四辊中板可逆轧机受力频繁。分析轧机两侧机架轧制力、机架拐角应力和液压系统缸内压力之间的关系,对保证设备安全,改进生产工艺有重要意义。实测数据的分析表明,三者之间有很好的线性相关性和性态的一致性,均可作为度量轧机受力状态的参数,特别是用拉式应变传感器测量机架两侧轧制力简单方便,测量数据准确可靠,重复性好。 相似文献

In developing a one-dimensional analysis and design procedure for reinforced concrete structures, research is generally based on yield phenomena and the plastic flow of steel in tension and concrete in compression. The ability of concrete to resist tension is considered in the form of tension stiffening or is completely disregarded. This procedure does not account for the influence of structural size in changing the failure mode and the stress distribution across the uncracked or cracked ligament. The key factor affecting this stress distribution is found to be the strain-softening modulus. This paper presents an improved model that is based on the fundamental equilibrium equation for the progressive failure of plain concrete beams. The concrete stress-strain relationship in tension is derived by calculating the peak tensile stress and softening modulus for different depths of beams on the basis of the fracture parameters obtained with the size effect law. Thus, the proposed model uses the peak tensile stress and the softening modulus, which vary depending on the size of the beam. To study the effect of the strength of high-performance concrete (HPC) on the concrete tensile stress-strain relationship, the experimental load-deflection plots of different-sized beams are compared with those obtained by using the proposed analytical model for eight different mixes made with locally available fly ash and slag. The model is also extended for lightly reinforced concrete beams, and the results are compared with those in the literature and are found to be in good agreement. 相似文献

A generalized interface model for joints and cracks in quasi-brittle materials is formulated. The proposed model marries an existing fracture mechanics based one developed for monotonic loading of concrete with another frictional based model developed for the cyclic response of rock joints to address the (reverse) cyclic response of rough surfaces in the presence of cohesive stresses. The properties of the model and its capability to capture several experimentally observed behaviors are shown by the numerical simulations performed. This joint constitutive model is particularly suitable to simulate the seismic response of dam/rock joints subjected to seismic excitation, or of concrete joints under reverse cyclic loading. 相似文献

Focused on the hot metal pretreatment process in the torpedo-car and based on the powder injection metallurgy principle, a kinetic model for dephosphorization of high-phosphorus hot metal pretreatment was developed. The validity of this model was verified by comparison between the experimental results in laboratory and the calculated results. The influences of dephosphorization capacity of molten slag and technological conditions on the dephosphorization efficiency were calculated by applying the model. The results show that lower temperatures are favorable to dephosphorization, CaO content in slag should be controlled at about 50%, suitable initial phosphorus content in the hot metal with higher phosphorus contents is about 0.35% by comprehensively considering various factors, slag systems of higher iron oxide content and higher basicity have higher capacity of dephosphorization. 相似文献
