解洪水的剩余风险和未来风险。其中增强现实技术作为一种可视化手段,它的快速发展与应用为风景园林设计、规划与教育等领域提供了崭新的交互方式。首先,探讨增强现实技术(AR)在洪水风险沟通中的应用现状,并重点关注增强现实技术的2个关键应用领域:对现场决策的支持和针对高层次设计的可视化与对景观干预的评估。随后,展示一种基于增强现实技术所开发的应用,该款创新性的应用为洪水风险沟通提供了一种轻量化的可视化手段。  相似文献

Examples of Augmented Reality (AR) applications in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry remain in the early research and development stage. The adoption of AR in AEC will be facilitated by quantifiably demonstrating the benefits of AR in tasks with AR prototypes. In this study, an experiment was conducted in order to evaluate the benefits of inspection with an AR system prototype over a conventional method. An AR prototype system for inspection, the ARCam, has been developed in the Advanced Construction Systems Laboratory at Purdue University. This paper explains the experimental methodology employed to evaluate the benefits of inspection with the ARCam versus a conventional method and discusses the experimental results. This study focuses on steel column inspection for the experimental evaluation. The results of the experiment indicate that although the AR approach is less precise, it can satisfy standard tolerances, and the simpler and faster setup may compensate for its shortcomings. Even though there are still technical and human factors issues regarding accuracy to be addressed and advanced, the ARCam is a promising inspection device for inspecting steel columns.  相似文献

Augmented Reality (AR) has the potential to change how people interact and experience their surrounding environment. During the last decade a considerable amount of research has been undertaken within the built environment. With this in mind, this paper aims to provide a state-of-the-art review of mainstream studies undertaken between 2005 and 2011 within the normative literature. We found that a total of 120 articles were published in the normative built environment literature within this period. Articles were classified according to their concept and theory, implementation, evaluation (effectiveness and usability) and industrial adoption. The classification of the literature has enabled gaps in the AR literature to be identified and future research directions to be proposed.  相似文献

While human factors have been well researched in virtual environments, it has not received commensurate consideration in Mixed Reality (MR) research. This paper (1) analyzes the feasibility of augmenting human abilities via MR applications in construction tasks from the perspective of cognitive engineering, (2) acknowledges the ergonomics features and research issues in MR systems, and (3) generates partial guidelines to solve ergonomics issues. Also, perceptual incompatibility was validated through an experiment comparing a head mounted display versus a desktop monitor in performing an orientation task. The perceptual incompatibility by using the monitor was significant regarding performance time, accuracy and workload.  相似文献

Huge progress has been made on ‘Augmented Reality’ (AR) techniques such as registration, tracking, and display hardware. However, a construction AR system should be more convenient and combined with in-use applications to support multi-disciplinary users throughout construction lifecycle. This paper presents a video-based on-line AR environment and a pilot cloud framework. The contribution lies in two aspects: firstly, an environment utilizing web3D is demonstrated, in which on-site images are rendered to box nodes and registered with virtual objects through a three-step method; secondly, it is further extended to be “cloud” through federation of BIM (building information modeling) and BSNS (business social networking services). Technical solutions to key issues such as authoring, publishing, and composition are designed. The proposed environment is seamlessly integrated into in-use information systems and therefore enjoys greater usability. Implementations demonstrate how this framework and environment work. Although preliminary, it is conclusive for proof of concept.  相似文献

This paper presents an interactive speech and gesture recognition-based, immersive Augmented Reality (AR) model designed to visualize and interact with buildings and their thermal environments. The paper introduces a Human–Building Interaction (HBI) model that allows for the efficient exploration of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) data sets in real time. This model includes four components: wireless sensor data, CFD analysis, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), and AR visualization. The sensor data component tracks temperature and velocity changes that occur within a room and updates the boundary conditions for simulation. The CFD analysis component performs simulation with the new boundary conditions, and the post-processed data are exported as Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) models. The HCI component consists of a library of gesture recognition tasks. These tasks update and process data for the AR visualization component. The AR visualization component aids in tracking the user's movement in real time and poses graphical information onto the Head-Mounted Device (HMD), allowing the user to visualize CFD data sets that are superimposed on to the actual scene.  相似文献

The Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner/Operator (AECO) industry is constantly searching for new methods for increasing efficiency and productivity. Facility Managers (FMs), as a part of the owner/operator role, work in complex and dynamic environments where critical decisions are constantly made. This decision-making process and its consequent performance can be improved by enhancing Situation Awareness (SA) of the FMs through new digital technologies. In this paper, InfoSPOT (Information Surveyed Point for Observation and Tracking), is recommended to FMs as a mobile Augmented Reality (AR) tool for accessing information about the facilities they maintain. AR has been considered as a viable option to reduce inefficiencies of data overload by providing FMs with a SA-based tool for visualizing their “real-world” environment with added interactive data. A prototype of the AR application was developed and a user participation experiment and analysis conducted to evaluate the features of InfoSPOT. This innovative application of AR has the potential to improve construction practices, and in this case, facility management.  相似文献

The extent of effectiveness of real-time communication within BIM environment is somehow restrained due to the limited sense of immersion into virtual environments. The objective of this paper highlights the need for a structured methodology of fully integrating Augmented Reality (AR) technology in BIM. Based on the generic review of BIM in construction, this paper forms the rationales for the onsite information system for construction site activities, and then formulates the methods of configuring BIM + AR prototypes. It is demonstrated that, extended to the site via the “hand” of AR, the BIM solution can address more real problems, such as low productivity in retrieving information, tendency of committing error in assembly, and low efficiency of communication and problem solving.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Within co-design sessions involving designers and non-designers, the type and characteristics of the design representations employed is known to impact the performance of such sessions in terms of idea generation, idea evaluation and communication. This study captures the challenges practitioners face in creating and using design representations for co-design sessions and goes on to investigate the potential of Spatial Augmented Reality (SAR) to overcome those challenges. The advantages of SAR in this application are that, multiple concepts can be represented using one physical model, concepts can be modified live during the session, and additional equipment (such as head mounted displays or handheld devices) is not required, thus eliminating any possible interference with the natural interactions between participants. Interviews with design practitioners and trials with a prototype SAR system are used to identify the key challenges faced by practitioners in their current use of design representations, and to capture the technology requirements for a SAR system for use in co-design sessions. These findings can inform the work of technology developers and researchers working on systems to support co-design sessions.  相似文献

从工程监理的角度出发,对科研试验大楼项目进行施工阶段工程造价动态控制研究。利用赢得值原理分析项目相关数据,得到计划和实际进展的偏差(成本偏差和进度偏差)。通过分析偏差产生的原因,及时制定有效的改进措施。实践表明,工程监理采取的改进措施有效地解决了成本失控和进度拖延的问题。  相似文献
