依据JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》及JJG700-1999《气相色谱仪》检定规程评定了气相色谱仪检测限及灵敏度测量结果的不确定度。建立了评定检测限及灵敏度测量结果不确定度的数学模型,分析了各不确定度分量,并计算了合成不确定度和测量结果的扩展不确定度。     

原子荧光光度计测锑检出限的测量结果不确定度评定

依据JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》及JJG939-2009《原子荧光光度计》检定规程评定了原子荧光光度计测锑检出限的测量结果不确定度。建立了评定检出限的测量结果不确定度的数学模型,分析了各不确定度分量,并计算了合成不确定度和测量结果的扩展不确定度。

依据JJF1135-2005<化学分析测量不确定度评定>,对氦气分析检测中的不确定度进行了评定,分析了各不确定度分量,并通过建立气相色谱外标法测量结果不确定度的数学模型 ,计算了其测量结果的相对合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.     

神经肌肉刺激仪输出电流有效值的示值误差测量不确定度评定

依据JJF 1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》评定了神经肌肉刺激仪输出电流有效值测量结果的不确定度。建立了测量模型,分析了各不确定度分量,并计算了合成不确定度和测量结果的扩展不确定度。     

ICP-OES检测印制线路板中铅含量的不确定度评估

根据不确定度评估的通用方法,分析了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定印制线路板中铅含量的不确定度来源,求出影响测定结果的各不确定度分量,将不确定度分量合成给出实验结果不确定度。     

动态汽车衡示值误差测量不确定度评定

本文对动态汽车衡测量结果的不确定度进行评定,建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,分析了测量过程中的不确定度来源,并量化不确定度分量,从而求出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。     

温度变送器输出电流误差测量结果的不确定度评定

对温度变送器的输出电流误差进行了测量结果的不确定度的分析和评价。建立了测量结果不确定度分析和评价的数学模型,通过分析各个标准不确定度分量,最终得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。并以报告的形式给出了温度变送器的测量不确定度。     

混响室法测量吸声系数的不确定度评价

通过对材料吸声系数混响室法测量分析,确定了该类方法测量结果不确定度的来源。对不确定度构成分量进一步分析,结果表明吸声系数的测量不确定度主要由混响时间测量的不确定度所决定,混响室体积、试件尺寸和声速测量的不确定度对吸声系数测量结果的不确定度贡献很小。混响时间测量结果的不确定度主要取决于混响室声场扩散程度,而测量装置本身引入的不确定度贡献较小。     

高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中苋菜红的不确定度评定

通过对高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中合成色素苋菜红质量浓度的全过程分析,确定了测定结果不确定度的来源。采用计量学不确定度传递模型,对引入的不确定度分量进行评定,确定了葡萄酒中苋菜红质量浓度标准不确定度由标准物质、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、样品制备、测量重复性和回收率等6部分不确定度合成得到。2个不同质量浓度样品测定结果不确定度被评定,其相对扩展不确定度分别为2.6%和2.2%（k=2）,由不确定度评价结果分析得到,样品重复性测定和标准溶液配制是测定结果不确定度的主要来源。     

Estimation of Parameters of Universal Distribution of Moments of Failure of Products

A method is proposed for estimating the parameters of a mixture of exponential and Weibull distributions for which the accuracy of preliminary estimates obtained by graphical analysis is refined in accordance with the criterion of maximum likelihood. The efficiency of the proposed method is supported by the results of statistical modeling.     

Evaluation of optical properties of highly scattering media by moments of distributions of times of flight of photons

A novel method for the determination of the optical properties of tissue from time-domain measurements is presented. The data analysis is based on the evaluation of the first moment and the second centralized moment, i.e., the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF) of photons injected by short (picosecond) laser pulses. Analytical expressions are derived for calculation of absorption and of reduced scattering coefficients from these moments by application of diffusion theory for infinite and semi-infinite homogeneous media. The proposed method was tested on experimental data obtained with phantoms, and results for absorption and reduced scattering coefficients obtained by the proposed method are compared with those obtained by fitting of the same data with analytical solutions of the diffusion equation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the moment analysis was investigated for a range of integration limits of the DTOF. The moment analysis may serve as a comparatively fast method for evaluating optical properties with sufficient accuracy and can be used, e.g., for on-line monitoring of optical properties of biological tissue.

Analysis of the rate of propagation of the wave of change of boiling modes

An approximate analytical expression is derived for the velocity of the front of the wave of change of boiling modes on a rod and on a plate. The impact of the Thomson effect and of the heater orientation in the gravity field is included. Adequate agreement is demonstrated between the derived relations and experimental data.     

Estimation of potentialities of methods of summation of direct measurement errors

Conventional methods for summation of direct measurement errors are considered. Conditions under which these methods provide consistent results are stated.
