国内第一台60000m3／h等级氧气透平压缩机开车成功

2008年10月9日,由杭州杭氧透平机械有限公司（以下简称：杭氧透平公司）设计制造、拥有自主知识产权的国内第一台60000m3／h等级中压氧气透平压缩机（以下简称：氧压机）,在山东日照盈德气体公司一次开车成功。经测试,各项性能指标均达到或超过合同设计参数。这台氧压机的开车成功,是杭氧透平公司发展史上的一个重要里程碑,标志着杭氧透平公司由此跨入了国际大型中压氧压机设计制造的先进行列,彻底结束了特大型中压氧压机由国外少数几家压缩机公司高价垄断市场的历史,是中国空分设备发展史上的一个重大突破。     

杭氧透平机械公司圆满完成2000年度生产任务

杭州制氧机集团有限公司杭氧透平机械公司 2 0 0 0年度共完成 2 3台 (套 )的生产任务 ,其中氧压机 3台、空压机 6台、氮压机 1台、鼓风机 4台、膨胀机 9台。完成总产值 35 42万元 ,商品值 35 0 2万元 ,实现利润 6 0万元 ,圆满完成年度计划。在完成的产品中 ,大多是新开发和新设计的 ,技术难度大 ,尤其是提供张家港钢铁公司配 6 0 0 0ｍ3/ｈ空分设备的双轴透平空压机 ,技术复杂 ,在试车过程中遇到振动偏大的问题 ,经攻关、 2 3次试车 ,终于获得成功 ,合格出厂 ,在用户现场运行良好 ,标志杭氧双轴透平机械设计制造水平又迈上了一个新台阶。2 0…

一、本处低价转让二手空分设备。 1．3Z3．5-1．67／150型氧压机6台。其中库存全新江氧产2台，整修好杭氧产2台，苏氧产2台。上述氧压机可根据用户要求改造为无水润滑氧压机或无水润滑高纯氮、氩气压缩机，产品纯度可达99．9995％以上。     

利用闲置设备 满足氮气供应

1原氮气压缩及供应系统状况1994年前,我厂制氧机生产出的氮气,除炼钢转炉封炉、制氧机加温吹扫用外,大部分放空。因此供氮系统只配置80年代初投产的4台ZD－31／10型活塞式氮压机,平时三开一备,供气量为5400ms／h;且管网为开放式,无控制,比较简单。随着炼铁喷煤开始大量用氮,以及新投产的14000m’／h制氧机所配置的透平氧压机事故灭火等也需大量氮气,氮气供需矛盾十分突出;同时,二炼钢溅炉渣护炉新工艺的投用,对氮气使用压力又提出了新的要求,即要求压力为1．ZMPa。原供氮系统缺陷明显,改造势在必行。2解决措施新供氮系统要…

700公斤/时氧、氮液化装置试车成功

<正>700公斤/时氧、筑液化设备,由杭州制氧机厂提供,流程采用独立的中压外循环,是采用氟里昂预冷和膨胀机的克劳特循环,附加中压氮(40公斤/厘米2)外循环系统的液化流程。循环氮气由本厂KDON－1000/1100型空分设备提供,分别进入三台并联的四列四级对称平衡式无油润滑氮压机,加压至40公斤/厘米2,经第一换热器、氟里昂预冷器、第二换热器,得到返流氮的冷量。氟里昂预冷器后其中约85%的加压氮分别进入并联的三台立式双缸无润滑活塞式膨胀机,降温到87．5K,

150m~3/h空分设备生产80m~3/h压力高纯氮

两台150m3/h空分精馏塔,经下塔增加塔板,并增设高纯氮换热器,从冷凝蒸发器顶盖上抽取80m3/h高纯氮,用经改造成无润滑的氧压机压高纯氮,使年经济收入增加100多万元。图3表1。     

