针对企业能效评估对能源消耗系统模型的需求,在分析企业能耗过程的组成因素及其相互作用关系的基础上,提出了一种将企业的生产过程、物料移动、资源配置、余能回收利用等数字化的,基于模糊高级Petri网的企业能源消耗过程建模方法,并详细地给出了模型的形式化定义、运行规则以及建模原则.实例分析表明,该方法独立于特定的能源类型和用能设备,实现了能耗过程结构和动态行为方面信息的全面描述,是企业能源消耗过程分析与优化的基础. 相似文献

产品服务系统(Product-service System,PSS)是制造企业为满足顾客价值需求,提供的产品和服务集成的解决方案,主要分为三种类型。面向结果的PSS是一种典型类型,其本质上可以看作是一个特殊的服务。为了对其进行有效配置,需要研究基于流程的模块化开发方法。设计结构矩阵(Design Structure Matrix,DSM)是对流程进行模块划分的常用工具,然而传统的DSM是一个二元布尔矩阵,只能反映元素之间是否存在依赖关系。模糊设计结构矩阵(Fuzzy Design Structure Matrix,FDSM)可以对元素之间的依赖关系进行定量表示。权重有向图用来表示流程活动间的依赖关系,并映射到FDSM中,然后用传递闭包法获得模糊等价矩阵。在选取适当的阈值后,根据得出的截矩阵对相应的流程活动进行聚类实现模块划分。最后,以空调温度服务的模块化设计为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。 相似文献

Abstract This paper combines previously developed techniques for image‐preprocessing and characteristic image‐interpreting together with a newly proposed automated shape‐optimization modeling technique into an integrated topology‐optimization and shape‐optimization system. As a result, structure designers are provided with an efficient and reliable automated structural optimization system (ASOS). The automated shape‐optimization modeling technique, the key technique in ASOS, uses hole‐expanding strategy, interference analysis, and hole shape‐adjusting strategy to automatically define the design variables and side constraints needed for shape optimization. This technique not only eliminates the need to manually define design variables and side constraints for shape optimization, but during the process of shape optimization also prevents interference between the interior holes and the exterior boundary. 目的 基于系统建模语言SysML,分析多学科设计建模与优化过程,在理解多学科设计与优化数学模型的基础上,构建系统设计优化模型。方法 通过分析多学科设计优化的数学模型,利用SysML语言对多学科优化对象模型进行元模型表征,将生成的SysML模型进行模型转化,转换成XML格式以便优化求解器进行求解。结论 提出了一种用于多学科设计建模与优化的SysML扩展优化建模方法。通过SysML系统建模语言的扩展版型,添加多学科优化相关的优化目标、优化约束、优化变量等优化元素的模型内容。提出了SysML优化信息的提取方法,以XML为中间格式,将提取的优化模型与优化求解器进行集成。通过系统设计与系统优化的集成求解为产品系统架构设计人员提供有效的决策支撑。 相似文献

A general and complete methodology is presented to facilitate systematic modeling and design of polymer processes during the early development period. To capture and handle the subjective type of uncertainty, embedded in the preliminary process development, fuzzy theories are used as a basis to model and design the process in the presence of ambiguity and vagueness. Physical membership functions are developed for mapping the relation between process variables and the associated fuzzy uncertainties. Based on the qualitative results generated using our previously proposed “linguistic based preliminary design method,” the process modeling can be followed even in the absence of any process governing equations. The modeling is carried out by establishing an appropriate fuzzy reasoning system which provides a specific functional mapping that relates input process variables to one (or more than one) output performance parameter(s). A reduced yet feasible domain is generated by our qualitative design scheme to constrain the process variables. Now, any optimization routine can then be employed to search for a proper process design. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology by its application to a typical compression molding process. 相似文献

Robust design is an efficient method for product and process improvement which combines experimentation with optimization to create a system that is less sensitive to uncontrollable variation. In this article, a simple and integrated modeling methodology for robust design is proposed. This methodology achieves the robustness objective function and input variables constraints simultaneously. The objective function is written in terms of the multivariate process capability vector (MCpm) of several competing features of the system under study. The proposed methodology is applicable to general functions of the system performance with random variables.
