通过电弧炉-电渣重熔工艺开发研制了成分为(%):0.021C,24.16Cr,7.21Ni,2.87Mo,0.17N,0.48Cu超塑性双相不锈钢00Cr25Ni7Mo3N。试验结果表明,00Cr25Ni7Mo3N超塑性双相不锈钢的耐孔蚀性和耐缝隙腐蚀性远高于传统的304L和316L奥氏体不锈钢。在变形温度960℃、应变速率2×10-3/s时,00Cr25Ni7Mo3N超塑性双相不锈钢的最高延伸率为960%,该钢超塑性变形的均匀性优于TC4钛合金,可显著减轻构件的重量。  相似文献

A new surface carburizing technique which combines superplastic deformation with superplastic carburizing (SPC) is introduced. SPC was conducted on duplex stainless steel under compression mode at a fixed 0.5?height reduction strain rates ranging from 6.25?×?10?5?to 1?×?10?3?s?1?and temperature ranging from 1173?K to 1248?K (900?°C to 975?°C). The results are compared with those from conventional and non-superplastic carburizing. The results show that thick hard carburized layers are formed at a much faster rate compared with the other two processes. A more gradual hardness transition from the surface to the substrate is also obtained. The highest carburized layer thickness and surface hardness are attained under SPC process at 1248?K (975?°C) and 6.25?×?10?5?s?1?with a value of (218.3?±?0.5)???m and (1581.0?±?5.0) HV respectively. Other than that, SPC also has the highest scratch resistance.  相似文献

The classic series of duplex stainless steels shows very high corrosion resistance and can be used for very demanding applications. A new lean duplex steel, LDX 2101® (EN 1.4162, UNS S32101), has been developed with corrosion resistance on a par with standard austenitic grades. Application areas include: structural components, chemical industry, tanks and containers. The steel was designed to have equal amounts of ferrite and austenite in annealed condition and with an austenite that is stable against strain‐induced martensite. Thanks to its high nitrogen content, the steel has a fast austenite reformation when subjected to thermal cycling, e.g. welding. Unlike conventional duplex grades, the formation of intermetallic phase is very sluggish, although precipitation of nitrides and carbides has a certain impact on material properties after exposure in the temperature range 600 to 800°C. The precipitation behaviour after different isothermal treatments is described and its influence on different product properties is shown. A good agreement was found between impact toughness and corrosion resistance for a wide range of thermal treatments.  相似文献

Steels with 15 mass% Cr, 2 mass% Mo and varying contents of C, V, Nb and Ti were investigated by thermodynamic calculations to find a stainless grade promising a wear resistance equal to that of the standard cold work tool steel X153CrMoV12. It was shown that Nb is most suited to form MC carbides for wear resistance thus reducing the content of M7C3, which in turn raised the Cr content dissolved in the matrix to a passivating level. Small melts in the vicinity of steel X140CrNbMoTi15‐5‐2 confirmed this concept in respect to hardenability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Industrial manufacturing and application of the new grade RN15X® will be discussed.  相似文献

研究了双相不锈钢2205在1 000~1 200℃温度、应变速率0.01~30 s-1下压缩变形的热加工行为。讨论了该条件下的应力应变曲线的特征并根据sinh-Arrhenius方程计算了其形变激活能为519 KJ/mol。通过对试样的金相及TEM观察,讨论了双相不锈钢中的奥氏体相和铁素体相在热变形中的回复、再结晶机制。  相似文献

Extended ductility over 70 pct was realized in duplex stainless steel by implementing twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP). The steel also exhibited the tensile strength over 800 MPa. The steel chemistry was designed so that the stacking fault energy of austenite was high enough to induce TWIP during deformation. After the initial decrease, the strain hardening rate increased at high tensile strains above ~30 pct. The microstructures of austenite at such high strains were manifested by well-developed primary twins and nanotwins between them, which effectively block dislocation motion. This observation ensures that extended ductility and high strength of a newly designed duplex stainless steel are originated from TWIP in austenite.  相似文献

铁素体-奥氏体双相不锈钢比奥氏体不锈钢有较高的机械性能、优良的耐应力腐蚀和点腐蚀性能以及较低的价格(Ni含量低),特别是通过降低钢中的碳含量和增加氮含量而改善了钢的可焊性。双相钢中含较高的氮含量有两个有利的因素:抑制δ-铁素体的形成和提高抗点蚀当量。介绍了4种不同类型的含氮双相不锈钢和常用双相不锈钢的牌号和化学成分、双相不锈钢5种冶金工艺、太钢双相不锈钢的生产、高氮双相不锈钢的形变热处理以及双相不锈钢的研究和发展趋势。  相似文献

Hot plasticity of a nitrogen alloyed 25Cr 7Ni-4Mo duplex stainless steel was investigated. The results indicate that the main factors affecting the hot plasticity of duplex stainless steel are listed as follows: coalescent force of phase interface, microstructure, and the phase ratio and difference between the mechanical properties of ferrite and austenite. The heat treatment and sulphur contents have a notable effect on the hot plasticity. The reasonable heat treatments and the increased interfacial coalescent force will effectively enhance the hot plasticity of duplex stainless steel.  相似文献

用MMS-200热模拟实验机对2507超级双相不锈钢(/%:0.022C、0.58Si、25.35Cr、7.17Ni、4.05Mo、0.28N)12 mm热轧板在1 000~1150℃、应变速率0.01~10s-1下进行了热压缩实验。实验结果表明,在应变速率一定的条件下,变形温度越高,2507超级双相不锈钢峰值应力越低;在变形温度一定的条件下,峰值应力随着应变速率的增加而增加。根据热变形方程计算得到压缩变形时的平均表观应力指数n=3.25,热变形激活能Q=460kJ/mol。基于实验数据构建了2507超级双相不锈钢在相应变形条件下的热变形方程。  相似文献

在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上进行热-力模拟试验,得到实验数据并分析试样的热塑性、变形抗力,并利用金相显微镜对其进行金相组织的分析。在950~1 200℃温度区间进行高温拉伸试验,绘制出样品的热塑性曲线与热强度曲线,通过热塑性曲线说明在950~1 200℃范围内具有良好的塑性,通过热强度曲线可以观察到屈服强度随温度的升高而降低;在变形温度为950~1 200℃,应变速率为0.1,1,5和10 s-1时进行高温压缩试验,绘制出真应力-应变曲线和变形抗力曲线,结果显示,变形抗力随应变量的增大而迅速达到最大值,而后趋于平缓,随着温度的升高,变形抗力呈下降的趋势。  相似文献
