The potentialities of the coulometric method of thickness measurement are analyzed. The design features and technical capabilities of the Limeda DEM microcoulometric thickness gauge are considered. The gauge can be used for measurements on a small area (1 mm2) with a rapid rate of electroetching (0.5 μm/sec). Conclusions The suggested technique for testing samples, and for calibrating and testing contactless thickness gauges by means of a set of samples, ensures uniform measurements and the required precision in testing instruments.Manufacturing plants should have a reference set of samples for calibrating and testing instruments produced by them. The agencies of the State Committee of Standards, Measures, and Measuring Instruments should certify these samples.Manufacturing plants should attach three test samples to each instrument supplied by them. 针对在野外环境中如何实时、准确地获取降雨资料的问题,在综合考虑各类雨量计的原理、使用方法以及优缺点后,设计了一种基于应变式压力传感器的新型虹吸式雨量计.它具有传统虹吸式雨量计低功耗、测量不受降雨强度大小的限制的优势,并通过压力传感器保证了测量精度,而且对虹吸过程中的降雨采用最小二乘法的算法进行补偿.最后,经过算法优化后的数据通过数据采集器上的GSM模块实现数据的远距离传输,从而大大提高了它的应用范围.  相似文献

Experimental investigations into the development and production of stepped measures of the thickness of coatings of copper on steel with a nickel underlayer are described. The metrological characteristics of already manufactured thickness measures of coatings are presented along with the step patterns and error chart of a magnetic thickness gauge.
