为了开发高效的新型规整填料,文中设计一种全新结构的规整填料(DP-1填料),利用3D打印技术制作,并用空气-水、环己烷-正庚烷物系分别进行了流体力学实验和传质实验。实验结果表明:DP-1填料的压降和持液量都随气相F因子的增大而增大,泛点气速随喷淋密度的增加而减小,每m理论板数可达8块。根据实验现象及结果可知,与传统规整填料相比,DP-1填料的操作弹性小,传质性能较为优良,其中主通道的颈缩区域尺寸、径向开孔尺寸以及通道壁厚尺寸为影响DP-1填料性能的主要结构因素。研究结果表明3D打印技术为新型规整填料的研究和工业化开辟了新的思路。 相似文献

为了获得可靠的设计依据,实验在不同回流比条件下,用环己烷-庚烷和庚烷-甲苯2种二元测试物系对CDG1700Y和CDG2500Y型金属丝网规整填料的流体力学性能和传质性能进行了考察。实验结果表明,这2种填料的压降随着液体流量的增大而增大,单位填料层高度的HETP变化趋势则相反;CDG1700Y和CDG2500Y型填料具有较高的理论板数,且CDG1700Y型填料具有较大的操作弹性。在SRP(II)模型的基础上,获得了实验室条件下传质单元高度的经验关联式,其计算值与实验结果吻合较好,可以为化学交换法分离硼同位素的工业化提供理论指导。 相似文献

将碳化硅陶瓷材料用于精馏过程,将该材料与波纹板类填料形状相结合开发出泡沫碳化硅波纹规整填料和光滑碳化硅波纹规整填料.对2种填料进行了流体力学性能与传质性能的测试,研究了泡沫结构对规整填料性能的影响.在直径100mm的有机玻璃塔中使用空气-水体系对填料进行干填料压降、湿填料压降、泛点气速、持液量等流体力学性能测试;在直径100mm的常压玻璃塔中,使用环己烷-正庚烷标准物系进行全回流操作,对填料进行传质性能测试.实验结果表明,在填料外形相同的情况下,与光滑填料相比,泡沫填料的干、湿填料压降较高,泛点气速相当,持液量增大,传质效率显著提高. 相似文献

在?100mm×2000mm的常压精馏塔中使用乙醇-正丙醇作为标准物系,对6种不同骨架结构及表面性质的泡沫碳化硅波纹规整填料(SCFP)的传质性能及操作压降进行了实验测试,探究了结构对填料传质性能的影响。结果表明,6种填料都有着较优秀的传质性能表现,理论板最低可达每米5块。其中,纯质碳化硅型填料的整体传质性能要优于富硅型填料;随着孔隙率的增大,富硅型填料的传质性能有所下降,纯质碳化硅型填料的性能则有所提高;压缩比的增大有利于纯质碳化硅填料的传质性能。在压降表现方面,6种填料的操作压降均随着气相负荷的增大而有所增加,但彼此之间差异不大。同时采用紫外荧光示踪剂方法对单波纹片上液体的流动行为进行了观察,对不同填料表面液体的润湿面积、横向润湿长度进行了对比,结果表明,传质效率表现较高的填料其表面的液体润湿效果更好,有着更大的润湿面积、更长的横向润湿长度。 相似文献

介绍了自行开发的新型规整填料———金属斜孔板波纹填料,在内径500mm有机玻璃塔中,对金属斜孔板波纹填料的流体力学和传质性能进行了研究,推出了其压降、液泛气速和液相总传质单元高度的关联式,并与传统Mellpak孔板波纹填料相比,新填料保持Mellpak250Y相当的流体力学性能,同时具有更高的传质性能,该研究结果对金属斜孔板波纹填料的应用有指导意义。 相似文献

We describe a new configuration for falling film distillation columns: a heating system provided by a vapor chamber along the entire column with the operation at atmospheric pressure. Experimental tests were carried out with an ethanol–water mixture by providing isothermal while varying the feed flow rate and the temperatures of the feed and vapor chamber. This heating proposal allowed the formation of a temperature gradient inside the distillation column, which was attributed to the mass and heat axial transfer that occurred along the entire length of the unit. Different from the usual recommendation for film units, higher flow rates are more suitable for distillation of ethanol and water, which was attributed to the heat transfer method and the operation being held at atmospheric pressure. Also, it was observed that there is a strong relationship between the feed temperature and vapor chamber temperature. The results are promising and encourage further studies with this new heat transfer proposal. 相似文献

A new structured packing using carbon fibres, called Sepcarb® 4D, is presented. This packing has several attractive properties, such as high voidage (ε=94%) and high effective area (a=420 m2 m?3). These properties are advantageous for packing used as a gas–liquid contactor for separation units. To determine the internal characteristics of this packing, we performed several experiments using a 150-mm-internal-diameter column. Firstly, hydrodynamics experiments were conducted using an air–water counter current flow to determine the pressure drop (for both dry and wet packing) and flooding point. Secondly, the mass transfer efficiency was determined in terms of HETP (height equivalent to theoretical plate) by total reflux experiments with an n-heptane/cyclohexane mixture at atmospheric pressure. The Intalox metal tower packing was used to simulate an industrial relevant extractive distillation column for purifying azeotropic multicomponent mixture.In order to explain the inconsistencies in the modeling of transfer process in nonideal multicomponent distillation column,a method was developed with equilibrium stage models(EQ)and non-equilibrium model(NEQ)incorporated with Maxwell-Stefan diffusion equations in the framework of AspenONE simulator.Dortmund Modified UNIFAC(UNIFAC-DMD)thermodynamic model was employed to estimate activity coefficients.In addition,to understand the reason for the diffusion against driving force and the different results by EQ and NEQ models,explicit investigations were made on diffusion coefficients, component Murphree efficiency and mass transfer coefficients.The results provide valuable information for basic design and applications associated with extractive distillation. 相似文献

为了揭示减压塔汽提工艺的传质过程特性,进而改进汽提操作,采用改进的减压精馏过程模拟方法和传质计算方法,分析了炼油常减压装置的汽提工艺的传质特点。在深化对于汽提工艺的理解基础上论证了采用填料汽提塔(段)的必要性以及设计、分析的基本方法。计算分析结果表明侧线汽提塔内填料分离性能保持恒定,汽提塔的分离效率与减压塔对应分离段接近,所以在设计和操作中应给予汽提塔(段)充分重视。减压塔底汽提段的工艺和水力学特点与侧线汽提塔相同。塔底汽提蒸汽质量流率应小于减压塔进料质量流率1%,否则将导致减压塔整体分离效率降低。 相似文献
