通过对电动汽车运行特性的分析,对双凸极电机的结构和原理分析,提出对电机改进的一系列思路,并试制了三相12/8极和二相8/12极变磁阻式轮毂电机,并对其结构和电动、发电和电磁制动功能原理和过程进行了描述.新型电机的使用可大大简化电动车辆的机械结构,提高其性价比,对当今推广电动汽车和节能减排起到较好的效果.该电机已申请专利. 相似文献

对双凸极永磁电机转矩脉动的原因进行了分析和研究。介绍了使绕组磁通回路不为串联的电机结构,并给出了电机的控制策略。使某些相产生的转矩下降时,其它相产生的转矩上升,以使总转矩保持恒定,从而大大地减少转矩脉动。在电机结构和控制策略的基础上,对10/8极和8/10极两种外转子双凸极永磁电机转矩脉动进行比较,得出8/10极电机更有利于减少转矩脉动。 相似文献

基于开关磁阻电机的数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink中的相关模块建立开关磁阻电机电动/发电系统的非线性仿真模型。该模型具有仿真便捷,结果直观等特点。利用该模型对一台三相12/8结构样机进行了仿真,仿真结果证明了该模型的有效性。该模型为今后优化开关磁阻电机的控制策略提供了依据。 相似文献

The torque-speed characteristics of brushless motor having an interior permanent magnet rotor and a sinusoidal back-emf waveform are compared experimentally when it is operated in brushless AC(BLAC) mode and brushless DC (BLDC) modes with both 2-phase,120° conduction(BLDC-120) and 3-phase,180° conduction(BLDC-180).Particular emphasis is on high-speed,six-step voltage controlled,flux-weakening operation.It is shown that for EV/HEV applications,even for interior PM brushless motors which have sinusoidal back-emf waveforms,in order to achieve maximum torque per ampere capability over wide operation speed range,it is advantageous to employ a hybrid operation mode-BLAC operation in the constant torque region and six-step voltage control(BLDC-180 operation,together with current phase control) in the flux-weakening region. 相似文献

针对非正弦电压供电的旋转电机稳态或动态性能仿真,提出了一种基于三维有限元分析和网格重构的绕组磁链和端部漏电感的计算方法,根据所提出的方法,计算了一种三相12/8极开关磁阻电机的绕组端部磁链,并给出了端部漏电感随转子位置和邻近绕组电流变化的曲线族。该计算方法也可用于旋转电机或其它电磁装置的三维磁链计算。具体算例说明了考虑端部漏磁场效应的条件和必要性。 相似文献

A novel high-power-density permanent magnet (PM) motor drive for electric vehicles (EVs) is proposed. The motor is a polyphase multipole square-wave PM motor, which can be classified as a kind of PM brushless DC motor. The distinct features of the proposed motor as compared to those of the conventional PM brushless DC motor are as follows. First, the multipole magnetic circuit arrangement enables the minimization of the magnetic yoke, resulting in the reduction of motor volume and weight. Second, the coil span is purposely designed to be equal to one slot pitch, thus saving the amount of copper used. Third, by using a fractional number of slots per pole per phase, the arrangement of the numbers of poles and slots is so unique that the magnetic force between the stator and the rotor at any rotating position is uniform, hence eliminating the cogging torque that usually occurs in PM motors. Finally, the motor can be controlled to operate at a constant torque region and a constant power region with field weakening, thus both high starting torque and high cruising speed can be achieved. Therefore, as the proposed motor drive possesses the distinct advantages of high power density, high efficiency, and superior dynamic performance, it is very suitable for EV applications. 为了实现四轮独立驱动电动车电子差速系统,通过对电机驱动理论及传统电子差速方法进行分析,提出了基于4台无刷直流轮毂电机的控制方案,给出了控制器总体设计思路.采用全轮转向方式,利用Ackermann-Jeantand转向模型,计算了电子差速过程中随着转向角度变化的各个车轮的车速,同时分析了转向时转向轮之间的转矩分配问题.给出了电动车行驶时的四轮速度一致性协调方案,研究了车辆匀速运行和加减速运行时的工作状态,并确定了四轮驱动电动车转向时的电子差速控制策略.通过4台700W的8对极电机进行了仿真和空载实验,实验结果表明,电动车控制器设计合理,系统具有良好的动态性能;电子差速系统控制策略正确,能够满足四轮独立驱动电动车的行驶要求. 相似文献
