杯形件的单道次拉深旋压成形工艺研究   总被引:3,自引:4,他引:3  
研究了杯形件单道次拉深旋压成形工艺的变形特点,试图替代传统的拉深成形工艺和多道次旋压成形工艺,以达到减少产品的加工工序、降低产品的生产成本。研究结果表明,在旋压成形的初期,轴向旋压分力大于径向旋压分力,而在旋压后期,轴向旋压分力则小于径向旋压分力。除了工件口部之外,其它部分的名义厚度应变ε的变化规律与普通拉深的情况相似。本文还给出了不同工艺参数条件下的成形极限图和使旋压顺利进行的成形工艺参数范围。  相似文献

In the last two decades or so, spinning and flow forming have gradually matured as metal forming processes for the production of engineering components in small to medium batch quantities. Combined spinning and flow forming techniques are being utilised increasingly due to the great flexibility provided for producing complicated parts nearer to net shape, enabling customers to optimise designs and reduce weight and cost, all of which are vital, especially in automotive industries.In this paper, process details of spinning and flow forming are introduced. The state of the art is described and developments in terms of research and industrial applications are reviewed. Also, the direction of research and development for future industrial applications are indicated.  相似文献

Flexibility in metal forming is needed more than ever before due to rapidly changing customer demands. It paves the way for a better control of uncertainties in development and application of metal forming processes. Although flexibility has been pursued from various viewpoints in terms of machines, material, process, working environment and properties, etc., a thorough study of the concept was undertaken in order to with problems of manufacturing competiveness and tackle new challenges of manufacturing surroundings. Spinning of sheet metals into cylindrical cups is an important sheet metal forming process for its advantages of flexible tooling and very small forming loads. The most challenging aspect in this process is its low formability due to wrinkling formation in the free flange. In this work, a new deep spinning process with roller set aided with blank-holder of constant clearance is proposed aiming to suppress the wrinkling formation in the deformation zone. Experimental work on annealed and hard aluminum sheet metals is carried out to assess the new process. The proposed spinning process has shown rapid increase in the formability of the sheet metals as the roller feed increases. On the other hand, significant increase in the roller feed worsens the formability of sheet metals in conventional spinning. The Limiting Spinning Ratios, LSRs; or the blank to mandrel diameters ratios, have increased from 1.75 using the conventional spinning to 2.40 using the deep spinning with annealed aluminum sheets in one pass. Also, the LSRs have increased from 1.67 using the conventional spinning to 2.24 using the deep spinning with hard aluminum sheets in one pass. New failure modes of flange jamming and wall fracture have been presented and discussed. In addition, the formability limitations, thickness strains, and spun cup form features at different process parameters are experimentally investigated and discussed. Further, a finite element model for the new process is presented and verified showing the limitation of the available shell elements offered by ANSYS Mechanical APDL in modeling the new process.  相似文献

对增压条件下充液旋压成形内螺旋翅片铜管机理进行了系统的研究,着重分析了加工过程中形成动压油楔的条件并建立了数学模型。理论分析和实验结果表明:随着旋速、润滑油粘度及供油压力提高,流体楔动压作用逐渐明显,此时,被加工管的拉拔力减小,且加工后管外表面粗糙度值减小。  相似文献

分析了成形工艺参数对杯形件单道次拉深旋压力的影响,试验中所采取的成形工艺参数为:芯模转速n,材料性质、旋轮进给比f、名义拉深系数m以及旋轮与芯模之间的相对间隙C等。研究结果表明,除芯模转速外,其它成形工艺参数都不同程度地对旋压变形力产生影响,而且工件在成形过程中是否产生缩颈,将会影响到旋压力的变化特征。  相似文献

Automation in flow assembly lines is hindered by the need for clocked lines when using automated systems. Geometrical inaccuracies and vibrations of the conveyor systems complicate the use of automation as well. The assembly in motion, meaning a robot system which is synchronized in all degrees of freedom to the moving conveyor belt, is a promising attempt to solve these difficulties. Main advantages of synchronized assembly are the avoidance of buffers and the reduction of the throughput time.The automated assembly in motion is realized by using mechatronic components and innovative feedback algorithms which are currently under development.  相似文献

Influence of ultrasonic vibrations on tube spinning process   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The main objective of this paper is to study the influence of longitudinal ultrasonic vibrations on the tube spinning process. A robust experimental tube spinning system was designed and manufactured, in which the preform and mandrel can be excited by ultrasonic vibrations. Tube spinning experiments under ultrasonic vibrations were carried out on annealed AA-6061 preforms. A modal analysis was used to study the vibrational behavior of the system. The forming forces acting on the non-vibrating roller were measured in radial, axial, and tangential directions. Experimental results showed that low power longitudinal ultrasonic vibrations can improve the inner surface quality of annealed 6061 aluminum samples. In addition, high power ultrasonic vibrations can affect forming forces and material escape. Analysis of forming forces variations under ultrasonic vibration revealed that these changes are mostly because of contact effects of ultrasonic vibrations.  相似文献
