针对卡塞格伦天线系统对馈源的要求,设计了一种Ka频段双口双模馈源,可与X频段馈源组合成体积较小的双频段馈源。采用圆环状的和差比较器结构,降低了双频段馈源的体积,通过添加过渡阶梯、圆柱销钉与金属调配板等设计,改善了双频段馈源的性能。测试结果表明,在绝对带宽2 GHz范围内,S和口、E差口与H差口驻波比均小于2,3个端口间的隔离度均大于25 dB。测试频率的和方向图在±60°时的归一化增益均在-14~-20 dB范围内,初级归一化和方向图的对称性较理想,差方向图的零值深度均小于-25 dB,满足卡塞格伦天线对馈源设计的指标要求。  相似文献

设计了一种基于腔结构的双模偶极子天线,其频率在2.44GHz和4.38GHz,利用MEMS开关实现双波段的操作.根据偶极子天线原理,设计了单模微带偶极子天线,使用开关结构将两个单模偶极子天线连接在一起,实现了双模天线的功能.利用三维电磁场软件HFSS分析了设计结构,包括开关、天线,在0~10 GHz得出开关性能插入损耗在-1dB以下,天线回波损耗在-26dB以下.频率为2.44GHz时、回波损耗为-13.2dB、2dB的辐射效率为89%,频率为4.38GHz时,回波损耗为-21.9dB、3dB辐射效率为96%,带宽都在0.5GHz左右.  相似文献

A miniaturized dual-band bandpass filter (BPF) using stepped impedance resonator (SIR) and defected ground structure (DGS) is presented. In order to get two desired passbands, two different transmission paths and source–load cross coupling have been implemented. One path is the SIR, and the other is the DGS. Meanwhile, it is easy to obtain good frequency selectivity by introducing several transmission zeros. The coupling scheme and current distributions are applied to demonstrate the flexible design approach. A dual-band BPF is designed, simulated, and fabricated to demonstrate the performance of the proposed dual-band filter. The measured results show that the fabricated dual-band BPF has two passbands centered at 2.41 and 3.52 GHz with the fractional bandwidth of 5.8 and 7.7%, respectively. The measured insertion loss is about 2 dB and 2.2 dB at the lower and upper passbands. The measured results show good agreement with the simulated ones.  相似文献

该文基于宽频枝节匹配方法提出了一种双通带薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR)滤波器设计方法。基于S参数网络阻抗变换理论分析了滤波网络输入和输出端宽频匹配原理,设计对应于两个不同频带FBAR滤波器的阻抗匹配枝节,进而通过公共端的连接实现双通带FBAR滤波器的设计。匹配网络采用电容和电感可在基板上进行准确设计,并通过在此基板上完成FBAR滤波器的装配实现双通带滤波器的整体集成。最终设计了一种中心频率分别为2 492 MHz和6 000 MHz的双通带滤波器。结果表明,两个通带的插入损耗分别为3.29 dB和4.91 dB,阻带抑制均小于-25 dB,与理论设计结果匹配较好。  相似文献

为了实现Doherty功率放大器在双频模式下的宽带高效工作,设计了一种基于特定相移匹配的连续类双频Doherty放大器。利用相移周期重复性原理,通过确定两个目标频段上所需要的特定相移,结合连续类放大器技术,对匹配网络进行设计,解决了传统双频Doherty放大器带宽受限的问题。设计和实现了一个2.2~2.7 GHz和3.1~3.4 GHz的双频Doherty放大器。测试结果表明,该功率放大器两个频段的饱和效率分别为64.1%~68%和60.1%~66.3%,6 dB回退效率分别达到了45.2%~52.1%和44.1%~48.5%,能满足未来移动通信系统多频段同时工作的需求。  相似文献

为实现滤波器的小型化,基于介质集成悬置线(substrate integrated suspended line, SISL)结构提出了一种介质填充双通带滤波器的设计方案. 首先将高介电常数的介质块填充入SISL的空气腔中,提升SISL的等效介电常数,实现电路的小型化,高介电常数介质块可以直接被SISL固定;然后利用T型结连接两组工作在不同频段的滤波器从而使得两个通带相对独立;最后利用仿真软件进行优化,确定介质填充双通带滤波器的尺寸,并进行加工与测试. 仿真与测试结果表明,二者具有较好的一致性,两个通带频率内的回波损耗均优于15 dB,电路的核心尺寸为0.058λg×0.139λgg为SISL在第一通带中心频率处的导波波长). 此双通带滤波器具有小尺寸、自封装等优势,且所有层介质基板均采用低成本的FR4板材,降低了制造成本.  相似文献

