将聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)长丝分别与PTT长丝、聚酯(PET)长丝、棉纱以交织的方法开发了PTT抗折皱平纹织物,对产品的服用舒适性、织物风格、抗折皱效果进行了测试、分析与评价。测试结果表明:PTT抗折皱织物具有较好的弹性,在拉伸变形时的回复能力较好,同时在弯曲和剪切变形时也具有相当高的回复能力,即织物拥有较好的抗折皱功能,其各项服用性能也符合开发PTT抗折皱机织类产品的标准。  相似文献

PTT/PET自卷曲长丝的拉伸和弹性回复性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
对相同细度的3种聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)自巷曲长丝进行拉伸性能和定伸长回复性能测试。测试结果表明:PTT/PET自卷曲长丝拉伸曲线具有典型的两个阶段和两个屈服点的特征,预加张力的大小对于伸长率的测试结果影响很大;卷曲伸长对该类长丝较高的伸长率有较大贡献,经过湿热处理后的长丝卷曲伸长和断裂伸长明显增加,但是不同的PTT/PET自卷曲长丝的伸长能力有一定差异;PTT/PET自卷曲长丝的弹性回复性能低于纯PTT长丝,而高于PET长丝,弹性回复性主要来源于具有优异弹性回复性的PTT大分子链结构;热处理的PTT/PET长丝在高定伸长率下有着较好的弹性回复性,在定长为30%时的弹性回复率接近100%。  相似文献

研究了PTT短纤维热处理前后的力学性能,并与PET纤维进行了对比。结果表明,PTT短纤维具有优良的弹性性能,其断裂伸长率和弹性回复比PET纤维高。经100℃热处理后,PTT纤维的强伸性能降低,在应力1.0cN和10%伸长下的弹性显著减弱,说明热处理对PTT的弹性性能具有较大的影响。  相似文献

研究了PTT短纤维的力学性能。结果表明PTT短纤维具有优良的弹性和柔软度,其断裂伸长和弹性回复性比PET纤维高得多,一次拉伸回复和10次反复拉伸的总弹性回复率均高于PET纤维。相同定伸长应力松弛时,PTT的内应力小于PET纤维,且随着时间延长几乎没有什么大的变化,松弛时间远远大于PET纤维,表现出较好的弹性。  相似文献

毛涤混纺织物挺括、耐磨、抗皱、保型,但涤纶含量过多织物会显硬板、不丰满、容易起毛起球等。为了分析毛涤混纺比对织物性能的影响,测试了四种不同混纺比的毛涤混纺织物的悬垂性、抗折皱回复性、抗起毛起球性等。结果显示:在不影响织物外观性能和舒适感的条件下,随着涤纶含量的增加,毛涤混纺织物的耐磨性增强,抗折皱回复性能变好,但同时也会在一定程度上造成织物的起毛起球现象加重,悬垂性变差。  相似文献

以改性聚酯(COPET)及聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)为原料经复合纺丝制备了COPET/PTT复合纤维,研究了热处理方式、温度和时间对COPET/PTT纤维卷曲性能的影响。结果表明:沸水处理优于干热处理;COPET/PTT复合比50/50的纤维具有较好的潜在卷曲性;湿热温度超过80℃,沸水处理时间10~20min,纤维卷曲性趋于稳定;干热温度在140~160℃时,纤维具有良好的卷曲性能;张力热处理有利于提高纤维的卷曲弹性回复能力。  相似文献

20μm的不锈钢长丝与25 tex的竹浆/丝光羊毛(50/50)股线经过并线加捻设计开发出5种不锈钢长丝含量不同的纱线,设计并试织了不锈钢长丝质量分数分别为11%、15%、17%、22%、26%的5种2/2斜纹组织织物。测试和分析了这5种织物的防辐射性能、厚度、面密度、透气性、悬垂性、刺痒感、汽蒸收缩性、折皱回复性。结果表明:开发的5种织物均具有良好的防电磁辐射性能,且随着不锈钢长丝含量增加,织物的防辐射性能提高,厚度、面密度、刺痒分值逐渐增大,透气性、悬垂性、折皱回复性降低,汽蒸收缩性先降低后保持不变。  相似文献

