余热发电机组DCS控制系统采用西门子PCS 7系统,DEH控制系统采用欧陆NETWORK 6000+和iFIX架构,系统运行至今,硬件逐渐老化,导致系统运行不稳定,PCS 7系统不适用于Windows 7或Windows 10操作系统,DCS与DEH两种控制系统各自独立,系统操作及维护不便,亟需进行升级改造。新控制系统NT6000 V4实现了DCS与DEH的一体化操作,一年多的运行实践表明,系统运行安全、稳定、可靠,软硬件易学易维护,操作方便高效。  相似文献

针对化工过程故障诊断问题的复杂性,在催化裂化故障诊断专家系统开发工具的设计过程中,提出一种多黑板问题求解模型。对系统中知识体的描述进行分析,给出基于该模型的系统结构,对系统的具体实现进行讨论,并对其调度算法进行研究。结果证明,该体系结构是专家系统在解决各种复杂问题时的一种良好的问题求解途径。  相似文献

Energy storage is needed for adjusting fluctuating renewable energies to the actual energy demand. A liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC) system is examined for its suitability as a storage system for industrial applications. Integration of the LOHC system, e.g., into a cement plant allows for optimized utilization of waste heat. The exhaust heat from the cement plant can increase the efficiency of the storage system. The effectiveness of the LOHC system can be elevated by twelve percentage points. The working electricity costs of the cement plant can be significantly reduced by adding a LOHC storage system.  相似文献

The idea of a system for measuring the acceleration of an alternating movement is presented. The system comprises an electrocapillary transducer and an electronic system consisting of a current-voltage converter and an integrating system. The transducer output is in a short-circuit state because it is connected to the current-voltage converter. Reverse osmosis (RO) is a high‐pressure single‐phase desalination process used to obtain freshwater from seawater/brackish water. The RO system shows high energy consumption for a given unit volume of pure water produced. The reported hybrid system of RO and capacitive deionization (CDI) aims at improving the RO water recovery and minimizing energy consumption. The RO‐CDI system is simulated and compared with two‐stage RO, to determine the effectiveness of the new hybrid system. The energy recovery from RO brine was also studied. The specific energy consumption by two‐stage RO for two different arrangements of the energy recovery device is higher than for RO‐CDI. The hybrid RO‐CDI system is energy efficient for the production of freshwater from brackish water.  相似文献

为实现雨水资源化,满足节约用水的要求,雨水利用技术越来越多地被有节水要求的新建及改建项目所采用,相关雨水利用系统的设计运用越来越广泛。2010年上海世博会伦敦案例馆是单体建筑节能、降耗的典范,雨水利用技术是该项目的节能措施之一,该项目建成已有两年,雨水利用系统运行良好,收集及净化的雨水量大于建筑消耗的水资源耗量,充分发挥了预期的节水的作用,很好地回应了参展方"零能耗"的主题。该文对雨水利用技术在该项目中的具体实施及运用进行了详细介绍,阐述了雨水利用系统的工艺流程、系统组成及设计要点,说明了此类项目在工程具体实施时需注意的要点,对雨水利用系统在单个节能建筑中的设计有着很好的借鉴作用。  相似文献

A knowledge-based expert system for hazard and operability study (HAZOP) is developed. HAZOP study is regarded as one of the most systematic and logical qualitative hazard identification methodologies. But, it requires a multidisciplinary team and is very time-consuming and repetitious task in nature. By developing an computer-aided automation system, these drawbacks of HAZOP study can be overcome. Considerable manpower and time can be reduced and even past experiences of engineers and existing checklists can be stored for future use in the form of knowledge base. The developed knowledge-based HAZOP expert system has a frame-based knowledge structure for equipment failures and process properties, and rule networks for consequence reasoning which uses both forward and backward chaining. The system is open-ended and modular in structure to make it easy to implement wide process knowledge for future expansion. LPG storage and fractionation process has taken as example to test the applicability of the developed system as an automated HAZOP study system. The result shows that savings more than 50% of the required manpower and time for HAZOP studies can be achieved, and the system is very efficient and reliable, too.  相似文献

The combination of two or more different energy storage technologies in a hybrid energy storage system appears to be advantageous if the combination of technologies fulfils the storage purpose better than a single storage technology. Herein, requirements regarding the performance of the storage system are determined for a hybrid compensation system for provision of system services in medium‐voltage grids. In hybrid storage systems, a common control system ensures that the present storage technologies are utilized in such a way that total storage efficiency is highest and that usability of the application is maximized. 主要叙述了S型四辊压延机压延厚度自动检测及自动控制系统的开发及研制,着重阐述该系统结构的设计以及厚度自动检测系统中模型的建立。厚度控制软件在常规PID控制的基础上采用增量式调节,控制系统采用与现场“手控”完全独立的控制方案,并对生产线描述所需的其它控制参数的数据采集及处理进行了设计。该系统已在国内多家轮胎厂使用,应用效果良好。  相似文献

A truly continuous countercurrent moving bed ion exchange system is described. Test data for a 15,000 gpd laboratory unit is presented which verifies the basic feasibility of the system. The system is shown to be particularly suitable for large scale membrane softening pretreatment and brackish water desalting because of its inherently smaller plant size and almost stoichiometric chemical usage. 用DSC研究了HAN-TEAN-H2O三元体系的低温热行为,建立了该体系低温下相变与组分关系的相图。考察了玻璃化转化温度随HAN/TEAN比例的变化规律。发现了三元体系的溶液性质在HAN-TEAN比率较大时,与HAN-H2O二元体系相似,而在HAN/TEAN比率较小时,则与TEAN-H2O二元体系相似。  相似文献

以仪化公司短纤21-22K九万吨大容量纺丝油剂配送系统为工程背景,利用PLC控制技术对整个自动控制系统进行了设计。在纺丝油剂配送控制系统设计中,采用德国西门子公司SIMATIC S7系列中的S7-315-2DP作为系统控制器,运用西门子公司提供的STEP7 V5.2软件,完成系统软件的编制和调试。上位机采用西门子TP27-10实现对PLC的监控。同时,系统还采用西门子PROFIBUS-DP总线控制。设计的系统工作可靠,且具有良好的开放性,完全满足系统设计要求,取得了预期效益。  相似文献

The cogeneration system in sugar factory uses bagasse with high moisture content as the fuel for the boiler, which results in low boiler efficiency. The system also produces superheated steam, which is extracted from the turbine, and mixed with cooling water to produce saturated steam required by the evaporation system. The potential use superheated steam to reduce bagasse moisture content is ignored in the standard practice of the sugar factory. In this article, an investigation is made into the improvement of the cogeneration system by using superheated steam dryer to reduce the moisture content of bagasse. Mathematical models are developed for the typical system without superheated steam dryer and the improved system with superheated steam dryer. They are then used to compare the performances of both systems. It is found that, under the condition that the required steam flow rate for the evaporation process and the power output are the same, the improved system requires less bagasse consumption, and has larger energy utilization factor. In addition, water that would be lost with flue gases in the typical system is recovered in the improved system.  相似文献
