不同成分Ni─Fe─P镀层的结构和性能 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
通过现代测试技术研究了不同成分电沉积NiFeP合金的结构、热稳定性、磁性和耐磨性。研究结果表明,NiFeP镀层中含磷量增大,镀层从晶态→晶+非晶态→非晶态,结构缺陷随之增多,表面圆顶状物尺寸变小;并且推迟了晶化稳定相的析出和再结晶,含铁量增大,镀层硬度,耐磨性和晶化温度均提高,NiFeP镀层的热稳定性和耐磨性优于NiP镀层。成分对NiFeP合金的磁性有明显的影响 相似文献

用透射电镜研究了Ti_3Al-19Nb合金在不同热处理状态下的组织结构及其变化规律。从β相区冷却后,随冷却速度不同可分别得到全部或主要为B2,B2+α_2或α_2相的组织。油淬样品在时效过程中α_2相晶粒及其反相畴尺寸均逐渐变大。 相似文献

通过显微硬度测量和X射线衍射结构分析,研究了化学镀Fe-Mo-B非晶态合金、Fe-W-B晶态合金镀层的显微硬度随成分、热处理及结构的变化关系。结果表明:两合金系的显微硬度均随类金属B含量增加而提高,电子浓度的变化规律则相反。且热处理过程中,随退火温度增加,Fe-W-B合金镀层的显微硬度出现峰值,这与晶化析出相的类型及数量有关。 相似文献

利用Sol-gel原位法成功制备了一种钛酸盐/铁氧体复相陶瓷.利用XRD,SEM对两相复合体系的结构和形貌进行研究,并用精密介电分析仪(Agilent 42942A)精密磁性分析仪(Agilent 16454A)测试了复相陶瓷的介电性能和磁性能.探讨了热处理条件对复相陶瓷中两相形成及其介电和磁性能的影响.结果表明,晶相含量与预热处理温度几乎无关,随烧结温度的增加而增大,在1150℃时达到最大.低频下陶瓷的介电常数和介电损耗随热处理样品中缺陷的减少而减小;随预处理温度和烧结温度的增加,复相陶瓷中两相晶粒逐渐增大,陶瓷致密度增加.从而使得初始磁导率增加,磁损耗减小. 相似文献

The Al-based amorphous and nanocrystalline composite coatings with the composition of Al-Ni-Y-Co and Al-Ni-Mm-Fe were prepared on AZ91 Mg-based alloys by high velocity arc spraying technique(HVAS).The structure character of the coatings indicates that coatings contain the mixture of amorphous phases and crystalline and there are both less than 2%porosity.The electrochemical tests of the coatings and the substrate were studied.The coatings show the passivation ability during polarization,but AZ91 Mg-based alloys show little passivation.The corrosion current density of the coatings is lower than that of AZ91 Mg-based alloys.The results show that the coatings have an excellent corrosion resistance for AZ91 Mg-based alloys in 5 wt%NaCl solution. 相似文献

A modified ion-plasma sputtering technique was used to produce metastable states, in particular, amorphous (from the standpoint of X-ray diffraction) and nanocrystaline phases in nickel-carbon film alloys in a wide composition range from 7 to 61.4 at. % C. Short-range order parameters of amorphous phases and lattice parameters of metastable phases were determined; the sequential formation and transformation of intermediate phases during the transition of the Ni-C alloys into the equilibrium state are studied. The effects of plating parameters on the composition and structure of electrodeposited Fe-Ni-P alloys have been studied. A sulfate electrolyte containing sodium hypophosphite with an acetate buffer was used. Deposits were plated onto both planar and rotating cylinder electrodes. Alloy deposits that were amorphous over a wide range of iron:nickel ratios were achieved. The anomalous deposition typical of Ni-Fe alloy plating was not observed in these studies where phosphorus was codedeposited. The deposit composition was dependent on both the plating bath composition and current density. 相似文献

用铸造及快淬工艺制备Mg2Ni型Mg2-xLaxNi(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)贮氢合金。用XRD、SEM、HRTEM分析铸态及快淬态合金的微观结构。结果发现,在快淬无La合金中没有出现非晶相,但快淬含La合金显示了以非晶相为主的结构。用DSC研究快淬合金的热稳定性,表明La的含量及快淬对非晶相的晶化温度影响很小。电化学测试结果表明,铸态合金的放电容量随La含量的增加而增加,快淬态合金的放电容量随La含量的变化有极大值。La替代Mg显著地提高了铸态及快淬态合金的循环稳定性。 相似文献

本实验设计一系列不同成分的Ti-Ni-Cu系钎料,研究合金元素B、Si、Zr等对钎料非晶形成能力和性能的影响.结果表明:微量B、Si元素均能显著改善Ti-Ni-Cu系钎料对Si3N4陶瓷的润湿性;在相同试验条件下,添加0.2%B的Ti40Ni15Cu钎料铺展面积最大;不含zr元素的Ti-Ni-Cu系钎料合金的非晶形成能力均很差.本实验设计的Ti40Zr20Ni20CuB0.2、Ti40Zr20Ni25CuB0.2两种钎料既具有良好的润湿性,又具有良好的非晶形成能力;与Ti40Zr25Ni15Cu非晶钎料钎焊Si3N4陶瓷的接头相比,Ti40Zr20Ni20CuB0.2、Ti40Zr20Ni25CuB0.2非晶钎料钎焊Si3N4陶瓷接头的室温强度变化不大,但高温强度有明显提高. 相似文献