氧压机油冷却器内漏使冷却水中油含量超标的处理

氧压机油冷却器内漏将导致冷却水中油含量超标,一旦油进入空分系统,将引起主换热器堵塞故障。介绍2TYS100+2TYS76型氧压机在运行过程中油冷却器发生内漏的故障现象,分析故障原因,阐述对油冷却器的故障处理过程及循环冷却水系统残油的处理方法。     

Strength analysis of a split sleeve in a pipe containing a defect

We study the decrease in the strength of a pipe containing an artificial defect. On the basis of the analytic and numerical models, we consider the influence of the structural features of a split sleeve on its load-carrying ability. We also analyze the joint operation of a sleeve and a pipe containing an artificially made axial surface defect. The results of the numerical analysis are compared with the experimental data. Stress analysis of a strip with a step and a crack

Stress analysis for a strip of which widths are different at the right and left handsides is carried out for before and after occurrence of a crack at a corner of a step. The strip is analyzed as a thin plate bending problem subject to transverse bending and torsion, and as a plane eleastic problem subject to bending in the plane and uniaxial tension. The rational mapping function of a sum of fractional expressions and complex variable method are used. Stress distribution and stress intensity factors are obtained.

Interaction between a liquid and a cylindrical body touching a wall

An exact solution is obtained for the problem of interaction between the ideal liquid homogeneously moving at infinity and streamlining a round cylinder touching a solid wall.     

Dispersion of a solute in a Poiseuille flow of a viscoelastic fluid

Gill and Sankarasubramanian's analysis of the dispersion of Newtonian fluids in laminar flow between two parallel walls is extended to the flow of non-Newtonian viscoelastic fluids (known as Phan-Thein-Tanner (PTT)). Using a generalized dispersion model which is valid for all times after the solute injection, the diffusion coefficient K_i(t) is obtained exactly and numerically for linearized and exponential forms of the PTT fluids, respectively. The analysis leads to the novel result for K₁ and K₂(t) (which is a measure of the longitudinal dispersion coefficient of the solute). It is found that the value of K₂(t) depends on the value of Deborah number (De=a measure of the level of elasticity in the fluid) whereas the value of K₁ is constant in both cases. Finally, the effect of the Deborah number on the axial distribution of the mean concentration θ_m is investigated in detail.

Summary Theoretical expressions for stresses and displacements have been derived for bending under a ring load of a free shell, a shell embedded in a soft medium, and a shell containing a soft core. Numerical work has been done for typical cases with anElliot 803 Digital Computer and influence lines are drawn therefrom.

Zusammenfassung Für die Biegung einer freien Schale, einer weich gebetteten Schale und einer Schale mit weichem Kern unter einer Ringlast werden Ausdrücke für die Spannungen und Verschiebungen hergeleitet. Die Ergebnisse wurden für einige typische Fälle mit einem DigitalrechnerElliot 803 numerisch ausgewertet. Die sich ergebenden Einflußlinien wurden graphisch dargestellt.

Imaging a point to a line with a single spherical mirror

Methods for imaging a single point source to a line image are discussed, and a design study of single spherical mirror systems that form aberration-free line images is presented. An expression forthe ray density along the line image is derived for such systems in the cases of (i) uniform beam profiles and (ii) Gaussian beam profiles. The resulting ray density profiles are illustrated for single spherical mirror systems over a wide range of design parameters.     

聚醚砜四元制膜液体系的相图计算

以Ｆｌｏｒｙ－Ｈｕｇｇｉｎｓ理论为基础，对ＰＥＳ－ＰＧ－ＮＭＰ＿Ｈ２Ｏ＿）聚醚砜丙二醇－Ｎ－甲基－２－哟咯烷酮水）四元制液体系的相图进行了计算，利用三元相图考察Ｈ２Ｏ和ＰＧ对液－液相分离的影响，在三元的理论的基础上提出了低分子量添加剂的卤元改性Ｆｌｏｒｙ－Ｈｕｇｇｉｎｓ理论，并提出了一种获得四元相图的方法，利用四元相图能较争地描述四元体系，利用改性的四元理论，能了地理解该种体系的液－液相分离行为。