采用测试分析和三元件力学模型模拟,系统地探讨了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)/羊毛混纺纱线的拉伸性能。与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/羊毛混纺纱相比,PTT/羊毛混纺纱在整个拉伸过程中表现出较低的拉伸模量,纱线的断裂强力约为PET/羊毛混纺纱的2/3,断裂伸长率为PET/羊毛混纺纱的1.4倍。三元件力学模型能够很好地模拟PTT/羊毛和PET/羊毛混纺纱的拉伸曲线。  相似文献

The colour values of knitted cotton fabrics made from single and plied ring and compact yarns were investigated before and after dyeing. The fabric samples were knitted under the same constructional properties and then dyed with direct and reactive dyes. It was found that fabrics with ring yarns had high lightness and low chroma and colour strength values compared with fabrics with compact yarns. Also colour strength and colour difference values of dyed fabrics were assessed after increasing abrasion cycles (2500, 5000, 7500 and 10 000). The main changes in colour strength values were observed at 2500 abrasion cycles. The effect of abrasion on colour difference values of fabrics having ring yarns was more obvious than fabrics having compact yarns.  相似文献

Natural perlite material was added for the first time into a polyester filament yarn structure. The water absorption and heat and sound insulation properties of the fabrics produced from textured and twisted polyester yarns containing 1.25% perlite additive were tested, and the results were compared with those obtained on the fabrics produced from reference polyester yarns. Although there are differences between the mechanical properties of the polyester yarns, the yarns including perlite remained within commercial usage limits. The thermal resistance values of polyester sateen fabrics obtained from perlite‐containing yarns were higher than those of the reference fabrics. The contribution of perlite led to a marked improvement, especially in the hydrophilicity and sound insulation of the polyester fabrics. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. This paper examines the influence of processing parameters on the physical properties and structure of yarns constructed from poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA) fibres. Commercially produced spun- and false-twist texturised (FTT) PLLA yarns, and knitted fabrics derived there from were characterised in terms of their tensile properties, and structurally using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle X-ray diffraction. The effects of pre-dye heat-setting at 130 °C for varying times was assessed in terms of the resultant tensile properties of the yarns. The as-received FTT yarns (and hence their derived fabrics) differed in properties and fibre microstructure as compared to the spun yarns (and fabrics). More significantly, for both FTT and spun materials, differences in fibre properties and structure were observed between yarns removed from the fabrics and their respective feed-yarns. We associate this with possible thermomechanical influences experienced by the fibres during the knitting process. The duration of heat-setting influenced the tensile properties and DSC spectra for both types of yarn. Scouring following heat-setting was also carried out, and this produced no measurable additional effect on the spun yarns, but FTT yarns heat-set for less than ca 45 s showed instability to scouring.  相似文献

实测了氨纶、聚烯烃XLAR、PET/PTT双组分复合纤维以及氨纶毛包芯纱、PET/PTT棉包芯纱的比应力-应变曲线、0.25N负荷下的伸长率、定伸长回复率和定伸长50%三次循环的应力松弛率。通过比较分析得到,氨纶和聚烯烃XLAR具有断裂伸长率大、定负荷伸长率大的特点,必须包芯使用,且反复拉伸易松弛。PET/PTT双组分复合纤维断裂强度较大,定负荷伸长率足够,不需要包覆可直接使用,且定伸长回复率较大,不易松弛,适用于低弹和中弹织物。  相似文献

为了研究不同混纺比的纽代尔/涤纶混纺针织物的力学性能,对4种纽代尔/涤纶混纺针织物的基本力学性能进行了测试分析。所测试的指标有拉伸、顶破、悬垂性、耐磨性、起毛起球性以及弯曲性能等。通过对试验结果的分析比较,可以得出,随着纽代尔纤维比例的增加,纽代尔/涤纶混纺针织物的断裂强度力、顶破强力逐渐下降;悬垂性能、抗起毛起球性能、柔软度提高。织物的耐磨性能在混纺比为50/50时最差。  相似文献
