本研究采用超声波辅助乙醇提取法提取野生艾蒿中抑菌成分,琼脂空穴扩散法检测艾蒿提取物抑制大肠杆菌能力。通过检测抑菌圈直径大小得出最佳提取工艺参数。结果表明,提取最佳工艺条件为:超声功率270W、超声时间35min、乙醇浓度51%、浸提温度73℃、乙醇浸提时间6h、料液比1∶15,该条件下,获得的艾蒿抗菌成分抑菌圈直径为2.62cm,与回归模型数据分析结果的理论预测值2.78cm相比相对误差为6.5%。 相似文献

冬凌草具有显著的抗菌活性,是一种能够抑制食品有害菌的良好资源,从其中提取天然食品防腐剂具有广阔的应用前景。对超声辅助乙醇回流提取冬凌草抑菌活性成分的工艺进行研究,以金黄色葡萄球菌为供试菌,考察了乙醇体积分数、超声功率、提取温度、料液比和提取时间对冬凌草抑菌活性物质提取的影响。在此基础上,选取超声功率、提取温度和提取时间3个因素进行响应面优化,获得的最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为95%、超声功率200W、提取温度62℃、提取时间44 min、料液比1:25 g/mL。在此优化条件下,冬凌草提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径达到28.89 mm。对5种食品致腐致病菌抑菌试验结果显示,冬凌草提取物显示出较好抑菌效果。 相似文献

以藜麦籽粒为原料,利用超声辅助提取藜麦总黄酮。在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化藜麦总黄酮的提取工艺,并研究其抑菌活性。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数75%、超声提取时间39 min、液料比41∶1(mL/g),在此条件下藜麦总黄酮得率为0.53%。藜麦黄酮提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径和最小抑菌质量浓度分别为12.4 mm和1.562 mg/mL,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径和最小抑菌质量浓度分别为13.2 mm和0.781 mg/mL。 相似文献

Grass carp is a freshwater fish species widely known by consumers over the world. Its skin has abundant collagen which has many healthy effects. Four variables (acetic acid concentration, temperature, time, solvent to material ratio) were taken to investigate their effects on the extraction efficiency of collagen from grass carp skin. From the results obtained, each of them showed a significant role in the extraction. The yield of collagen increased with the increase of acetic acid concentration to 0.5 M, and thereafter decreased. Elevation of temperature during extraction could also lead to the increase of collagen yield. However, when the temperature was above 20C, a negative effect was observed. The yield of collagen increased with the extension of time, especially when the time was shorter than 24 h. A positive relation was also observed between solvent to material ratio and yield of collagen.

为探究解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)A13抑菌物质适宜提取方法,分别采用硫酸铵盐析法、酸沉淀法、甲醇抽提法、乙酸乙酯萃取法进行抑菌粗提液的制备,并通过SuperdexTM75凝胶层析柱分离纯化。结果表明,以80%饱和硫酸铵法制备粗提液抑菌效果最佳,抑菌圈直径为23.67 mm,蛋白质量浓度最高,为582.50 μg/mL,其回收率为17.8%;以甲醇抽提法制备粗提液的抑菌圈直径为25.17 mm,其回收率最高,为32.1%,蛋白质量浓度为505.00 μg/mL;以酸沉淀法制备粗提液的抑菌圈直径为22.67 mm,其回收率与蛋白质量浓度分别为13.7%与273.75 μg/mL;以乙酸乙酯法制备粗提液时,乙酸乙酯与发酵液为3∶1(V/V)的抑菌效果最佳,抑菌圈直径为25.5 mm,并且其回收率和蛋白质量浓度分别为23.6%和255.20 μg/mL。因此,硫酸铵盐析法为粗提解淀粉芽孢杆菌A13抑菌物质的适宜方法。 相似文献

以水作为浸提溶剂,研究了溪黄草水提取物对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、青霉和黑曲霉的抑菌效果。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了溪黄草抑菌物的提取工艺条件为:提取温度为90℃,提取时间为1.5h,料液比为1∶15(g/mL),在此条件下进行抑菌试验,溪黄草水提取物对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌具有明显的抑制作用,其抑菌圈分别为13.8mm与15.4mm,对青霉和黑曲霉菌的抑制作用不明显。并采用光电比浊法验证了溪黄草水提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明在相同条件下,溪黄草水提取物对沙门氏菌的抑菌活性要强于大肠杆菌。 相似文献
