新余钢铁公司中板厂十一辊矫直机是1994年随四辊轧机同期建设的。其工作辊轴承和支撑辊轴承的润滑,原设计采用的是集中干油润滑,在工作过程中因为工作辊,支承辊及其轴承长期处于高温条件下,且受大量冷却水及氧化铁皮等影响,易使干油管道内的油脂在高温下碳化堵塞,轴承难以得到有效的润滑而造成早期损坏卡死。支承辊轴承损坏卡死后,因支承辊轴承不转而在工作辊表面切磨出环行槽筋,既降低了工作效率,更影响钢板的表面质量。1994年9月至1997年6月,该矫直机因工作辊及支承辊轴承碎裂而导致其辊系有效使用寿命极短,每年… 相似文献

随着自动化程度不断提高,润滑技术也同样由简单到复杂,不断地更新发展,从手动润滑到自动润滑;从散点润滑到集中润滑系统。而且,随着对润滑要求越来越高,润滑系统也在不断改进和完善,以满足不同的要求。目前,国内的集中润滑系统分为稀油润滑系统、干油润滑系统、、油雾润滑系统,在马钢高速线材厂从德国西马克公司引进的高速线材轧机的润滑设备中,我们首次遇到了油一气润滑系统:它是比油雾润滑更加优越的一种新型的润滑系统,具有油雾润滑的优点而又避免了油雾润滑的一些不足。 1.油—气润滑系统的工作原理 相似文献

分析滚动轴承内部生热机制,计算不同转速下油气润滑和喷油润滑的轴承滚道表面对流换热系数;应用Workbench流场分析模块,建立滚动轴承流体域几何模型,对不同转速下滚动轴承油气润滑和喷油润滑时轴承腔热流耦合温度场进行仿真分析。结果表明,当轴承转速较低时,油气润滑和喷油润滑时轴承腔最高温度基本相同,但油气润滑条件下轴承腔的整体温度远远低于喷油润滑方式;当轴承转速较高时,油气润滑条件下的轴承腔最高温度要远远低于喷油润滑条件下的轴承腔最高温度,从而验证了高速工况下油气润滑的优越性。 相似文献

AbstractThis paper presents a research on the tribological properties and the action mechanisms of surfactant lubricating oil additives, polyalkoxy glycol ammonium salts and O,O,S-triesters of polyalkoxy glycol dithiophosphoric acid. To understand the physicochemical properties of surfactants, polyalkoxy glycol dithiophosphoric acid behaviour both in solution and at metal surfaces are identified and discussed. The STM adsorption on steel surface, four-ball and ball disc tests of friction of water, synthetic and mineral oil solutions studies of these additives are presented. Friction and wear properties are dependent on tribological parameters, chemical structure of the additives and their surface active behaviour in tribological systems. The lubricating properties of oil samples from four cars using either leaded or unleaded gasolene were examined using a cross-pin-type lubricant tester and a JIS four-ball tester. The zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZnDTP) content in the oil samples was determined by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The wear scar diameter increased with running distance up to 2000 km. At running distances above 2000 km, the wear scar diameter decreased for oil from cars using unleaded gasolene but increased for oil from cars using leaded gasolene. The load-carrying capacity also varied depending on the type of fuel used. The TLC spot characteristic of ZnDTP disappeared after running distances of 3000 km with both fuels. However, another spot, characteristic of lead dialkyldithiophosphate (PbDTP), appeared below the ZnDTP spot for oil from cars using leaded gasolene. These results indicate that the differences in the lubricating properties of oils from cars using leaded and unleaded gasolene are due to the formation of PbDTP. 相似文献

In order to extend the range of application of mineral lubricating oils, lubricant technologists attempt to enhance inherent oil properties by incorporating small amounts of additives. While there is little doubt that they succeed in their primary objective, additives by their very nature tend to be more reactive than the oils in which they are incorporated and there is always the risk of unexpected side effects in their use. This paper gives examples from industrial machines where lubricating oil additives have been responsible for serious lubrication problems and concludes that additives should only be used in situations where they are essential: full consideration should be given to possible harmful side effects 相似文献