为了简化双频Wilkinson功分器的总体结构,并减小功分器的整体尺寸,在对奇模-偶模理论深入研究的基础上,利用传输线的双频阻抗变换特性,并在输入端口并联开路微带线,设计出了一个尺寸小,工作在900和2 450 MHz两个RFID频段的功分器。对功分器进行ADS仿真与实际测试,测试结果显示:当其在两个中心频率点时,传输损耗分别为3.20和3.23 dB,隔离度小于-28 dB,各个端口的回波损耗小于-30 dB,测试与仿真结果吻合良好。同时,该实测结果也显示出了功分器在两个RFID频率上具有良好的性能指标,验证了设计方案是可行的,也保证了能够很好地应用于双频RFID系统中。  相似文献

介绍了一种能实现脊双模波导滤波器的新型结构,分析了其腔内模式的耦合极性,利用不同的耦合极性对频率响应的影响可实现具有一对传输零点的双模滤波器,也可实现无传输零点的双模滤波器.以相同脊谐振单元不同的放置方向组成的两种带通滤波器为例,利用AnsoftHFSS仿真得到了两种不同的频率响应,结果与理论分析一致.最后设计出了一个六阶三传输零点的双通带滤波器,带内插损均小于0.6 dB,回波损耗小于-15 dB.  相似文献

Arbitrary dual-band microstrip components using composite right/left-handed (CRLH) transmission lines (TLs) are presented. Theory, synthesis procedure, and implementation of the dual-band quarter-wave (/spl lambda//4) CRLH TL are presented. Arbitrary dual-band operation is achieved by the frequency offset and the phase slope of the CRLH TL. The frequency ratio of the two operating frequencies can be a noninteger. The dual-band /spl lambda//4 open/short-circuit stub, dual-band branch-line coupler (BLC), and dual-band rat-race coupler (RRC) are also demonstrated. The performances of these dual-band components are demonstrated by both simulated and measured results. Insertion loss is larger than 23 dB for the shunt /spl lambda//4 CRLH TL open-circuit stub and less than 0.25 dB for the shunt /spl lambda//4 CRLH TL short-circuit stub at each passband. The dual-band BLC exhibits S/sub 21/ and S/sub 31/ larger than -4.034 dB, return losses larger than 17 dB, isolations larger than 13 dB, phase differences 90/spl deg//spl plusmn/1.5/spl deg/, and gain imbalance less than 0.5 dB at each passband. The dual-band RRC exhibits S/sub 21/ and S/sub 31/ larger than -4.126 dB, return losses larger than 12 dB, isolations larger than 30 dB, phase difference 180/spl deg//spl plusmn/4/spl deg/, and gain imbalance less than 0.2 dB at each passband.  相似文献

A compact dual-band bandpass filter using trisection hairpin-shape resonators has been designed and fabricated. Measured results are in good agreement with electromagnetic simulation results and verify that two central frequencies of the fabricated filter are located at about 1.57 GHz (GPS application) and 2.40 GHz (WLAN application). The measured return losses in both 1.57 and 2.40 GHz bands are higher than 16 dB while the measured insertion losses are about 1 dB in the two passbands. The circuit size of the proposed filter occupies only 26 times 26 mm (sime0.22lambdag times 0.22lambdag).  相似文献

Attaching blinders to the sides of pyramidal horn reflector antennas and other large aperture antennas is one method of controlling high sidelobes for horizontal polarization. This paper describes analysis and design procedures for arriving at a useful multiple-edge blinder for reducing undesirable sidelobes of a pyramidal horn reflector antenna. Several blinders have been designed and tested for use with a pyramidal horn reflector antenna. They are directed at reducing a high sidelobe near90degin the azimuth plane where levels (referred to the main lobe) of -52 dB at 3.74 GHz and -58 dB at 6.325 GHz are presently typical. A 14-edge blinder designed using these techniques reduced these levels by 20 dB at 3.74 GHz and 12 dB at 6.325 GHz and did not significantly degrade antenna performance for other angles and other polarizations.  相似文献

提出了一种新颖的双模双通带滤波器。该滤波器由带有短截线的双模谐振腔和半波长U型谐振器构成。设计滤波器的中心频率为3.65GHz/8.3GHz。两个通带分别工作在S波段和X波段。源和负载的耦合是由输入和输出馈线之间的半波长U型谐振器引入。U型谐振器可以控制第二个通带的带宽。两个额外的传输零点的引入提高了滤波器的选择性和隔离度。两个通带的回波损耗均大于20dB。滤波器尺寸非常小,宽为9.2mm,长为9mm。  相似文献

