通过原位聚合制备了聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA )改性蒙脱土 (MMT ) ,与聚丙烯 (PP)熔融复合制成PP/MMT纳米复合材料 ,系统地研究了复合材料的熔融、结晶行为和力学性能。结果表明 :随着处理MMT的BA用量的增加 ,PP/MMT纳米复合材料中PP相的结晶度、熔点和结晶温度明显提高 ,结晶速度加快 ;复合材料的拉伸强度变化不大 ,但拉伸模量和冲击强度有显著提高。当BA/OMMT质量比为 1/ 12左右时 ,复合材料的韧性趋于平衡值 ,而拉伸模量出现最大值  相似文献

利用马来酸酐接枝的氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(MA-SEBS)作增容剂,采用熔融共混和注塑成型的方法制备了聚丙烯/滑石粉(PP/Talc)复合材料;研究了MA-SEBS对PP/Talc复合材料的断面形貌、热行为和力学性能的影响.结果表明:添加MA-SEBS提高了PP/Talc复合材料中PP相的熔点,降低了PP的结晶温度、结晶速率和结晶度.MA.SEBS增强了Talc与PP的界面黏附性,使Talc在加工过程中更易于剥离.MA-SEBS的存在提高了PP/Talc复合材料的韧性.  相似文献

采用化学反应法制备了Ziegler-Natta/有机改性蒙脱土复合催化剂,并通过丙烯单体原位插层聚合法制备出聚丙烯/蒙脱土(PP/MMT)纳米复合材料,研究了复合材料的微观结构、热性能以及加工稳定性等。结果表明,原位聚合法制备的复合材料为剥离型纳米复合材料,其中MMT片层以纳米尺寸均匀分散在PP基体中,MMT平均厚度小于10nm;随MMT含量的提高,复合材料的热稳定性提高;原位聚合制备的PP/MMT纳米复合材料在长时间剪切过程中部分MMT会发生自聚集,控制剪切时间可以有效防止MMT的自聚集;原位聚合制备的PP/MMT复合材料(粉料)中,PP以α晶型为主,纳米MMT的引入并不会诱导生成聚丙烯β晶型,复合材料中β晶型的出现与退火条件有关。  相似文献

以自制的剥离高岭(MK)、原高岭土(K)以及聚丙烯(PP)和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MA)等作为基本原料,通过熔融挤出、注塑成型,制备PP复合材料。采用XRD、DSC、TG研究复合材料的非等温结晶行为、结晶动力学以及热降解性能。结果表明:高岭土的加入,使结晶温度、结晶度、热稳定性都有所提高,且结晶速率加快,具有异相成核作用。与原高岭土相比,改性高岭土更能促进PP复合材料的PP异相成核,促进PP稳态晶型(α晶型)的转变,结晶速率较快。与纯PP和PP/PP-g-MA复合材料相比,PP/改性高岭土复合材料的结晶峰温度、最大热降解温度分别提高了16.7、7.8、9.7、12.6℃。  相似文献

制备了苯乙烯(St)、St与丙烯酸(AA)混合物、丙烯酸接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-AA)改性聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(PP/PS)共混物以及AA,St改性PP(原位形成PP/PS共混物)。用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了3种改性方法对共混物中PP结晶与熔融行为的影响。结果表明,PS对PP的结晶与熔融温度影响不大,PP-g-AA则提高共混物中PP的结晶温度。St以及St与AA混合单体对PP/PS中PP结晶温度影响不大,但AA改性提高PP/PS中PP结晶温度。St加入PP导致PP结晶温度下降,St与AA混合单体原位聚合则提高PP的结晶温度。改性对共混物中PP的熔融温度影响不大,但是熔融峰形与结晶温度高低有关。红外光谱证实St与AA混合单体改性PP中有PP-g-AA形成,但改性共混物中没有PP-g-AA形成。  相似文献

通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/滑石粉复合材料,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及电子万能拉伸机等,研究了滑石粉用量对复合材料热性能、晶体结构、微观形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明:滑石粉用量为10%时,复合材料的熔融温度和结晶温度均达到最大值,此时的力学性能最佳;滑石粉的加入并不会改变PP的晶型结构;添加适量滑石粉可以使材料由脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。  相似文献

以醋酸为预处理剂对滑石粉表面进行预处理,再用钛酸酯偶联剂处理得到改性滑石粉,探究醋酸浓度对滑石粉表面性质的影响;将改性滑石粉与聚丙烯(PP)共混制备PP/改性滑石粉复合材料。考察改性滑石粉对复合材料力学性能、尺寸稳定性能和微观结构的影响,并对复合材料的结晶行为进行了分析。结果表明:当醋酸pH值为4.0~5.0时,改性后的滑石粉接触角由73.82°增大到114.97°,活化率达到最大值(93.4%);与未预处理的PP/改性滑石粉复合材料相比,醋酸预处理的PP/改性滑石粉复合材料的冲击性能和拉伸性能均得到较大改善,尺寸变化率减小,稳定性提高,界面结合作用强;醋酸预处理改性滑石粉对PP的结晶行为有影响,结晶温度降低,结晶度下降。  相似文献

以滑石粉为填料通过挤出机熔融共混制备聚丙烯(PP)/滑石粉复合材料,考察了硅烷偶联剂对滑石粉表面改性前后及添加不同含量的乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)对共混物力学性能、流变性能和微观形态的影响。结果表明,滑石粉表面改性后可以明显提高PP的缺口冲击强度,当PP/滑石粉质量比为100/10和100/30时,PP/滑石粉(改性)较PP/滑石粉(未改性)复合材料的缺口冲击强度分别提高37.8 %与36.4 %;表面改性后的滑石粉使复合材料的储能模量降低;POE的加入提高了滑石粉在PP基体中的分散性,随着其含量的增加,复合材料的缺口冲击强度提高,韧性提高。  相似文献

用熔融共混法分别制备了聚丙烯(PP)/滑石粉、PP/碳酸钙(CaCO3)复合材料,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)考察了PP及其复合材料的等温结晶过程,并用Avrami方程对纯PP及PP/滑石粉、PP/CaCO3复合材料的等温结晶动力学行为进行了分析。结果表明,PP、PP/滑石粉及PP/CaCO3复合材料的Avrami指数均小于2.3,存在均相成核和异相成核双重成核机理,且其结晶速率常数和结晶速率均随着结晶温度的升高而减小;在该体系中,滑石粉对基体PP有明显的异相成核作用,使PP的结晶速率加快、结晶时间缩短;而CaCO3则没有明显的异相成核作用。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
