通过旋转挂片试验,对硅钨杂多化合物的复配缓蚀剂进行了缓蚀性能的研究。结果表明:Na8[SiW11O39]-ZnCl2复配缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀性能,Na8[SiW11O39]-ZnCl2-葡萄糖酸钠复配缓蚀剂具有优良的缓蚀性能。通过极化曲线和光电子能谱初步探讨了缓蚀剂的作用机理。它们是阳极型缓蚀剂,Zn^2+的主要作用是在金属表面快速成膜,硅钨杂多化合物的作用不仅在金属表面,而且在次表面也起成膜作用  相似文献

缓蚀剂能够有效抑制金属在酸性介质中的腐蚀,但是多数有机合成类缓蚀剂对环境和人体都有危害。综述了应用于酸性介质中的天然植物绿色缓蚀剂,总结了植物缓蚀剂制备过程中的各类提取方法,包括浸泡法、索氏提取法、超声波提取法等。阐述了失重法、量子化学法等研究手段的优缺点,以及植物缓蚀剂性能改善的技术。植物缓蚀剂的作用机理属于物理化学作用机理范畴。在实际研究中,选取恰当、方便的提取方法,以作用机理为理论指导,借助先进的研究手段对植物提取物进行分析表征,能够进一步推动植物缓蚀剂的研究。此外,对植物缓蚀剂的发展做出了展望,扩大植物缓蚀剂的提取范围,实现植物缓蚀剂的工业化生产、多样化应用,将成为其以后的发展方向。  相似文献

The effect of some benzaldehyde derivatives on the corrosion of zinc in 0.5?M HCl solution is studied in this article using mass loss, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. The percentage inhibition efficiency (%In) was found to increase with increasing concentration of the inhibitor and with decreasing temperature. Polarization studies indicated that all of the compounds studied are mixed-type inhibitors. The inhibitive action of these benzaldehyde derivatives has been discussed in view of the adsorption on the zinc surface. The adsorption process follows Temkin??s isotherm. The addition of KSCN, KI, and KBr to benzaldehyde derivatives has enhanced the inhibition efficiency because of synergistic effect. The mechanism of inhibition process is discussed in the light of the chemical structures of the investigated inhibitors.  相似文献

4-substituted anilinomethylpropionate namely 3-anilinomethylpropionate (Inh-1), 3-(4-methylanilino)methylpropionate (Inh-2) and 3-(4-chloroanilino) methylpropionate (Inh-3) were synthesized and investigated as corrosion inhibitors of mild steel in 1 N HCl solution using weight loss, polarization resistance, Tafel polarization and electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy techniques. The inhibition efficiency of the synthesized inhibitors followed the order Inh3 > Inh2 > Inh1. The inhibiting action of the all inhibitors was found to depend on electronic nature of functional groups present in inhibitors. Potentiodynamic polarizations suggest that all inhibitors are mixed type in nature. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was also used to investigate the mechanism of corrosion inhibition.  相似文献

The general regularities of the action of metal corrosion inhibitors are analyzed. It is noted that the creation of inhibitors is a big scientific problem, requiring that achievements of many fields of physical chemistry be used. The limitations involved in application of adsorption inhibitors, whose theory of action has been developed most thoroughly, are considered. The importance and theoretical aspects of the development of composite materials and inhibiting hydrophilic monomers, that undergo polymerization following adsorption on metal surface, are discussed. The search for ways to manage the polymerization of inhibitors in thin adsorption layers can become a new efficient direction of corrosion inhibition. Special cases of inhibition, which cannot be rationalized in terms of the adsorption theory and which require that complexation be taken into account, are discussed. As the theory of corrosion inhibition develops, the scope of inhibitors expands. Besides the combination of cathodic protection with corrosion inhibitors, the latter are used more and more widely in conversion coatings and in water-borne paints. The strict technological and environmental requirements that are applied to inhibitors in this case do not prevent the progress of this scientific direction and do not diminish its prospects.  相似文献

乙醇胺钼酸盐的缓蚀作用与机理   总被引:40,自引:0,他引:40  
采用腐蚀失重指标,极化曲线,电化学交流阻抗和电离度测定、划伤电极技术和XPS等研究了三种乙醇胺钼酸盐在A3钢/去离子水体系中的缓蚀作用与机理。结果发现,三种乙醇胺钼酸盐与均有优良的缓蚀性能,均是以抑制阳极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂;其缓蚀能力明显优于钼酸钠、对应的乙醇胺及两者的混合物,表明分子内的醇胺基团与钼酸根有明显的协同缓蚀效应;随着分子内羟乙基的增加,其缓蚀性增强。A3钢在乙醇胺钼酸盐溶液中的  相似文献

The synergistic inhibition effect of N-(furan-2-ylmethyl)-7H-purin-6-amine (FYPA) and iodide ion on mild steel corrosion in 1 mol/L HCl was investigated using weight-loss tests, electrochemical techniques, and surface analysis. The experiments revealed that the FYPA + KI mixture was a temperature-dependent inhibitor, which strongly inhibited the corrosion of mild steel compared with FYPA. Based on electrochemical results, FYPA and FYPA + KI behaved as mixed-type inhibitors, and their inhibition efficiencies were 73.66% and 96.01%, respectively. The calculated synergistic parameter value was larger than unity, illustrating that enhancement of inhibition in the presence of KI could be a result of synergistic action. Surface analysis techniques (scanning electron microscope/scanning electrochemical microscope) confirmed the presence of additives on the studied mild steel surface. A plausible mechanism of corrosion inhibition was proposed.  相似文献

缓蚀剂技术是一种简单有效抑制金属在腐蚀介质中遭到破坏的腐蚀防护手段,在钢铁、铜等传统金属上已有大量研究及应用。由于镁具有接受电子和给予电子能力都比较低的原子结构特点和高活泼的化学性质,对传统金属材料有效的缓蚀剂对镁合金作用并不理想,所以对镁合金的缓蚀剂研究较少、起步较晚。近年来,经过国内外研究机构的不懈努力,对镁合金缓蚀剂的开发和缓蚀机理的研究取得了一定突破,初步建立了镁合金缓蚀剂的评价体系。针对镁合金缓蚀剂的不同应用介质,结合镁合金缓蚀剂的化合物性质,阐述了镁合金缓蚀剂的构效关系、影响缓蚀效率的主要因素、复配缓蚀剂配方优化等最新研究动态,并介绍了其缓蚀机理或协同缓蚀机理。最后,结合镁合金缓蚀剂的研究现状以及新的研究方法及其检测技术的发展,对镁合金缓蚀剂未来的研究方向、发展趋势和应用领域的拓展提出了展望。  相似文献