超表面由于其灵活的电磁波调控能力而受到广泛关注,基于其在雷达散射截面(radar cross section, RCS)减缩设计中受限于工作频带单一、设计通用性低的问题,文中提出一种新型的叠层型超表面设计方法,来灵活实现双宽带的RCS减缩. 首先设计了工作在两个频带且具有极化旋转特性的超表面结构及低通频率选择表面(frequency selective surface, FSS),并将其与两个极化旋转超表面相集成,形成了具有双频带极化旋转特性的超表面结构;然后基于极化相消原理,将该阵列进行旋转排布,形成2×2的阵列结构,以实现在6.6~12.7 GHz和27.8~38.1 GHz两个频带内?10 dB的RCS减缩. 对所设计的超表面结构进行实物加工,实测结果与仿真结果对比吻合良好,从而验证了双带RCS减缩的良好特性.  相似文献

Cellular telephone handsets are now being designed to have dual-mode capabilities. In particular, there is a requirement for internal antennas for GSM and DCS1800 systems. This paper describes a novel planar dual-band inverted-F antenna for cellular handsets, which operates at the 0.9-GHz and 1.8-GHz bands. The dual-band antenna has almost the same size as a conventional inverted-F antenna operating at 0.9 GHz and has an isolation between bands of better than 17 dB. The bandwidths of the antenna are close to those required for the above systems. Good dual-band action is also obtained for other frequency ratios in the range of 1.3-2.4. Studies also show that the dual-band antenna can operate with one or two feeds. A finite-difference time-domain analysis has been shown to give calculated results close to those measured  相似文献

提出了一种能在C 波段和X 波段实现稳定双频输出的带有谐振反射腔的单电子束同轴相对论返波振荡器,并使 用2.5 维全电磁粒子PIC 模拟软件进行了粒子模拟研究。模拟结果显示:在电子束电压510kV,电流9.03kA,引导磁场 0.73 T 的条件下,双频器件实现了8.1GHz 和9.9GHz 的双波段频率稳定输出,平均功率为0.95GW,波束互作用效率为 20.6%, 效率高于空心双波段返波管以及瓷绝缘线双频振荡器。  相似文献

提出了一种通过加载T形槽实现双频可控的基片集成波导带通滤波器。滤波器的双频特性由SIW腔内对称的T形槽线谐振器微扰TE101和TE102模得到。通过改变槽线谐振器的物理尺寸可以实现对滤波器两个通带中心频率的灵活控制。为了验证上述方法的可行性,设计了一个中心频率为3.77 GHz和9.27 GHz的双频滤波器。实测得该双频滤波器两个通带的回波损耗优于11 dB,在3.77 GHz时插入损耗为0.8 dB,第一通带的相对带宽可达13%。仿真和测试结果吻合较好,证实了设计方法的有效性。  相似文献

设计并制作了一种基于双屏FSS(Frequency Selective Surface)部分反射表面的双频高增益微带天线。该FSS 结构是在介质板上下表面分别刻蚀两条方环形金属带,通过调节金属带的宽度,实现频比(Frequency Ratio,FR)达到2 的双频谐振,且在5. 12 ~5. 31GHz 和10. 08 ~10.84GHz 频带内反射相位曲线斜率为正(一般的为负),反射系数模值都在0. 86 和0. 82 以上。将FSS 以覆层的形式放置于双频微带天线上方,相当于增加了双频天线的辐射口径面积,有效改善天线的辐射性能。仿真和实测结果表明:与原始双频微带天线相比,加载双频FSS 覆层后,新天线的增益得到了提高,在5.22GHz 和10. 43GHz 处,天线鼻锥方向增益分别提高了4. 8dB 和5. 1dB。  相似文献

针对传统平板天线频带单一,增益不高,方向性差等缺点,本文将电磁波的增强透射特性研究应用到天线的设计中,结合类f-p腔原理,设计了一款具有双频带、高增益的波导缝隙天线。天线在中心频率10.9 GHz和13.7 GHz的增益分别达到了10.8 dB和11.4 dB,并且相对于传统单缝波导天线,天线在中心频率点处E面的半波功率波束宽度分别减小了114°和90°。仿真结果和实测结果吻合度较高,尤其频带处于在Ku波段,在卫星雷达领域具有很大的应用价值。  相似文献
