A metallographic study of the tensile deformation and fracture of a commercial dual-phase steel shows that extensive plastic
deformation of the martensite occurs mainly in the neck of the tensile specimen. The average load-transfer stress in martensite
was roughly calculated from a shear-lag model, and it was found that it exceeds the estimated martensite yield stress value
at strains corresponding to the ultimate uniform elongation, and beyond. Ductile fracture begins with void formation at martensite-ferrite
interfaces, most frequently at the poles of closely spaced martensite particles situated on ferrite grain boundaries. Large
inclusions and martensite banding also affect the fracture process. 相似文献

The effects of variations in free nitrogen content on the microstructure and room-temperature tensile properties of laboratory
processed dual-phase (DP) sheet steels with a base composition (wt pct) of 0.1C-2.0Mn-0.2Mo-0.2Cr were evaluated. Systematic
variations in aluminum and nitrogen content along with coiling temperature were used to create a range of interstitial nitrogen
contents and microstructure variations after hot rolling. Two cold rolling reductions of 40 and 70 pct were applied before
intercritical annealing. Tensile properties show increasing strength and decreasing total elongation with increasing nitrogen
content. Increasing the coiling temperature and adding Al diminished the N effects, while increased cold reduction increased
tensile strength in some instances. Microstructural observations indicate an increase in martensite fraction with increased
prior cold reduction, while increased coiling temperature decreased the fraction of martensite. 相似文献

采用场发扫描电镜和EPMA电子探针研究了C-Si-Mn系双相钢锰配分行为及其对马氏体形貌、体积分数和力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验用钢0.20C-1.28Mn-0.37Si在经双相区热处理后,在720℃的淬火温度下,随着保温时间的延长,锰元素由铁素体向奥氏体中的配分量不断增加,达到化学势平衡(即饱和状态)所需的保温时间为1500s;马氏体体积分数随着保温时间的延长而增加,达到饱和的时间是1300s;抗拉强度随着保温时间的延长而升高,当达到某一时间时,抗拉强度保持恒定。 相似文献

研究了09Mn2Si热轧态双相钢冷拔钢丝经6个月自然时效后的力学性能和显微组织的变化。结果发现,无论是冷拔态钢丝还是冷拔-回复态钢丝,均呈现明显的自然时效现象。冷拔态钢丝经6个月自然时效后,强度提高而塑性降低。但是,对于冷拔-回复态钢,不仅强度提高,而且塑性也有明显改善。用透射电镜对钢丝金属薄膜进行了组织观察,并对两种不同的自然时效特性进行了讨论。 相似文献

针对右旋热轧矿用树脂锚杆钢筋直接与螺帽配合使用的特点,设计了成品孔型,保证成品的外形尺寸要求;通过理论计算和实际补偿,确定了成品前滑值,保证了横肋间距偏差控制在0.2mm以内;确定了横肋数量、轧辊直径及调整装置内外齿齿数之间的关系,实现了准确对肋;右旋锚杆实现了批量生产,钢材合格率约99.9%,屈服强度达350MPa,抗拉强度510MPa,伸长率24%,满足了用户要求。 相似文献
