一、辐射管炉内的热交换在辐射管供热的工业炉内,参与辐射热交换的物体是辐射管、炉衬和被加热的工件。因为工件通常在中性气氛(N_2可达90%)、还原性气氛(H_2可达75%)或渗碳气氛(CO可达12%)等可控气氛内加热,有时就在一般的空气内加热,这类气氛内三原子气体的含量一般都不高,因而炉内气氛对辐射换热并没有重大影响(和电阻炉内的辐射传热颇为相似),计算时可不必考虑气体辐射。由辐射管传给工件的热量按下式计算: Q_(fg)=Ψ_(fg)C_d[((T_f)/(100))~4 相似文献

高温炉内的辐射传热是工业生产中常遇到的问题。过去,人们在应用热流法计算辐射传热时遇到了一定的困难,使计算结果与实际有一定的偏差。本文运用文献[1]中给出的新热流数学模型,开发出由新热流方程与能量方程相耦合的计算机程序,其中的比热流参数由线加热热源情况下计算得到。用该程序计算了实验室用马弗炉内的温度场,并且用热电偶实测了炉内的一些温度值,理论计算与实测值符合很好。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
