某含钴氧化型铜矿含铜3.22%、含钴0.045%, 采用先浮硫化矿后浮氧化矿原则流程, 进行了实验室验证试验及扩大连选试验研究。实验室验证试验获得了铜品位51.52%、钴品位0.138%的硫化铜精矿和铜品位19.53%、钴品位0.437%的氧化铜精矿; 扩大连选试验获得了铜品位45.11%、钴品位0.154%的硫化铜精矿和铜品位12.31%、钴品位0.261%的氧化铜精矿; 铜总回收率大于80%, 钴总回收率大于55%。研究成果可为该矿石工业应用工程设计提供依据。  相似文献

对新疆某含砷低品位铜钴矿进行了降砷选矿工艺试验研究,并对伴生钴进行了富集回收探索研究。通过流程及浮选药剂条件试验,确定在-74μm 80%的磨矿细度条件下,采用优先浮选铜、抑制剂抑砷、尾矿回收伴生钴工艺,得到了铜品位24.29%、铜回收率83.16%、As品位低于3‰的铜精矿产品,得到钴品位4.72‰、回收率58.04%的钴硫精矿产品。  相似文献

本文针对赞比亚某铜钴矿进行了地质形貌特征分析,以及工艺矿物学研究,在其基础上进行了详细的选矿试验研究。通过使用高效选择性捕收剂BK404,采用优先选铜-再选钴的工艺流程,最终获得小型闭路试验结果为:铜品位31.48%%,铜回收率90.23%的铜精矿和钴品位1.46%,钴回收率42.00%的钴精矿。  相似文献

四川某铜多金属矿属于细粒浸染型铜、钼、钴、铁多金属共生矿,针对选厂钴回收率较低的现状,进行了铜钼钴混合浮选新流程的条件试验和闭路试验研究。试验结果表明,新流程小型闭路试验可获得铜精矿含铜品位24.91%,铜回收率93.45%,钼精矿含钼47.08%,钼回收率78.63%,钴精矿含钴0.41%,钴回收率84.03%的优异指标。与原生产流程相比,铜精矿中铜品位及回收率分别提高了1.77及1.39个百分点,钼精矿中钼的回收效提高了2.66个百分点,钴精矿中钴回收率提高了15.75个百分点。  相似文献

某铜钼钴铁多金属矿是一种典型复杂难分离多金属共生矿石。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过工艺流程对比,试验最终采用"铜钼混合浮选—铜钼分离—混合浮选尾矿浮钴—浮钴尾矿弱磁选铁"流程,配合使用专门研究的铜选择性抑制剂WY-07分离铜钼,获得了合格产品:铜精矿铜品位21.25%、铜回收率93.39%;钼精矿钼品位46.78%、钼回收率45.78%;钴精矿钴品位0.47%、钴回收率56.87%;铁精矿铁品位63.65%、铁回收率37.54%。  相似文献

河南某铜矿石铜品位1.50%,钴品位0.14%,均具有回收价值。铜主要以黄铜矿的形式存在,钴主要赋存于硫钴矿中,硫化态的铜、钴分别占铜、钴总金属量的98.00%、95.18%,嵌布粒度较粗,且铜、钴关系密切。为充分利用该资源中的铜、钴,分别采用优先浮选和混合浮选原则流程进行铜、钴选矿回收试验。结果表明,以石灰+氰化钠抑制钴进行优先浮选铜再浮选钴试验,可以得到产率3.52%、铜品位30.82%、回收率73.43%的铜精矿和产率2.94%、钴品位1.98%、钴回收率41.81%的钴硫精矿,损失在尾矿中的钴高达15.90%;原矿磨矿至-0.075 mm 75%进行1粗3扫铜钴混合浮选,粗精矿再磨至-0.038 mm 90%进行铜、钴分离浮选,最终可获得铜精矿产率4.88%、品位27.41%、回收率89.16%和钴硫精矿产率9.88%、钴品位1.14%、钴回收率80.70%的良好指标,且损失在尾矿中的钴也较优先浮选低。因此选择混合浮选处理该铜矿石较为合适,可实现铜、钴的综合回收,对最终确定选别流程具有参考价值。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
